This Restaurant is Awesome. I got off work late and the Cashier was so WONDERFUL. Yolanda(?) not sure on the name, but she worked the evening shift. I think I got there around 9-10 p.m. Had just finished a 13 hr shift. She let me order at the drive thru window and brought me my order to the front door (lobby was already closed). There was one employee that worked there at 5 am, alone. Poor guy. I don’t know his name but he went above and beyond making my food. I originally ordered a shake on the App after a long 12 clinical (RT student) and was craving something sweet. Shake machine doesn’t open till the afternoon. Ok, who cares. I’ll cut my diabetic losses. Though maybe your app needs to be fixed, Jack. Any who, this single employee apologize and said He would make anything on the menu for me (with in reason, he’s not handing out free food) and so I ordered a cluck sandwich instead of the Oreo shake. It was hot and delish. He was a true gentleman. But it got me thinking, even if he wasn’t, he deserves a living wage or even better for work alone at a fast food chain that’s 24 hours across from a busy hospital. Also, the cars were lining up. Give him a raise, Jack. You can afford it, you tyrannical ping pong headed clown.

Went to buy some food on my lunch break the employees are very nice and very Quick it was amazing how fast these Hispanic wonderful ladies and the gentleman on the back were quick at taking the orders the drive thru and walk ins great customer service for the little amount of people they had working. I had to wait 12 minutes in the drive thru this morning but the food is fresh and was worth the wait. I was there at 4:30 in the morning so not a lot of staff on at that time.

Might update this later, but I ordered online for carry out, around 7am , the doors say they open at 6, so I had to go through drive through, because the doors were closed and wouldn't open them

Went on a Friday at 1pm. Long drive thru line and long wait inside as well. Chicken undercook on my spicy chicken...this has been a couple of times that's why I don't go that often.

Good when they wanna be. Best to flirt with the drive thru peeps to get it awesome! Over all they work hard and are great at there jobs.

I didn't eat here. I ran in and use the restroom. Although I did buy a sandwich for someone who wanted one. I had no idea how it tasted but the bathrooms were clean and the service was friendly when I asked for the bathroom to be opened. Enjoy!

I went on Feb 12 2025 to 1199 n mt Vernon Colton Calif about 10-1030:am after I went to flu study it was raining I went to report symptoms. On the way to bus is jack-in-the-box I went in to order bus went by . I asked if had ice coffee they said yes you have to order on kiosk. I explained I can't see out of left eye and my dominant hand has 30% use. They said sir you have to order on kiosk I tried couldn't do it so I left to catch bus to San Bernardino

My husband and I went here for brunch, which I didn't even realize was an option until we got there. They have a pretty decent brunch menu for a fast food place, around 6 options I think. I got the French toast platter with bacon, sausage, a fountain drink, and curly fries. My husband got the Brunch Burger with hash browns and a fountain drink. Fountain drinks are fun here as they have one of those fancy machines. Unfortunately, it was out of root beer and vanilla. Root beer is my husband's favorite drink and I'm partial to the diet Coke with vanilla, so this was quite a disappoint for us. My platter was quite good, comparable to something from Denny's but at a much lower price considering you don't tip anyone at Jack in the Box. My husband described the burger as "nothing special" and wasn't as impressed as I was. The place wasn't super clean. About half of the tables needed to be wiped off, but again, pretty standard for a fast food place. Not disgusting, but it could have been cleaner. All in all, I'm sure we will return.

I literally live 5 blocks away so why is my food cold. I drove over so whhyyyy? Not acceptable when fast food prices keep going up, but quality going down.

I come to get coffee and fries,tell me how its possible to screw it up?yet they forget to give me the coffee or to overcharge me,after about literally going through this about 4+ times i gave up(and for yrs,i kept going back).As a past fast food csm I cannot believe how a manager/supervisor would not properly train an employee. Its not hard to teach the new employees, but I guess as long as they get paid who cares right? One thing you need to remember is that the reason you are open is because of the customers you aren't doing us a favor by feeding us your fast food,we are doing you a favor by going there,because that is why you get a paycheck.I believe that if you can motivate and speak to the employees with respect and work along side them you can actually have more of a harmonious place of employment. We were there last night. We were the 3rd/4th car in the drive through when I placed my order, for my 2 daughters & myself. The lady cashier who I paid was busy socializing with a slender white man & 2 other females, one which took my order @ the drive through. Anyhow, they were all talking, laughing and talking under their breath, but loud enough for me to hear the RUDE comments they, @ 1 point in their conversations were making. This was happening while we were there for about 30minutes, after I was strong enough to drive my daughters to get some "JACK IN THE CRACK" after running a fever, vomiting, having cold & hot sweats & passing out twice for for about 6hrs while I could hear my daughters down stairs worring about what we were going to eat tonight. Do not order the chicken teriyaki bowl, the chicken taste like it's weeks old. This is the third time I have tried it and it's horrible. But my daughter ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and she said it was amazing

