I don’t understand why they have such bad reviews! I love this dominos, they deliver my pizza for me & my two boys fresh & on time everytime lol! Keep up the good work

As a patron, I thoroughly enjoy the high-quality pizzas offered at this Domino's Pizza shop. Alongside pizzas, I have also tried their additional offerings such as pasta, loaded tots, and wings, all of which have met my expectations in terms of taste and satisfaction. I am happy with the overall quality of the food. Also, it is worth mentioning that I typically opt to personally pick up my orders.

Ordered at 10pm and got all food within 30 minutes in great condition. Nice delivery person too.

one employee made me pay for my pizza and then i waited 3x the amount of time he said and he said i never placed an order and then another employee game me a free pizza size upgrade to share with my friend and 2 free drinks too super awesome guy definitely employee of the month worthy

Quick n out. My food was made on time and the place was clean enough.

I ordered a pizza (which was great) and a toasted sandwich, that was completely over baked so the bread was totally unable to be eaten.. :/ But, the delivery guy was quick and friendly and the ordering process was easy and straightforward. I'd still order from them again. Just not another toasted sandwich lol

The food was good! The problem was when I ordered my food through the app it took almost an hour for it to say my order was ready for pickup on the app. When I went to the store, they said it could take another 20 minutes even though it said it was ready on the app. I know this particular Domino's was really busy on a Saturday night, so I won't be too critical.

I will say they were really helpful, called me to clarify when the system was down, and were very friendly when I arrived. However, the food was the worst I have ever had at any Domino's, the pizza crust was raw, the cinnamon rolls were burnt

I placed an order, the delivery person told me they couldn't come inside the building. I said that was fine and would call the store to cancel the order because I couldn't come down to meet them due to an injury. They told me that was always the policy even though I'd had an order delivered to my door just within the last month. I called the store, the man who answered explained bike deliverers can't come inside and they didn't have car deliverers tonight, so they'd just cancel it. That was fine. But then I got a call *again* from the delivery person, trying to berate me and telling me not to order from them ever again. I hung up mid call. Wildly unprofessional of their driver to behave this way, especially due to a policy that was never stated. They offer a to-door option, customers shouldn't be admonished for using and expecting it. Two stars instead of one because whoever answered at the store was completely professional, honest, and reasonable.

I do not recommend this for anyone with a gluten allergy due to cross contamination. I had to find that out the hard way. The pizza tasted great but the allergic reaction I had to it left me miserable.

The man with the man bun working at 5:42pm on November 11th copped a nasty attitude when I asked for an extra large pizza box for my medium pizza when it was pouring outside and I wanted to double box my pizza. Then he handed me a sheet of cardboard, didn't even bother to build the box. Extremely rude employee.

Very good customer service,but the pizza doesn't meet the expectations at all. So I will vote with my feet.

I ordered a pizza when I was at work to be delivered at 12:15am as I get off work at 12am and takes about 10 minutes to get home but right when I get off work the delivery driver is calling me saying hes at my apartment at 12am so I literally had to run home after asking him to wait so I could get my food. So next time pls delivery closer to the time I set it to be delivered at please

Delivery driver was rude and unprofessional and his car was covered in stickers with symbols of hate speech and intolerance. The food is over priced and mediocre at best. Won’t ever do business with the company again. I’m not paying an $8 delivery fee and a $25 order minimum just to have some dude show up with symbols of hate all over his car. Good riddance dominos.

Ordered pizza online today and the delivered me a pizza with out cheese. Like dude what does a pizza consist of dough, sauce and cheese. The called the location and there manager is very rude and disrespectful over the phone. Explaining that they send me the wrong order. His name is Parker and very rude. You have just lost a good customer. Also Parker knows business 101 for every customer that is not taken care of you lose anywhere from 8 to 10. Thank you Parker and I will take my business else well. They charged me, and made my pizza only to call me 1 hour later that they don't deliver to my address which only was 1 block away. And have not returned my money for something they did never deliver.

Placed my order online and it was supposed to be a 30 minutes. I've been here for 35 minutes watching staff strategically pushed orders back. 1 worker is on the line 1230am, there were 2 but they were talking about video games before one left. The other has been playing on his phone trying to start music on speaker for the last couple of minutes. This is great customer service.

