They are scammers, they never get back to you, they don't update you w the case, and they have no idea about the case. Don't get their services! Save your money! ** REAPONSE TO COLON FIRM: Yes I am very sure it's you guys, we hired your services since 2019 and nothing, you guys always say the paralegal will call back, and never calls back I even booked a phone appointment w her last week and she never called back! You guys gave us the ticket number for my dad and the USCIS say that that number doesn't exist, he even missed his appointment for his fingerprints bc he is in México. When he was in the U.S you guys advice him to accept his deportation and he could continue his u Visa process in Mexico, and that he could do his fingerprints over there. But finally when his appointment arrived in 2024 you guys thought he was in the u.s and told us he couldn't do the process in Mexico, so everything you have said and done is so contradictory. We wanted to reschedule his fingerprints appointment, but you guys say you will find out and call back and never do!!!! Plus in the u visa application we had inquired my mom to be added on the application and you guys agreed now many years later we found out that mr.colon never added her, and he said that they will add her until my dad is approved. I know for sure it doesn't work that way. Everytime we call you guys are clueless of the case And we have to keep repeating ourselves over and over. We can't hire another attorney bc we have limited income. So you guys better do your job or I will file a lawsuit for scamming people, and make you guys refund. Bc if it weren't for your advice to let my dad self deport and he could continue his process in Mexico, he would of already went to his appointment here!

I'm only giving this place a 1 star because it won't allow me to say anything without putting something!! This office doesn't even deserve a 1 star!! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone!! They are so unorganized that I'm surprised they even found their way to work!!!! They are NO COMMUNICATION OR ORGANIZATION OR PREPARATION!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!! DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE!!!
