Gosh where do I even start workers where complete witches I mobile ordered at 8:30 and I get there about 5 minuets later for the door to be closed and locked. And I’m arguing with them I’m why it doesn’t close till 9 and they start laughing and just pointing to go wait here I am in line waiting can we get them fired my drink was on the counter I could of just got it but took another 45 mins in Line.

Check your drinks guys. This place fills drinks up with whip creme on the bottom. I pointed it out and they said they've always done that.

I ASKED FOR EXTRA CARAMEL CRUNCH I EVEN PAID FOR THE EXTRA AND THEY DIDNT PUT NOTHING ON THE BOTTOM AND VERY LITTLE ON THE TOP THEY SUCK HERE WORST LOCATION EVER

This is the third time I have come to this one over several months time frame due to I have to drop someone off at work in the area and I've come to this one three different time frames such as am early morning mid-afternoon like today and later in the evening in each time I have had a very unpleasant experience I have to go to the drive to to injuries and I'm not able to walk as well so each time it has been my experience through the drive-thru where I have made a mobile order that my drink is placed on the counter and it is taken so when I get to the window finally even after they have confirmed that my drink is ready and I get to the window my drink is gone so now I have to wait for them to remake my drink and that gets frustrated and especially when you do a mobile order because your time is already spent waiting over 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru wait line and you have somewhere to be now I have to still wait more time for them to remake my drink my thing is why doesn't this Starbucks do like other Starbucks and put the drive-thru pickup orders by the drive through window so that they won't be stolen sitting on the counter this is the third time this has happened to me at this and normally I just let it go but this time I have to say something about it so that they can make a change about this because this is ridiculous and each time it has been my mobile order pickup and you put either counter or drive to pick up I always put drive through so it says that it's a drive through pickup I hope this one gets better with this because this is ridiculous to have to wait 40 minutes to get to the window for you to be told your drink is not there and then have to wait more time especially like me I'm in a hurry to get somewhere else hence that's why I need to make the mobile order since I am driving on the freeway far distance to get back to where I need to go😠😞

Yesterday 9/22/2025 I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes at around 4:19 pm. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and politely asked the barista if she could add light ice to my drink. She said “yes but it’s going to leave room.” I told her i’m okay with that since I was going to save it for later. When I was home I realized that there was too much ice on my drink and it did not taste good. I called the store to let them know my experience and the barista that was on the line (Andrea) was the rudest person i’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. She made it seem like I was bothering her. I informed her that I wasn’t going back immediately since it was traffic hour. She kept insisting that the drink was made correctly and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering it that way. I was nothing but nice on the phone as i’ve worked in customer service before and I hate rude customers. I informed her that I would be coming in tomorrow (9/23) and asked if I should put my drink in the fridge. She then said in a rude voice “ Yeah….mmmmm we just need the drink if you want it remade” and then hung up. This made me so upset and I called back to get her name. Today (9/23) I arrived at the store with my day old drink in hand and explained yesterdays situation. The barista seemed confused. Why didn’t Andrea inform the next shift that someone was coming for a remake the next morning? So unprofessional. The girl at the register made it seem like I was an inconvenience.. I then asked her if I can get the Brown Sugar Shaken espresso hot this time. She said “We only do that drink iced”… I said “yes but it would be like a hot latte” *she stares at me weirdly* “Let me go ask the manager” The manager said she would do it hot .. Great! The girl on the register then informed me I needed to get the drink and throw it away. However yesterday Andrea said that the needed the drink back and was so rude about it just for the girl today to tell me that I needed to throw it away. I said “Can you discard it for me it’s full and i’m just going to throw it in the trash” *stares at me rudely* Yeah we’re not allowed to grab the drink. Then which is it???? You need the drink or you don’t. Honestly everyone’s attitude was sooo gross it made me so upset that i’m writing a review and I never do that. You would think they’d be a little nicer sine the get paid up to $25 an hour. I will genuinely never go there again and I hope that store retrains their baristas

This location has horrible customer service! The females have bad attitude They act as if it’s an inconvenience for them to make your drink I felt like it was a racial thing Josie needs to be fired immediately. There’s no way that her attitude should be acceptable for a place of work, very arrogant and immature.

They never have items on the menu... even when you order on food delivery apps. This morning, I ordered the new summer refresher, which includes Boba, and they didn't have the proper straws for the Boba. I ordered a plain bagel because they didn't have the protein box that I wanted, and they didn't have cream cheese. This has been going on for almost a year now. Whoever the owner/manager of this location needs to be replaced.

Its 9:15pm and doors closed, and google shows they close at 11:00pm,doesnt say anything bout drive thru or walk in, june 3rd, soo now i gotta wait in drive thru after i order online, smh 3 cars in front of me, smh

Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had in 42 years of enjoying Starbucks. So surprised to find myself standing waiting to have my order taken over 15 minutes, and then after that she said someone will be right with you? Wow, Starbucks has fallen so low? Me and my friend decided to walk away because we had been standing there so long

i paid extra for vanilla sweet cream foam and they didn’t even add it. my mobile order was supposed to be done at 8:03 and it didn’t come out until 8:20. they’re very rude too.

Drive thru is always a long wait here. This morning I went inside and the wait was even longer. When I spoke up about my order, one of the employees told me mobile orders are more important. Wow I've worked in fast food/restaurants, we make the orders in the order they come in. No wonder drive thru and walk in orders take so long they prioritize online orders. Never coming here again. Also I asked for a little extra cream and they put more cream than the coffee itself

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. Evelyn hesitated to help me in store, having conversations with coworkers and asked my order 3 times. I had told her light ice. Wasn’t even written on my order, basically got a whole cup of ice with my Venti drink. Calling the manager tmw, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
