Excellent food and service. 💯👍🏼 A snack bar not to be missed 🔥🔥 Experts in all types of Latin food, especially in general, we mostly always order morongo or mixed hip pica, with a highly qualified team to serve the consumer. Chef Ariel served us in a very special way since with his immense variety of flavors in the food he fuses all kinds of flavors to create a dish that is simply exquisite to the palate. They also have all kinds of national and international drinks and soft drinks. They have a great variety of food ready to serve, apart from that they also have an extensive a la carte menu which I recommend 100%.

I was there for breakfast the people were very clean snd very nice I looked at the menu and saw they were making lots of rotisserie chickens can't wait to try the food its definitely looks 💯yummy

Food is delicious pretty much better than the other Dominican restaurants in the area. And the staff is pretty chill the way I like it. No attitude or BS. Ready t serve a hungry customer. Only bad thing is their parking is too tight.

The staff is very nice. The food that is prepared to order - amazing. Depending on the day depending on what you are looking for the items on the hot plate vary - its not always the same prices, proteins, etc. Some of the empanadas and potato balls are so good they are all gone before dinner. I have yet to try any but when I ask if new ones can be made it must be along process because it was not made to order when requested. Chef Ariel is extremely talented and his dishes are magazine pieces - true work of art. Chef Ariel, he leaves no crumbs! The price is fair but if more can be made to order aside what is out already - I'd be there everyday. Gracias!!! ❤️

I ordered a bunch of items from this establishment to see if their Food held up to the reviews I read. I am a Foodie and will speak my honest opinion. Their beans were flavorless. Looked great, had the right texture but very bland. I was looking for at least a hint of sofrito and a little salt to bring out those flavors and it wasn't there. The Salmon I had was baked to perfection. Nothing to brag about, but was descent. Their Pernil (Pork) was tender/moist a solid 3 out of 5. Could've been more flavorful. The beef Empenada was probably the BEST thing I enjoyed. I ordered a Whole Chicken and although it looked appetizing, it again lacked flavor and my wife thought it was dry. We also ordered a soup similar to a Sancocho. That had a nice flavor and was Robust. Not sure if I'll be back but was a good starting point to see what Waterbury has to offer for Latin food.

The food was good and the staff was friendly at first, which made for a nice experience. However, when it came time to pay, I noticed each item was $1–2 higher than listed. When I asked about it, the cashier got defensive and said it was due to paying by credit card. I calmly told her there was no reason to be so aggressive, and she apologized, explaining that customers often complain about the credit card fees and it makes her uncomfortable. I appreciated the honesty, but it still didn’t excuse the attitude. She then skipped the tip option before I could leave one, which felt rude…especially since the rest of the staff was so kind and deserved it. I left cash in the jar anyway. Overall, good food and nice atmosphere, but that one interaction really changed the experience. Tip: don’t work in service if you don’t know how to be hospitable.. Ohh and most importantly No, Connecticut restaurants are not allowed to charge an extra fee for using a credit card which they did with my order, an additional $7 🙄

I didn’t like it at all and The place is tiny and the meat is so hard and I expect good quality food and nope expected the food to be so bad like it is and there’s a lot of people everywhere super crowded and the food taste bad is not like it used to be

Small town spot. Felt so crowded in there and the food was not the best. I called before coming in to get a alcapuria FRESH when I arrive and I told them about it and they still gave me one of the cold ones just sitting up there. The chicken and salmon had really great flavor. The steak/biste was so chewy and not good. The frituras I got were cold. But their carrot cake slices, sooooo good. Probably the best carrot cake slice I ever had!
