The girl taking my order was so sweet and apologetic and gave me a substitute and an extra little sweet gift for the trouble, although it wasn’t any trouble at all. Excellent customer service and she’s was so helpful. I didn’t catch her name but I hope to see her again! These cookies are amazing by the way. You must try them!

Insomnia cookies 🤤 what’s better than fresh baked warm cookies! I know ice cream on top! I got a cookie wiches. It came with 3 scoops of ice cream in the middle of cookies. I got the chocolate chunk cookie with peanut butter insomniac tracks. It was vanilla ice cream w swirls of chocolate and mini peanut butter cups. So many flavor to try mix and match cookies and ice cream. They even have brownies. Next time I will grab a box of mixed cookies. I love this place better than crumble cookie!! These cookies actually taste good👍

I was super pumped to find out this place has gluten free and dairy free (vegan) chocolate chip cookies! This is very close to the test facility at Texas A&M that I travel to frequently during the year. I don’t know how I’ve missed this place and didn’t see if before. Well I am super glad I found it. The cookies were amazing. They serve them warm which is my favorite way to eat cookies. They have a nice crunchy edge and a warm moist center. Just downright delicious! I will be going back here again when in town. They have a lot of regular cookies as well that I am a sure would be delicious as well considering just how good the GF/vegan cookies are! The location is a bit weird to get into and out of but it is worth making your way in here. Stop and get yourself some delicious cookies here!

Insomnia Cookies is my go-to for late-night cravings. Their cookies are always warm, soft, and super tasty Chocolate Chunk is a favorite, but they have fun flavors like S’mores too. The ice cream combos are a nice bonus. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it when you need a sweet fix, especially since they deliver late. Definitely a treat spot!

I came here yesterday for the first time and it was amazing! It ended up being the mgr there whos name is Phillip. I couldnt decide what cookies to get so he helped me pick out several different ones! I ended up splitting them up with my kids after we got home and they were all amazing! I love this location and the variety they have to offer. I definitely love that the staff was super friendly and helpful. This is definitely a good stop for a sweet treat! They offer cookies, brownies AND icecream!!

UH-Mazing! We are from Dallas and Crumbl is the hot spot- we found this on Google Maps and wanted to try it since it was close to where we were staying. I ordered 2 hours early for a pick up and the cookies were ready and streaming hot! They were all amazing!! We tried the Triple Choc, S’mores, Choc Walnut and Reese’s- so, so good! Wish we had one closer to home! Best cookies ever! Truly chewy with a little crunch on the outside!

The deluxe cookies at this place are amazing. For someone with a sweet tooth for cookies and chocolate this is the best place. It maybe a bit big for some people but i really love the taste and enjoy it every time. My personal favorites is mainly the triple chocolate cookie

The best employees! We had to wait a while for the salted caramel cookie, and the employee with the pink hair (I didn’t get her name!) made sure we were taken care of :). & the cookies were so good!

The cookies are expensive but a good larger than normal cookie size. A fair amount of choices and different cookie box options. There’s also ice cream and different milk options if I remember right. The staff are kind and attentive to people who have food allergies and that something I greatly approve of and appreciate. That’s what will bring me back again & again.

The cookies arrived after 73 minutes, so close to what they said. The peanut butter cookies were the best I have ever had. They were lightly crispy on the outside and molten on the inside. The snickerdoodles were thin and crispy. The chocolate chunk were soft and loaded with chocolate. I will definitely order again!

The cookies are generally really good, but the people who work there are not. Employees are generally disinterested in providing any service and if something goes wrong with the order, they don't know what to do.

Service was in a bad mood and cookies were not warm

Really love this place and the cookies, however, this is the 3rd time in a row that they have ignored the delivery instructions. I have two sleeping babies and 2 protective dogs, so I ask for them not to knock or ring the bell. Every time they do one of those and dogs bark and babies wake up. They even highlight the delivery instructions on the receipt that is taped to the bag so I know they see it.

For a place that’s primary focus is cookies, I wasn’t expecting to get cookies that had been left in the oven a little too long and were tough. The only thing that made up for it was that they had bluebell ice cream.

Very rude customer service. Manager was there but no one was at the front when we walked in until we waited for a few minutes. Manager came later in no rush. We were ignored by the worker sitting in the back visibly ignoring us by looking the other way. Cookies were good. I won’t be going back due to the rude encounter. No politeness.

