I quite enjoy this I-hop. The people here are always very kind and personable. I tend to order the same thing every time, the chicken and pancakes, but I can say that the food is a symphony of flavors anytime of day from 6:00 in the morning to 11:00 in the evening. A stellar dining establishment.

Great service from Aimee, she was personable and quick. Also want to shoutout the manager, I believe her name was Terica. She was awesome as well and made sure we were taken care of. We’ll be back for pancakes again!

Great experience here and nice flavors on the food. The service was excellent and attentive. This is our location from now on it is close to the house and new building. Overall a great experience.

We visited this place on Saturday morning. There is less parking spots available as we visited during busy time of the day. We have a 5min wait for the and the server was very friendly and nice. The food is fresh and good. Orange juice was ok. Everything else was good. I Highly recommend this iHop location.

Nice location. Staff is very friendly. Coffee is good. Biscuits are delicious, with the gravy. Chicken and waffles were delicious. New smoked sausage was good. Sampler plate is good. Ham, Bacon, Sausage Links and hasbrowns. Very good breakfast. Definitely a good place to grab a good breakfast

Rae was our server and she did absolutely fantastic. She was very attentive and brought everything we asked for very quickly!

When we ate here, the restaurant seemed to be severely short-staffed. Only 1 guy waiting tables and seemed to be only 1 or 2 working the kitchen. The restaurant was very clean, food was great and the waiter provided excellent service despite the circumstances. We will definitely be back but hope to see the staffing improved next time!

We showed up here on Christmas Eve for dinner. Server was great. She had a great attitude. Food was okay. I had the Philly sandwich. It had cheddar cheese which is a little different. We had the sampler appetizer, which was good, and my partner had the chicken fried steak and eggs. We had a great night.

Visited last Friday. Waited a bit before seated. Server checked on us regularly, but breakfast burrito was hard to eat because tortilla was "rubbery" and hashbrowns came out cold. My pancakes were good. Felt like staff did not want to be there.

The front door is sticky. The flooring is dirty. The windows are smudge and need cleaning. Eleven or more tables need bussing. Front desk is messy with calendars and schedules and other restaurant paperwork. Wait staff okay but clearly need to be motivated by the cheer master. As we were leaving the cook entered the dining area to bus tables. Next, the men's restroom needed cleaning. Paper on the floor in and around the standing area. The sink soap dispenser was broken open. Trash 🗑️ can was full... Toilet 🚽 needs cleaning. The inspection sheet on the wall was noted as checked Monday but today is Wednesday. The tables were sticky. Where is Management? Food was good. Prices reasonable. The coffee was fresh and delicious. Ketchup bottle was dirty.

Walked and was sat immediately, once sat we had no one greet us for 10 minutes. Our actual was running walking past us but never helped us at seat 72. Thankfully another server saw our frustration and impatience and helped us. The other server did amazing and was very consistent:).

My sister and I came to this IHOP, but after we were led to the table, we sat and waited for almost a whole hour without acknowledgment from any of the staff. We weren’t even offered anything to drink! We ended up leaving hungry and will not return to this location again.

Terrible service. Actually, nonexistent service . Came on a Saturday, it was moderately crowded as one would expect on a Saturday . The staff was grossly unprepared. We were seated, waited over 20 minutes, there were empty tables, multiple servers walked past us without acknowledging us. The only person that did was the gentleman who sat us at the table. I had to get up and find somebody and ask for a server and still, nobody came. We walked out. I will not be back.

Every time we try to come here the service is non existent or just poor. The other day wanted to have breakfast around 11am. When I went in there were alot of people standing around up front. I asked has anyone come up front ,they replied no not at all. I said that's not good. Then a lady came up front and said y'all are going to have to be patient there is only 2 of us. I left.

So I called to do a call and order.And they were busy.So I placed my order online. They gave me the time.It said it would be ready, which was 10:53 am and it is now 11:11 and they just now gave me my food. I sat there looking at my food in the window for almost 20 min. Very disappointed. People came in they were seated, people left, people got their orders...mine sat in the window. I was here and its like because it was an online order and I wasn't eating there, I was ignored and put last. I even told them I was here for pick up and I was ignored.....this isnt right and my food is cold. Smh

The food is always good. The wait staff is extremely friendly. I really feel bad for the wait staff for having to work under these circumstances. But man, there’s never enough staff and the kitchen can never keep up with orders. No matter what time you arrive, or how busy or not the restaurant is, you will never receive a fast and easy breakfast experience. There are 90,000? students at A&M- this restaurant should be able to have enough front of house and kitchen staff on a regular basis. That leads me to believe this is a management problem that sorely needs to be addressed.
