Good place to eat healthy, the best in Colima.
It's one of the best-known salad restaurants in the city of Colima. It offers specials several days a week, and also sells sandwiches and paninis, as well as healthy drinks. It accepts credit card payments. It's air-conditioned and offers a cool atmosphere.
I simply love the salads at this place, they are exquisite.

The salads are good. I'm giving them 4 stars because I've occasionally gotten frozen ingredients. The staff is always friendly.
Three pieces of chicken and the croutons are ground up to make it look like they were there, but essentially it's all just lettuce. They don't even prepare the spinach properly; it's shredded and there are only a few leaves. I think it's the first time I've paid so much to chew on seasoned lettuce. It'll do in a pinch, yes, and the food quality is decent, but the portions aren't healthy or balanced. I wouldn't recommend it except in emergencies.
TERRIBLE They have nothing and don't honor what their menu says. They didn't have gouda cheese, breaded chicken, etc. Oh, and the dressing, even though it says 3 oz, they only give you 1 oz, and the attitude is awful.
The salads are very tasty but the service is very bad. I have ordered there 3 times and they are very rude and do not take orders well. Also, at the little island in Soriana, the girl almost threw it at me and did not serve what I ordered. They have a very bad manner when serving, but they are very tasty. I hope they train their employees to provide good service.
They serve whatever vegetables they want, and they taste like they've been refrigerated for days. They're not fresh. The tomato was sour, and there were like three chicken strips. All wrong.
Terrible service, I ordered through DiDi and they send whatever they want. I ordered BBQ chicken and they sent me another one. I ordered a blackberry mousse and they sent me an apple one. They tried to remove the label so I couldn't see it was apple, but obviously the flavor was nothing like what I ordered! And besides, I'm allergic to apples. If they don't have the product I order, they should say so.
One chooses large salads so that more vegetables arrive and that is when the containers leave them emptier.
The food is horrible: the lettuce is old and rusty, the celery is dry and brown, and the tomato is days old. The panini was dry, and the chicken was stiff and dehydrated. It's as if they prepare everything several days in advance, not daily.
It took a long time, the chicken from Santa Fe tastes very different, the ranch dressing doesn't taste like ranch,

The truth is that the portion is very meager, they don't give you what they say they sell you and the truth is that for the 3 measly croutons they give you, it's not worth it.