No problems with the food, but the cashier seemed like she'd rather be elsewhere. Also, made the mistake of using the restroom. I thought it was odd that the urinal was padlocked to the wall, but definitely not as random as the half eaten grilled cheese sandwich sitting on the hand dryer.

My daughter eats here in the morning before work. We arrive between 420 and 430am. More often than not, there is a long wait and the soda fountain isn't working. As my daughter isn't a coffee drinker, this is her beverage of choice with her meal. Unfortunately, there are no other options at that time, so it's here, or not at all.

Food and stuff is normal for a jacks. The place has a lot of homeless people inside and outside. Bathrooms always dirty and of the few times I’ve been they are always outta toilet paper.

The menu prices are insanely expensive. It was $6 just for a plain hamburger. Also, they had me pull up front and then they brought my food to me. The curly fries are really good , but get soggy almost immediately.

I'm not going to use their machine to order my food. It seems like whenever I do the self-serve thing here, my food gets processed last. When I asked about it, I got completely ignored. Maybe they don't speak english.

I went this morning and I order a tacos and onions rings and I have a coupon and I supposed to pay less than $4 Dlls and they charge me almost $6 Dlls not even received my receipt all the time people are talking not even put attention to customers

So I just found out that this location had 4 employees working there that have COVID-19 and didn’t care to even close down! I’ve been seeing a post going around about a former employee who released this information. I got food from there last week and now Im worried! What kind of restaurant does this??? This place was empty when I got there. This hamburgers did not have flavor,and the prices are so high, the fries were little skinny pieces dry and overcooked. That why no one go there and I will never go there again.

The cook in the mornings is so loud, but angry and wants to fight with staff or clients. It’s a weird experience because she hates customers. That’s what she says, and it’s scary to even go through the drive thru without hearing her yelling. I’m never going there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have constantly messed up my orders and I usually let it slide but today I was low on time and I had to drive all the way back because they missed an item. I got there and they were still having a chat. Maybe that's why they messed up on my order because they just talk and talk. While I was in the drive thru waiting for my order that's all they were doing They're getting paid to work not to gossip. Also once I realized I was missing something i tried calling 3 times the first two times it was busy and the third time they didn't even bother answering. When I went back they weren't too busy and didn't seem to care that there was a court le other customers waiting to order because yet again, they were gossiping about their personal lives. I've worked at a fast food place before and you're always suppose to satisfy the customer with their visit. I'm completely not satisfied and annoyed at the fact that this isn't the first time they've messed up my order.

I normally don't have a problem with Jack in the Box - in fact I am a long time satisfied customer. But on this night at this Jack in the Box I think someone may have gotten a little CRAZY with the deep fryer. My onion rings were burnt to a blackened crisp! It was so noticable! They must have seen how black they were! They could have/should have fried up a new batch but no they did not. Even the burger I got was burnt around the edges. Very disappointing!!😕😕

Francisco the manager was very rude. Customer service definately isn't what it used to be. It was as if he wanted to argue with me when I asked a question. He kept interrupting me and then rolling his eyes. I did not get a receipt. I take my grandkids there often for breakfast before I drop them off at school. Managers need training. There is also a female manager that is rude.

We went in the morning and the food was ok but their bathrooms were dirty with trash, dirty women femone products and rubber gloves on the floor. No toilet paper or toilet seat covers, no hand soap or hand sanitizer and smelled like sewer, floors were filthy and very unsanitary and not properly sanitized to cdc protocols. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean for while like the trash had been there for day.

I went into this 24 hr Jack n the box last night and was told they are on a 10 min break at 230 am and can’t take my order! Every time I get out of work late I want to stop by, but most of the times they always manage to disappoint me by giving me cold food or not giving me the sauce I ask for, like the sauce for my chicken fajita pita. I rather go to a different jacks even though it might be farther from my house but at least I'll get way better service than I get at this jacks.

Drive thru customer service is horrible. The worker did not seem interested in taking my order, had attitude and tried to give me my food with items missing. He became upset when I advised him of the missing items. I asked to speak with a manager and he said "we don't have one, you are on camera and need to leave" very unprofessional. If you can go to a different location I highly recommend it. If not, double check your order before leaving.