This gentleman in the kitchen is cutting and boxing the *cooked ready to eat food* and was not wearing a mask and talking to coworkers over the food One other employee had their mask on their chin below his mouth

Domino's is a very good business. They go out of their way to Deliver and serve their customers. But at this location their workers are uncomfortable and unorganized. Sunday I ordered a pizza for 5 pm pick up on the app for my very first time to earn reward points. I go pick up pizza and the worker yells at me. Because I'm politely speaking over the glass to get his attention. It's something I did at a few other locations. And then the cashier randomly gives me a pizza and did not ask what the name on the pick up order was. But I was so embarrassed, Filled with anxiety, and overwhelmed from the worker yelling at me. I just wanted to get out of there. I left with the wrong pizza and unanswered questions about online ordering. I don't know if they were having a bad day, but I know not to go around time of 5p m. But Dominoes is an absolutely amazing business!!!

Ordered 3-cheese loaded tots vegetarian, got bacon in my order. This is a real problem for me because I'd never eaten meat in my life before this happened. I called them to talk about it and get a refund, the manager told me to call back later because they were busy and had a huge order :| I mean can't you hand it off to someone else to handle a serious complaint for 5 minutes? I did call back later and they gave me a full refund. But still pissed with that shitty bacon taste and smell in my mouth

Ordered a few weeks ago. Delivery driver handed me the pizza, didn't hand me the chicken and when I told him it was on the order he reached back in his car and fished it out, but really didn't have a clue if it was the right box etc. Order was also missing the Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken specialty pizza. Sent feedback/complaint and they gave me a free pizza coupon. Okay, fine, whatever. Ordered a few days ago and at least the order was correct. However, checking my bank charge and noticed it was $5 more than the receipt. I tipped via the app, however, that was reflected in the receipt so there shouldn't have been a surprise charge. Checked the other order from a few weeks ago, I was charged an extra $3 than what was on my receipt. Real shady store and will not be ordering again from this store. Y'all check your bank charges against the receipt. Filed a complaint with Domino's via email, the store called me, but I was at work. But, I have zero confidence in this particular store.

Walked in at 1:20 am, and got kicked out because they were close, while the cashier was taking an order through the phone. Their sign said they were open until 3am and were given morw attitude when we brought that up.

Ordered 1hr in advance,Gave address, made payment,called back they delivered to capital hill and do not deliver to convention place which is 7 min away. I gave a bus number(driver)who was it delivered to?Should have notified me when address was given-do not deliver there.

I ordered two Pizzas & A Sandwich From here yesterday night. One Memphis BBQ Specialty pizza & the other A custom build “steak w/ bell peppers”. Instead of bell peppers they put pineapples on my pizza. & the other pizza literally looked like it was held Vertical during the ride; to where A Large portion of cheese had slide off the pizza & onto the crust. There was so much cheese on this pizza Nothing was missing anywhere on it after a lot slide off. I was very disappointed & angry after paying $39 for some un professional bs thrown together. I Wouldn’t recommend eating here it’s not worth it at all.

Food has always been fine, delivery has sucked for over a year, food was cold from sitting in some car in their parking lot not moving for an hour. I'm never bothering with this place again.

I ordered 100$ worth of Pizza for our staff and it was Soaked in Grease the Pizza box had soaked up most of the grease the rest was pooling in the center of the Pizza. the driver pulled 3 of the Pizzas out of the bag SIDEWAYS when i opened the box the cheese and toppings where stuck to the top of the pizza box. UNACCEPTABLE!!! You have a lost a Good Customer.

Your pizza WILL be late. Do not order from this location if you are ordering food at work and are depending on these employees to be on time. They WILL hang up on you if you call, and they are incredibly rude if you can even manage to get them on the phone. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Pizzas are good but pls ask your delivery guy stop asking customer to tip them! You are doing your work. If you need tip to raise your pay, ask dominos not the customer

I could rate this in minus (see pictures) I was delivered half of a large size pizza with smashed lava cakes (1/3 missing) . When I called the Capitol Hill store , the manager was the rudest person I have spoken to in my entire life. I told him that this was my 3rd order in the past month and while the first 2 were alright, this one seems like half eaten . And he goes yah but you have had 25 minutes since it was delivered may be you ate it ?!! Now I see the google reviews and I am like oh well no wonder this store has the lowest rating time for giving a harsh review. If dominoz is reading this - please pay livable wage to your drivers so that they don’t eat your customer’s orders.

I ordered delivery, John was the driver… call the store to update delivery driver instructions just to get a very sassy teenager tell me to deal. When the driver got here instead of listening to the directions, which said do not knock, he knocked, called me and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. I open the pizza just to find he has stuck his finger in it and smooshed something in the pizza. When I try to report something wrong with the order, the app and website redirect me and say that I can’t do anything until it’s delivered which it has been delivered. What a way to ruin somebody’s day. I knew I should’ve ordered little Caesars.