Twice I have tried to go check this place out, twice I am unable to find parking. I tried calling to ask where customer parking is located and the robot that wandered the phone was less than helpful. I hit 0 thinking that it would kick me over to a worker to awnser a question, but all it did was start the prompts over again, again I hit 0 and it hung up on me. Seems that Insomnia Cookies is lacking in the basics, things like parking, and knowing how to pick up a phone and talk.

Unfriendly staff! Some employees are racist. I canceled my cookie magic subscription due to how they treat people of color.

Honestly I walked in there and had never been in there but kept seeing it and decided to try it out when I walked in there was no like welcome greeting or anything they just stared at me and my fiance like we were crazy for being even in the establishment to the point where we felt so uncomfortable that we didn't even want to order anything and we left

OMG…I ordered a 6 pack and received 5. I honestly thought the Delivery person ate my cookie until I called the store and they were aware that I was missing a cookie. So they were just going to take my money and not say anything a phone call would have been nice. This is the second time they have forgotten items or my order was incorrect. The one in Nacogdoches is way better! These people have no clue as to what customer service is! Sorry not sorry!

Ordered cookies for delivery. We did not get our cookies until 20 minutes after the driver said she had arrived! I stood out in the cold for 20 minutes to try to flag her down. Then she SAT IN HER CAR WAITING FOR ME TO GET THE COOKIES! I watched her sit in her car while I tried to wave her down. I asked her to hand them to me across the street. Eventually she rolled her window down and I had to go grab them from her car. Awful delivery, cold cookies!

They have a contract where even if you order via a delivery service, they still saddle you with the world’s slowest delivery drivers from in house. I ordered 4 cookies, who took about 3 hours to deliver, versus the 15 minutes quoted on DoorDash. Don’t believe any Delivery estimates.

I placed an order at 10:58pm and the estimated delivery time was “11:20pm-11:30pm”. It is currently almost 1:30am and the order has not been delivered. I have been in frequent contact with the store since about midnight, when they stated they didn’t realize the order was for delivery and that they’d send it out promptly. I called every 15-30 mins and was told that the order was on the way each time. The last time I called them, they said that the driver had left with my order and would be here any second. That was 20 mins ago. As a side note, I am also only a mile away. I could have walked to the store in seven minutes and gotten it over with, but I need to stay close to my building for work. The order eventually arrived at 01:32, more than two hours after it was supposed to be delivered

If I could leave negative starts I would! This place is trash. Terrible employees that have no customer service skills what so ever. Very rude. I placed an order for delivery and waited 2 hours before calling to check on my order, the young lady that answered was rude and I asked for a refund witch obviously upset her. Doubt I’ll get my money refunded but I assure you I’ll never order here again and I would not recommend them to anyone… as far as the quality of cookie? Wish I could tell you.

Horrible experience! Server charged us incorrectly and wouldn't refund his mistake. They offered to LET US PAY to get what we originally ordered. Absolutely rude! Go to Crumbl or Tiff's, INSOMNIA IS NOT WORTH IT.

I stopped by earlier today on my break. They were closed I came back they were open. Did I ask the young lady that’s working here right now at 12:21 June 11, 2022 if they were going to be open tomorrow on Sunday she said why what is tomorrow? So I explain to her the last Sunday that I came I was dying another customer we’re trying to get in the door and they were closed. I don’t understand why these people that run these businesses think they can be rude to people I think they forget that if it wasn’t for us customers they wouldn’t have a business they wouldn’t have a job. I am tired of getting treated by these people so rudely. I will never come back here again and will never recommend anyone to come here after the treatment that I received a day from this young lady.

Came in 31 minutes before closing and was told “we’ve put away the ice cream” when it’s just a lid on a tub so I could not be served. Isn’t this suppose to be a late night cookie place or is it a late night only 30 minutes before closing cookie place. Ridiculous. Horrible service

I strongly advise u to order online in advance or don't come when a girl by the name of Miranda is working. Out of 20 cookies she only had 1 gluten free cookie available for purchase. 20 min wait for anything else on menu. Highly disappointed.

Their ice cream sandwich is literally just 2 cookies and some ice cream to put together yourself at an inflated price than it would be to buy everything separately. Good cookies brought down by terrible service and overinflated prices.
