The Little cheese burger is plenty big for me, and meat hounds will love the size of the double bacon cheeseburger. Five Guys offers the best included toppings of any burger place, and finding your combo is easy. Fries are fresh cut and served hot. Not pomme frites, but honest, delicious fries in a generous portion. Plenty of Heinz and malt vinegar on hand too. State of the art soda machines let you get creative. Lots of fun. I return again and again and always love it. Prices have gone up some, but it’s still worth it.

Was starving after driving to San Jose to see my mom in assisted living and back from Antioch so decided to give Five Guys a try for a quick to go dinner. Had a cheeseburger and a hotdog. Both were excellent and all who work there are really nice. Five Guys will be my “to go” place from now on for burgers and hotdogs! Nice clean cooking area and food made with care. Thank you all who work at Five Guys on Ygnacio Valley Blvd., Concord.

Always enjoy eating at Five Guys for fresh burgers with toppings of your choosing, sweet potato fries (they give sooo many) and soda fountain choices beyond belief. :) Latest Burger was Bacon Burger with fresh onions, catsup, mustard, A-1 and jalapenos-- this one was particularly satisfying. :)

I go here basically once a week with my son, and it's usually pretty empty in the restaurant, I think because the orders are mostly to go and food delivery service orders(i.e. doordash.) Because the food is always good. I love that you can put as many toppings as you want for the same price. Also the staff is very friendly and the service is pretty quick. The milkshakes are delicious. Side note: Do NOT come here if you have peanut allergies. They use peanut oil, and they have huge boxes of peanuts to eat while you wait for your food.

I went in on a extremely rainy day. The Restaurant was obviously slow. I was the only customer that was inside for the time I was there. They had a full staff and still kept busy. Everyone was working on something, they do a great job keeping the Restaurant clean, and the food fresh. The servers all very nice. My food was incredible. I was very surprised how good everything I ordered was. All the work I saw was paying off. As I said everything fresh, the Patty's were cooked perfectly, the lettuce and veggies fresh, the cheese perfectly melted.

We order ahead so our food is ready to cook when we get there. The wait is as long as it takes to drop fries in the fat. Juicy, HOT & delicious. Consistent. Friendly. Super fresh! Our order is always precise. Thanks ladies, awesome job!

good food. all their outdoor chairs and tables got stolen a couple months back and there's usually some rando camping the one remaining table sorry guys but I can't cough up $15 for a burger. and service next door at BK keeps getting worse i just keep driving these days

Good food made to order they have coke but it's not fountain sadly it's the kiosk touch screen overall a good experience $$ bit pricey you get lots of fries I love fries and for you guys that like to get fancy with their fries they have various sauces I just like ketchup and pepper on mine enjoy most locations are the same.

Awesome burger joint. Words can't describe how friendly and personable the staff are. Its probably my favorite part about going here. Perfect location. Indoor and outdoor seating. Local favorite. Quality and quantity. The main downside is how pricey it gets. Basically $10 per burger. Other than that I love this place.

It’s Five Guys, if you don’t know of them, well what can I say. As far as “fast causal” burgers go, pretty solid. I always get the cajun fries, and they are tasty and hot. Ample portions of fries and the standard burger is a double. So plenty of food. You’re always going to wait because burgers are made to order, but that means it’s always hot and fresh.

This location of five guys is very clean and the workers in my experience have all been very nice and helpful with anything I need. The burgers are very delicious and aren’t to expensive, but the French fries are definitely what I would say is the dish you should definitely try. They make them with just enough salt to make them delicious and fresh potatoes make them even better. The workers do a great job of getting your food to you quickly if the restaurant is somewhat empty. The one thing I would say needs to be worked on is when the restaurant gets busy it takes forever to receive your order. What I have witnessed is to order your food online if you want to just pick up your food quickly. All around, five guys is definitely worth visiting.

What a great tasting burger and fries. We loved the peanuts also. The staff there was happy to please your special order of add-ons to your burgers. Wish they had padded chairs. That would have made our visit perfect. Loved mixing up your own soda drink.

Great burger. Very convenient to stop there on the way to a show at the Concord Pavilion - or any time. A regular burger comes with two patties and a small burger comes with one and is still pretty good sized so keep that in mind when you order. It took a while for them to make it but it was good when it was finally ready.

Five guys have the most greasiest and boring cheeseburgers among hamburgers-only joints. Very basic, did I say boring and greasy. Fries is super greasy too.

First off, I love Five Guys, but this location was subpar. I ordered, then waited... Unfortunately for myself and the rest of the costumers waiting, two of the workers decided to argue loudly for a good 10 mins...holding up the orders. Awkward for customers and unprofessional for staff. Once I finally got my order (little bacon buger with NO cheese) there was cheese - which you can see from receipt I did NOT order. I decided to scrap it off because staff was already slow and I didn't want to deal with the angry bunch.
