It's an excellent option for eating, whether you order takeout by the kilo, with fair prices and delicious food. Plus, it's quick to your car. And in the dining room, the menu has a wide variety of specialties, balanced prices, good service, and nice presentation. Highly recommended. I wish I lived in Colima or that there was something like this in Guadalajara or Zapopan that sold takeout by the kilo, clean, and without strange smells.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this place. The service was top-notch from the start. The breakfast menu is very varied, and the drinks (smoothies) are even better. The space is spacious. It has restrooms and parking. The atmosphere is top-notch. The seasoning on their dishes is delicious. Stop by Colima and visit this place; I'm sure you'll love it!

When there's passion and customer service, it shows. The place is clean, airy, and open. The service is wonderful, dedicated, and attentive. I was served by Viri, who was truly patient, affable, and kind. The food was delicious. The prices were fair. With this pandemic situation, they have all the necessary safety protocols in place; they even block off tables to maintain social distancing. There's nothing I can point to as bad or half-baked. I hope many places in Colima adopt this model of customer service and care for their guests. Would I go back? Without a doubt. By the way, try the machaca with egg; it's wonderful, the café de olla (pot coffee) and the walnut bread... amazing!!! I recommend it? It's definitely among the top five places to eat in Colima. Congratulations!

I ordered gratin chilaquiles with chicken, and apparently the waiter forgot that last ingredient when he took my order to the kitchen. He brought me two gratin chilaquiles, but without chicken. They charged me $177 for the gratin chilaquiles. I think it's a bit steep for a dish like this.

A place with a long tradition in Colima. They have a fairly extensive menu, and everything I've tried has always been high quality and good (though not amazing). They have a daily specials menu that the servers often forget to show; I recommend asking for it—there are some pleasant surprises there. A good breakfast could be a mixed plate of chilaquiles with eggs cooked to your liking, or chilaquiles with machaca. Of the daily specials, I recommend the Spanish omelet and the duo of savory and sweet molletes (they have a name I can't recall). The daily specials menu recommends certain toppings for the dishes, but they didn't have them in stock. Service can be a bit slow in the kitchen, but it's not always like that. I recommend going with a little patience and deciding as soon as possible.

I really enjoy coming here for breakfast. Today, I got off work late with my colleagues, and their sign says they close at 3:00. We arrived at exactly 2:15, starving because we hadn't eaten breakfast, hoping to find them still open and get served. When we arrived and asked if they were serving, a young waiter told us, "The place across the street is better." Honestly, his comment really bothered me. He could have simply said they weren't serving anymore. I went back inside, and when the waiters saw me come in, they made faces like… UGH. I guess they didn't want to work anymore. I honestly didn't understand his comment at the time, so I asked again if they were serving. The other waiters said yes, murmuring and laughing, along with all the cooks (we can see them from outside). We were about to sit down at a table, but we decided to leave instead. We felt very uncomfortable.

La comida es buena a secas pero el servicio es malo. Los meseros lentos y malhumorados, al llegar no te atienden, tienes que hablares para que se tomen la molestia de atenderte. Mínimo son 20 mins para que te sirvan un platillo.

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment has been unprofessional on more than one occasion. On a previous visit, when I ordered two takeout items, the waitress responded sarcastically, and even then, the order was delivered incorrectly. When I pointed out the mistake, her attitude was unfriendly, and I perceived discomfort and unnecessary gestures toward her colleagues, in addition to an extra wait that could have been avoided with more respectful service. On a recent visit, we arrived approximately 40 minutes before closing time and were refused service on the grounds that the griddle had already been cleaned. I believe that these kinds of decisions and attitudes seriously affect the customer experience. It's a shame, because the food may be good, but the staff's attitude and helpfulness are fundamental aspects of the service. I hope you can take these points into account to improve. Personally, I won't be returning, and I see from other comments that several others share my opinion.

The service is slow, they don't serve all the dishes at the same time, but that's not the worst part. The worst part is that the manager doesn't even get up from his table, even when you ask him to come over. To speak with him and make my complaint, he only said that he had already reprimanded the kitchen staff. The owner is an arrogant and unsympathetic guy who bosses around his head waiter, who, unlike the owner, is friendly and actually apologized. The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired, and the owner's behavior is appalling.

The place is nice, but the chilaquiles I got were way too salty, the café de olla was so overcooked it had a strange taste, and I ordered a chocolate milk for my son that was super sweet and lukewarm. However, the pancakes were delicious. I hope I just had a bad day; I might give it another try.