Night staff is god awful. I get you work the late shift but being this bad is inexcusable. I ordered online, and it said I’d be able to go inside to get my meal but this wasn’t true, as the building was locked, and they I go ores my calls and me at the door. Drive thru was open. Clearly the phones either don’t work or the employees don’t. After waiting in the long line after 7 ignored calls, and attempting to open the door, my food sat. The day time staff is amazing however. So never come late. They suck.

Came at the same time I always do after work night shift. Showed up today 5/20/22 around 5:20am and saw a girl in the front dining area sitting swinging her feet and what looked like her on the phone. I was then told they were closed at the drive thru, I’ve never had this issue until this morning. As I drove past the drive thru window there was another lady laughing as I drove by. Terrible customer service , i went through the drive thru. I was next at the window i paid and got my order and i relize i was missing one of the combos burger, so i waited so they can open the window again and told them its not in the bag i still had the receipt and they were accusing me of taking it out because apparently they never mess up an order . Coming home from work, tired, stop to get something fast to eat. Thinking the personnel, we'll double check an order before giving it to customer. Not only was my munching meal, missing my 2 tacos, I find it almost impossible. And adding munchie, meal only comes with 4 onion wreaths. And not even a normal size either, they ran out and said, what the hell let's just throw what we have in also ordered curly fries, not only were they stale and cold, not even half of the container was full. Getting home and finding this out does not want you to jump back in your car and go complain. I called the establishment and no one answer the phone to speak to a supervisor to see what they can do for me, not the first time. I've had issues at this location. Also, they are extremely slow in the drive through. And once you get your order something that always is wrong with it, whether it's something major or minor. Checking the box needs to improve their service. It's a big time

Walked in all the way from SBVC College for lunch and saw only two people working orders. While the general manager was in the lobby on her lunchbreak it seems. I waited over 6 mins before an assistant shouted at me "YOU HERE to pickup an order!" ...she saw my eyes widened because that took me by surprise then said or "HAVE you BEEN HELPED " in a demeaning tone. Not even a greeting and you knew I was the ONLY customer that you were ignoring 👋 Like I was a bother or interruption to her drive thru. I quickly asked is drink machine working ...she said no to confirm that. The screen was blank as it was flooded and turned off. Three more customers walked in she turned⁹ away from me when she saw i was looking for her name badge but she wasnt wearing one. She came back and helped them almost immediately. I added 10 mins to my visit to see how she helped other customers as they walk in... to my guess ...she helps everyone now almost immediately with a smile now even. She saw how I was watching her professionalism. Did I deserve your cruel expression like I was bothering you when I WAITED. Normally I would ask what you needed to improve on before I sit down to right this... but seeing the General Manager PEEK around the corner at me with you hiding by the drive thru window...you knew what you did 👀 Seeing that you have three women camped on the street side entrance looking in trash and one shooting drugs ... i'm the least of your worries I won't be spending my local money here ever again THANKS... I'll go hungry. 😎

This place prioritize their Drive thru customers, over dine in customers.. It's not a first come, first serve basis... They had me waiting until there Drive thru line was completely served before making my food let alone even began to make my order. In fact Someone in the Drive thu ordered the same exact order #21 and they gave them mine that was already comeing out, and told me that it was still being made, When my order was finally ready, it wasn't what i odered because they gave it to the Drive thru customer, i asked the managers where is the extra bacon i ordered and she said she wasn't the one who made it, And that she has no control on how much the cook puts in it, and she knows they put 3 strips of bacon in there... there was one slice of bacon under the ham, I ordered EXTRA The audacity of these employees, who trained yall, to top it off she was like 38 yrs old woman, i would expect some maturity & decent customers service or understanding, instead she just rude and immature, Oh not to Mention thier break fast menu was completely blank, so i couldn't even dispute what my oder supposed to look like because they don't have a visual breakfast menu, They said it was getting fix and they didn't know when it would get fixed, and quite frankly i don't think they care how long it takes... worse experience ever. Do not dine here if you like being mistreated.

First of all how do you run a business without a phone line working in it the number that shows here in Google is disconnected second of all I just went there this morning because I needed to get food for my kids before heading to work well the lady that helped me out today forgot to serve me my drinks and guess what I'm already on my way to work in Ontario so I'm calling the freaking number to ask why didn't they give me my stuff because it's their job to give every customer their order complete and guess what I can't complain because they don't have a line they don't have a phone where to call this is horrible business
