Every visit is as good as the last. Service was quick and pleasant and our food came out hot and quick. Our waitress was very prompt and attentive on top of it all. Overall great experience!

Everytime we go here we get the absolute best service. We love the atmosphere they give and the food oml so good. We try to go on Fridays to do the 2/19.99 fajatas (totally worth the money) and the drink goodness gracious they are amazing. Cheap food cheap drinks and a wonderful place to go. Even for a family dinner/outing worth the money.

Best food in town. The salsa here is one of the best that I have ever had. I am here 2 to 3 days a week. Tuesdays you have to stop by for the Taco Tuesday special of $1.50 tacos. If you are lucky enough you might get to see me there if you are there on a Tuesday!

We came in tonight and had Brandon as our server. He was very attentive. I ordered shrimp fajitas and my husband ordered shrimp, chicken and beef fajitas. They were cooked to perfection. Seasoned well. Brandon never let us get low on our drinks. He was on time. Really impressed. I told the cashier and she mentioned the owner was there as well as the GM. I let them know how our evening went. Everyone was very nice. Highly recommend.

I went there with Jim Bob because he took me out. It has the style of a nice family restaurant and you can tell that the employees enjoy their job. The servers were very friendly, especially Sarah, the server at our table :)

This has been my favorite restaurant since they opened years ago. Do yourself a favor and get the sour cream chicken enchiladas and the salsa is my favorite, I always get extra!

I don’t care what anybody else says, Mochis is THE iconic Mexican food experience in Commerce. And Brandon Clark is a next-level server and Honors College student who will be a top-notch law student and attorney, and I love having the opportunity to support such an awesome person.

As a college student the food in campus is mid at best. But me and my friend went here for dinner and that is the first time we’ve been that full in months. Our server was great I didn’t catch his name but he was wonderful the food was amazing and the portions were great!! Will definitely be back thank you Los Mochis!!

We love grabbing take out here!! The hostess Addy is always so sweet, she makes sure everything is neat and complete. Pleasant on the phone, attentive when we arrive and super helpful/ knowledgeable. We have even had her help us when we had a large party with a later arrival because family was in town and we needed a place for everyone to dine. We lost our home in a fire and have been without a kitchen and this has been a goto for us! Oh and Carla, Zander and Jackson have been amazing servers when we dine in!

Went Sep 1, 2024. Food was delicious. Got the queso that came with ground beef in it, it was good 9/10. I got the bistec burrito 10/10. My husband for the shrimp and Beef fajitas he said a good 9/10. My kiddos the chicken tenders one with fries and the other with rice and beans they sure did enjoyed it. Margaritas were 10/10 not stingy with the liquor like other restaurants haha.

The Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff are very impressively accurate and diligent. Food is always out in a timely manner and has never been incorrect despite my somewhat picky eating habits. Dine in, take out, doesn't matter; staff does their job well. Unpopular opinion, but the FoH staff are almost robotically nice, which isn't deserving of a poor review by any means, but forcing that hard of a smile is undoubtedly likely to cause long-term psychological effects.

Today was the second time that I've been here and it's been delicious both times. I had the fish tacos today and OMG are they better than I've had anywhere else! Absolute perfection. I'm not sure what the sauce is, but combined with the pico, lettuce, cabbage, and everything- truly tasty. I wish I could order a bowl or container of that just to have when I make fish tacos at home.

Original review: The came here for their taco Tuesday special and for whatever reason my daughter decided we needed 20 tacos. Which came with chips and salsa. Salsa (red & green) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beef tacos in flour ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - there is enough meat in each taco - they were a little tougher and chewy - not seasoned as well as we are used to Chicken tacos in flour ⭐️ - opened the container to a giant hair in the tacos so I didn’t eat eat them but they smelled good 🤷🏾‍♀️ - I tried to call to let them know but didn’t get an answer UPDATE 8/25: Spoke to sky (sp?) the general manager and she was extremely apologetic to the situation and more than happy to resolve the issue. She fully refunded and remade my order without asking. I am extremely grateful and will say it was completely worth it. Pretty decent basic Tex Mex. Rice and beans are good! Really hope they offer more kinds of alcoholic drinks and margaritas. But other than that food wasn’t bad at all and the service was good.

This is my go to Mexican place in commerce. They've come a long way since the diliipidated old Dairy Queen. It doesn't matter what you get, the portions are a good value and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes service is spotty sure to servers listening to videos on their phone (loudly which is annoying- he's a tip, if your phone is louder than the conversations, it's prove too damn loud), but is generally on the quicker and attentive side.

Good food,very friendly waitress. My only complaint is I looked up their menu to see what they had and to check out the prices. Apparently they haven't updated the menu information because when we got there the prices were higher than their site stated, which was a little disappointing. But otherwise very satisfied with our visit. 🙂

The food is always great. Best salsa in town! This location is nice, and we're always treated good when we come in (usually in a large group). The location is good and the parking is usually very ample. The service is usually fantastic unless they're slammed [then wait your turn, I understand this]. The people who work there act like they care, and all seem to have good personalities. My only reason for 4 stars is that I've not seen or used the restroom there, ever, so I can give an honest 5. When I return is will make note to do so, so I can update this review. Good food, good location, good menu and great service from good people. Eat here, you'll be back.

