Just ate there. As someone that has honorably served the only thing was good was the 30 minute service. They overcook the pizza 🍕 every time. Sine y’all have cameras everywhere y’all need them at the workplace making sure employees are following sanitary and food handling policies correctly.

I usually love ordering from this papa John's, but today, really did it for me. I ordered some chicken at 8:33pm, got an email saying it would take 55 minutes. Called them multiple times(12) no answer, and finally the last time I call, they finally answer. You know what they tell me. They only have one driver, they've been really busy and after 2 hours your order goes void, meaning your order disappears from the delivery list, they DON'T send out an email saying your order was voided. So you're pretty much waiting for food that's not coming to you. Then when I ask how can I be compensated, the answer is I can't do anything about it. I was really a loyal&great customer, ask your drivers.. I'm done.

My husband and I arrived at the 206 E Compton location 10:57 pm website and on the door closing hours 12mid. The employees there said they were closed in the store. Delivery only. It would have been nice to know this without making the trip. Instead we were happy to know Pizza Hut across the way same hours doors open very friendly service and plenty of customers. This Papa John's has Totally lost our services. Thank you to Pizza Hut for there services.

First time ordering Papa John's online. an hour after I had placed my order I received a phone call from the pizza driver saying that that my address was 20 minutes away and if he got on the freeway it was going to take longer he said that the store was going to call me roughly 30 minutes later I still have not received a phone call so I took it upon myself to call the pizza driver and I told him what's going on with my order the company still hasn't called me can you please find out if you're going to deliver pizzas because I have people waiting over an hour for the food or should I just order from somewhere else then he said the company is going to call you and then he just hung up so no pizza people hungry really bad service from this location and still no phone call and no food.😵🤬

My husband and I arrived on a Sunday night at exactly 10:14 p.m because the lobby was closed at 10:30 and they close down at 11 p.m. The doors were already locked so I called and asked why we still could not do a carry out and the lady said they are only doing delivery. I was parked right out front and asked well how much is delivery if I’m parked right in front of the door and she said $5!! I was so done with her after that and hung up the phone. This was my to go place but the Pizza Hut right across the street in the other shopping center was closing at 11 p.m as well and allowed us to walk in with no hesitation. They also have an A grade and I can see why. So now I’m wiping my hands with this Papa Johns and going straight to Pizza Hut from now on. Thanks for the 0% effort on customer service Papa Johns.

How do this chain expect to grow when they have a small area they choose to deliver really 3.7 miles and you can deliver bad for business and bad costumer service need to hire a new C.O

This Papa Jones is very unorganized. No one wears gloves nor wash there hands. I watched several of the cooks prep pizza after touching boxes. The manager prep the dough without gloves after touching the register, grabbing boxes, wiping his face and grabbing the pole on the shelf. The quality of the pizza was HORRIBLE. I would never ever order from this place again.

Tried to make an order for delivery, as soon as I selected payment (and included tip for delivery driver) the site instantly changed its page and put my order for takeout. I tried editing my order online and I couldn't so I tried calling. I tried calling for OVER AN HOUR and no one picked up. I called constantly, back to back. At this point, the store was open for only another hour and automated message while calling says my pizza been ready for pickup. I had to call an Uber to pick up pizza. When I got there, a whole group of young boys was hanging out front, standing around their cars. I ignored and walked in store. The store was completely EMPTY. No staff in sight! One of the boys that was out front ran in after me, out of breath, asking if he could help me. I quickly realized this is why no one was answering the phone! Is this how they're trained? Is this normal? I gave a tip for this service? I spent more money in Uber because of this?! I haven't slept nor eaten in 2 days due to work so I was beyond livid and appalled. I had to remind myself not to react. This is NOT acceptable.

I spent over five minutes calling the store in an effort to speak with someone in the store, using his phone. I also attempted to update the order after being prompted in the automated system, but to no avail. Then I used my phone and finally made contact with someone. I had to act as if I was placing a new order. Do you know Papa John's is outsourcing jobs in the Philippines? So someone in the Philippines is taking live orders. After being transferred several times and 30 minutes later, I was unsuccessful with modifying the order. Then, did you know Door Dash is the deliverer? What is happening? Now we're waiting for our food for 45 minutes and 48 hours for customer service to get back to us. The convenience has become an inconvenience. Never again!

It use to be good here but damm customer service when Down the hill. They never answer the phone to make an order i call like 10 times. Last time i got pizza was not cooked well done . What's going on . I use to like it here good pizza but the employees need supervision cause they are not doing better ingredients better pizza i can tell you that. Last time i ordered it was really disappointed it was bad for me and my family. Owner you need to really look into it.

I order a big order with 4 2ltrs. 1 Pepsi, 1 Mt dew, 1 crush, and one Pepsi zero. They were out but instead of calling me just thru in a diet Pepsi. And when called to complain couldn't understand person due to hearing difficulties. So my co worker taked for me and instead of replacing diet with another drink just gave discount but expires in few days. But diet is ok not great. But just don't like the driver or store didn't call to let me know poor cx service.

I usally dont leave reviews but this place is terrible I get its christmas but how am I gonna get a estimate time of 30 minutes than end up waiting an 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to say they didnt get the order and they needa remake it? tried calling to ask and phone just stopped ringing as if they had a system to mute callers… I dont know how this business exists? last time I came here it was the same thing christmas or not.
