I recently visited Commack Road and ordered the Spicy Chicken Meal, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The spicy chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right level of heat that kept me coming back for more. The seasoning was flavorful and well-balanced, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, and they went out of their way to ensure that everything was just right. The food came out hot and fresh, and they even checked on us during the meal to make sure we were satisfied. The overall atmosphere of the place was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a casual meal with friends or family. If you're a fan of spicy chicken and great customer service, I highly recommend giving Commack Road a visit. We’ll definitely be back!

The line on the two-lane drive-through during lunch was too long, so I went inside where I was one of two people standing on line. The spicy chicken sandwich was too hot for my blood, so I exchanged it for an original. It was so moist and tasty that it tasted like it was brined, so I could see why Chick-fil-A gets its reputation of having the best chicken sandwich in America. The waffle fries were delicious especially when dipped in mayo. The Belgians introduced me to French fries dipped in mayo when I vacationed there soon after graduating from college. This was my first time visiting the franchise, and I will be going again and again and again… Thanks to the manager Dan and staff for providing outstanding customer service.

I think I like Popeyes chicken sandwich slightly better. It very close. I should have gotten sauce on this one though. Next time. Man there was a real long line when I got here and they did a great job. It took about 12 mins for me to get my food with like 15 cars ahead of me. They have cones all over guiding traffic. They had several people taking orders and a separate line for mobile orders. And everyone is really nice here. I like nice people. Good to see places doing well. Go support if you can.

First off, DON'T fear the lines. I went through a huge line in 10 minutes. And the staff will come around and take orders directly while you wait on line. 2nd, there is an app you can download so you can order ahead and skip the line to pick it up. The drive through also was moving quickly- I watched through the window. Also, a big thing to note is that it doesn't feel like you're in a fast food place. There are constantly people bringing you your food, condiments, free refills, kids toys, and I even got a complimentary lemon milkshake. All of those things happened in one lunch trip. Unexpected attention to service and hospitality that I'm not used to seeing a quick service restaurant, definitely not in NY. The Chicken sandwich was really good, lived up to the hype and explains the long lines. Lastly, my favorite part is the indoor playground. Clean and safe, with a big window I can watch my kids through while I wait on line or take my time eating (and writing reviews). Tip: be a little nice to the staff and they will probably offer you a free item or a meal comp. They dont seem to need any help getting business but they definitely appreciate yours.

So I typically will not eat at fast food chains BUT I will if its before 10am and I pass a Chick-fil-A because the chicken biscuit sandwhich is DELICIOUS. Not a fan of the long drive thru line but for that sandwhich I will deal or head inside to order where there is usally no line. Pro tip: Ask for honey and jelly to complete the chicken biscuit sandwhich perfection

The girls taking the orders were on point! They were quick, attentive and helpful. However, the food service was not great. Got my food pretty quick and it was really hot but then waited a ridiculous amount of time for a shake. My food was barely warm by the time I got my shake. No sorry for the wait, nothing. Then when I got home to eat...I ordered a side of cheese sauce (which you have to pay for, this i understand), but it was barely a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying for it, why isn't it at least half full? I doubt I'll be going back to that location.

I don't get what all the fuss is about. chicken is just okay. Tried it twice and not super impressed. The service is very good.

A $60 order for my family which was not fulfilled properly, has been corrected by a manager at this location on 08/04. She was very sweet, very considerate, and helped me through everything. While still upset over what I found in my food, she has made it up by offering compensation for it.

Ordered 2 spicy plain deluxe with pepperjack because the bag makes the sandwich soft, not everyone wants a SOFT sandwich, We order a deluxe for the BOX it allows air and keeps the chicken crunchy, why would you shove my two plain spicy deluxe in a bag and my deluxe that isn’t plain, is in a box.. as it should be? Now I have two soft sandwiches that I don’t care for. I can’t with the incompetence of all these businesses on Long Island.

I’ve ordered food here plenty of times but over the a small span of time 6months or so the food hasn’t been the same. My fries are always soggy or the small pieces no one likes. And my tender are small. We we order chicken sandwiches the chicken is so flat and small that right now it’s not even worth ordering food from here. I wish they’d fix it but everytime we order dinner here it has been the same disappointment. Not expecting to order again soon.