Food is fresh, flavorful and great portion size. The service is good and they are fairly quick to get food out. Endless chips and salsa is always good. Their salsa is not spicy and doesn't have any bold flavor. The overall experience is good for commerce.

We had Lis Michis cater my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Skylar, the manager is amazing, she is so kind and helpful. We had tons of compliments on the food. We had good portions with enough for everyone to have seconds if wanted. We will definitely use them again for our catering needs as well as go to dine at the restaurant. THANK YOU LOS MOCHIS CREW!

Food was good. Very hot food and fresh. My only complaint is I ordered a chimichanga but it was more like a burrito. It wasn’t fried, unfortunately. Everything else was good and they have good drink specials. Chips and salsa is good as well.

Honestly this review is a high four. The food is some of the best Mexican food I've had. The only reason it's not a 5 is because it wasn't mind blowing but still fantastic nonetheless. The service was also one of the best I would have to say we experienced. She was so on point and made sure we were comfy while also not being to overbearing. Anyway, if you are on the fence about coming here, I definitely would. Everything here is still top compared to others in the area and just a really enjoyable environment altogether. Attaching images of the latest menu inside and our food. The drinks were also extremely tasty and had a good amount of alcohol in them. No skipping out on that like other places, had the amount you would put in at home ;)

I had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner here the other night. Upon being seated, my mind was asking only one question: “Are the chips and salsa free?” Luckily, my question was promptly answered in the affirmative. The chips and salsa were solid, nothing crazy but definitely good. Can’t ever go wrong with some free chips and salsa. Love it. Shoutout to the manager for making that decision. When it comes to the entrees, they were great. Quesadillas were my favorite, and the enchiladas were solid. Was it exceptional? Did it infatuate me? No, and that’s what makes the difference between a 4-star rating from me and a 5-star rating from me. If the food really slapped me in the face (figuratively) and had me thinking unholy things about it, then I would grant it 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, I had a great time at this restaurant and I would recommend it to you, but I take a lot of pride in awarding a restaurant with 5 stars. Please do not take my lack of a 5-star rating as a testament to not top notch quality, rather see it as a testament to my standards.

I've ordered the grande burrito with NO TOMATOES 3 times, and every time there were tomatoes; in the burrito. It's like every time I ask for no tomatoes, they add more tomatoes! If I ask for specific items to be removed, then they should be removed; because they literally make me sick! The food is great, but I'm not happy about them not paying attention; to what I ordered. It makes me not want to order from them again.

I love los mochi's but... The service is hot or miss. When I came last time we sat for like 20 mins before getting a drink order. But overall their food is good! Fajitas and sour cream chicken enchiladas are the best!

I had ordered the Grande burrito and when I had gotten it was the size of a snickers bar and it taken someone a while to bring silverware. My sister had ordered the beef fajitas and was charged extra and does not say in the menu that regular beef is extra. The prices in the menu need to be updated.

I rarely give a bad review but the salsa was way too salty and Chicken on the chicken sour cream enchiladas that we had they were dry way too much flavor they just didn't taste right I literally ordered three and ate half of one and let me tell you something I eat this is probably a good place to drink or get a burrito maybe put the chicken they got to do better

If you're craving authentic Mexican food and thinking about going here, try somewhere else. You'll only be disappointed. My girlfriend and I were very eager to try Los Mochis. A few days ago, we gave it a shot. I highly regret spending my money here. The only thing I liked was our waitress, who did an amazing job. She is the only reason this review isn't a one star. The menus were cheap and dirty. The dishes our food was served on were cracked, chipped, and broken. The bathrooms appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. Everything tasted like it was missing something/made by people that had *seen* pictures of Mexican food but never actually eaten any. The queso tasted like cheap, off-brand Velveeta and nothing more. The texture was near slimy and the consistency was runny, yet lumpy. The sour cream was a literal ice cream scoop of "cream" with no "sour" to it. The guacamole was just prepackaged blended avocado. The color was an unnatural green, shiny green. No tomatoes, no peppers. Just avocado. The beef enchiladas were okay, but my cheese enchilada wasn't even cooked/heated properly. The cheese inside was just sliced chunks of Velveeta, not melted in the slightest. The chicken quesadilla was alright tasting, but was *dripping* grease. The rice tasted worse than pre-made rice-a-roni from Walmart. Their beans were okay, but tasted like they had zero seasoning.

