Dr Gentchos is absolutely amazing. I had to have ankle surgery and I have two disorders that make me heal much slower. He was extremely helpful and was well versed in both of my disorders. I didn’t want to get a cast because I have really gross toenails and told him that. So during my surgery, he drilled down my toenails so they were small and you couldn’t see them. I don’t know any other surgeon that would do that. I cannot recommend him enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly exceptional experience during a tough day Today could have been overwhelming for our family, but Jamie and the orthopedic doctor turned a difficult moment into something calm, compassionate, and genuinely reassuring. Our daughter broke her arm this past weekend, and from the moment we walked in, Jamie’s bedside manner was extraordinary. She spoke to our daughter at her level, made her feel safe, and kept her smiling through a situation that would normally bring a lot of fear and tears. The orthopedic doctor was just as wonderful, walking us through every step, explaining the injury clearly, and fitting her cast with skill and care. You could tell both of them truly love what they do, and it shows in the comfort, patience, and confidence they gave to our daughter and to us as parents. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown today. Thank you, Jamie and the entire orthopedic team, for turning a difficult day into a positive memory for our daughter. I think Dr. WILEY is terrific!! He made me feel so comfortable when I had my knee replacement two years ago and on every visit since then! He is not the least bit condescending, which i appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to request Dr. WILEY for another surgery if I need my other knee replaced.

Dr. Casey is just the best Doctor I could ever ask for. He is not only knowledgeable in his field but is also kind, compassionate, listens to his patients and never rushes them. Everyone involved in my hip replacement procedure was super efficient as well as relaxed, caring and supportive. Dr. Desmaris checked in with me the day before, and on the day of surgery. His explanations were always thorough and understandable I had plenty of preparation, but at the same time nothing to make me overly anxious about the procedure. The facility and the process is professional and extremely organized. I was comfortable throughout and knew exactly what to expect. And even when it took me a bit longer in the recovery than we had anticipated, no worries at all from the staff. It was a great experience overall, from checkin through discharge, much better than I anticipated.

Klingler was great in the care for my son. He was open and honest with him in what would be the best healing journey even though it wasn’t ideal in my son’s mind. I took a star off for the checkout receptionist, Lauren. She can at least pretend she doesn’t hate her job and attempt a smile. It completes the appointment on a sour note.

I have had a disappointing experience with this practice on two separate occasions. I initially underwent surgery here several years ago with the same physician, which was unsuccessful. Despite that outcome, I returned years later for a second procedure with the same doctor for the same issue, and unfortunately, that surgery was also unsuccessful. I followed all recommended aftercare, yet I continue to experience poor results. While I understand that surgical outcomes can vary, this has been extremely frustrating. The most concerning part of my experience was the lack of communication and accountability, particularly with billing. I experienced significant difficulty reaching the billing department, and communication was unclear and consistently delayed. Over the course of several months, I made multiple attempts to contact the billing supervisor directly and never received a response, despite being told she was the appropriate point of contact. The complete lack of follow-up left me feeling ignored and unsupported while trying to resolve an important financial matter. When I asked about financial assistance related to an insurance issue, I was informed that, as a private practice, no assistance or income review would be offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice to patients who value clear communication, accessible leadership, or support when navigating billing and insurance concerns.

This team canceled an existing appointment without proper notification or rescheduling. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for a five minute appointment. Watched as two elderly patients faced the same problem with having canceled appointments. Was told by office staff “we have to double book now that we are so busy”. This leads to poor quality outcomes and dissatisfaction. Maybe consider a different team if you’re looking for personalized care that doesn’t feel like you’re an insignificant joint on a conveyor belt in a factory, versus a person. They definitely didn’t forget to collect all the copays though!