I've eaten here 5 or 6 times. There's not a whole lot of choices in Commerce for decent restaurant dining so every time I eat here I say it will be my last time, because the food is just so very unsatisfying, but then time passes and I go anyway, hoping beyond hope that they've changed. Nope. My experience yesterday: Service was good; Hostess was nice, the waitress had a young man in training and she was very good too. Unfortunately, I wasn't there for the service, I was there for food and this is where the restaurant fails. The Mexican food was far too greasy. The cheese tastes like they melted a block of cheddar. No mexican flavor at all. The salsa was a bit oversalted. Believe me I prefer salty but this was just over the top. The chips wer,e good. That's about it. I think this was my last trip to Los Mochis.

The tres Leches was dry. Bottom layer was slightly wet. Had that freezer taste. On top of that could also tell it was the end peice. Quality control is lacking. Tacos had a slight sweetness but they were good 8/10 just because they used fresh avocado.

Decent place for a small town.. friendly and nice server and service. Had the steak fajitas. Was Definitely a heat and serve type of meal... Salsa was ok but tortilla chips are not fresh cooked. This is the first time restaurant was turning away customers stating they are out of food after keeping them in wait for table... they still had good 4 hours to close and that too on a weekend... Yikes 😬 *Owner, was at your restaurant on Jul 3, please read it again.. "because you were turning customers away after making them wait as you were out of food and much before your closing time"

So we went in and got sat down for about 10mins and more people came in and got sat down and they were given chips and salsa and even their order taken but we where there before them.Also when she was taking the people’s order that came after us she looked at us like we were not there before them, and I just felt like that was racism especially during black history month.

Tortillas were not cooked fully, the spices tasted like Pace Picante sauce." Los Mochies" is a town in Sinaloa that prides its self with its food and flavors. Our first visit here was absolutely amazing,unfortunately the rest of the visits haven’t been the same. My last three visits (one of them last night) have sucked! Right after we received our food we literally had no service. I don’t know where our waiter went,the other waiter working his section was so attentive to his guests. Not once did our drinks get refilled,we were waiting for to-go boxes,but she’s never came so we didn’t get to take our food,and since she never came we had to walk up to the register to ask to pay without knowing our total at all. It was a complete disappointment and not worth the money I paid. Don’t think I’ll be going there again.

My daughter and I arrived at 715pm. At 730 we were seated and served drinks. We did not get our food until 820. She had a kids meal, though she's in college, and the fries were not thoroughly cooked. I had the cheese enchiladas. The chili sauce was a canned chili sauce, tasting the same as a couple of other TexMex places in town. One enchilada was not even rolled and was hiding in the rice. We saw our server 2 times. Once to take our order and once to deliver it. The large table that was near us was empty and unbussed when we arrived and was empty and unbussed when we left at around 830. 6 tables with customers, 3 waiters, 1 front of house and no one was to be seen when we got up from the table and went to the register to pay. They were quick to get there, but never asked about the food or service. My 4th visit in the past year since I moved here, but I won't be back.

We used to love going here but for some reason it's gone downhill. The food prices have increased 60% over the last 6 months and the portions have gotten smaller. This time the Chili Relleno know was awful and even the salsa seemed like someone tripled the amount of salt in it, the street tacos were okay but small portions. Just very disappointed with this visit and will probably stick with our other favorite local place from now on.

TERRIBLE!!! they made us pay for chips and salsa EACH!! We were on the same tab and they charged us $5 per person for chips and salsa. This ended up being $30 considering it was 6 of us at the table. This is insane no restaurant would ever do this and their food is BADDDD!! We just came here for some margaritas and i have been coming here for years they never did this before.

We were nickel and dimed for everything we ordered. $2 for beef in a $16.00 quesadilla?!!! Another $2 for a $25.99 fajitas for 2. The first margaritas had very little if any liquor in it then they charged $6.50 well tequila on a $9.00 margarita?!!!!!! The quality was not included. For the three people it was over $100!!!! WARNING WATCH YOUR BILL.

Been going here for 20 years (see full review on TripAdvisor). Was denied use of an electric outlet to charge my phone. Manager on duty said her boss could see her on camera and would not allow it and that his electricity bill was going up and he was tired of it. The math: 30 hours of phone charging a day would cost about $6 a year. The lights and fans (which were ALL ON in an EMPTY restaurant) cost about $6 a day. I currently go there 1.5x/week and take friends and tip well. We will now ALL be going somewhere else in town. Thanks for the memories.

They must've recently changed owners or managers and cook, as well as menu. Used to I cook get spinach enchiladas and others that couldn't exactly find something..they could ask and get something custom to what they want. This time..couldn't find spinach enchiladas. I asked and I did get it...BUT, I promise as I eat canned spi ach alot..this is what was in my enchliada..and prices are OMG I paid $16 for a bean chalupa/Toscana 2 canned spinach enchiladas and a melted cheese wrap...!!!! Called ixtapa plate! Asked for fish tacos but can't mix up to try both fried and grilled but nope have to get only one...and FYI if want shrimp is $3.50 PER SHRIMP!!!!! Place has changed and food is terrible a d price has skyrocketed!!! I will not be back and will tell others the same...I'd love a refund or a gift card to change my pist
