I liked this place. Thought the boba was good, thought the flavor choices were abundant, just like other boba places. The staff were very friendly, single bathroom was clean, and nearby parking was ample. There is a cheaper boba place close by (T4 Tea For U) that has slightly cheaper drinks AND board games, BUT slightly harder parking.

My favorite boba shop in this area. The staff is friendly, service is fairly quick even when they’re busy, and the drinks are good! Check this place out if you haven’t already! 💯

This is my absolute favorite boba tea place. I have been to just about all of them in the easy bay! The passion fruit green tea is delicious, the boba is usually warm and fresh!

Sharetea has a really nice ambience, I see people sitting there all the time working on assignments and sipping on some tea. On top of that, the food is excellent and also proves to be a crazy good deal. For starters, the regular sized tea is larger than the large of T4, for around the same price or a tad bit less. The tea itself is delicious and I'd recommend Thai tea, my favourite place for this flavour by far.

My kids bought into the hype of boba...it's all I hear, "I want BOBAAAAAA....!" Sharetea was highly rated so we thought we'd check it out. I don't know squat about boba, the staff were very knowledgeable/ friendly and made excellent recommendations. The supervisor also heard one of my children being undecisive and offered to remake her drink if she didn't like it. Excellent service and the drinks were AMAZING! I had the coffee tea with boba....really great alternative to a frap.

Best Milk tea I've ever had! Definitely gives quickly's a run for its money. Great Customer service, Polite Employees. I would recommend that anyone who has the time to do so go and buy a drink from ShareTea!

The people were super friendly and helpful, when asking about their drinks and recommendation they hit it in the mark in customer satisfaction! The drinks were awesome, I love getting their coffee with ice cream and boba!

Excellent service with decent milk tea flavor. The cashier was so nice and welcoming. My husband wanted to try the Peach Kiwi Tea but he never had kiwi flavor in his drink before. She confirmed they could remake it for you if you were not happy with the drink (I don’t want to bother anyone, but if you want to have your drink remake, don’t be shy to ask. Only when it’s slow also. Don’t be such an annoying person when its busy). I get a classic milk tea with black tea. They were both good. We live in Sacramento but we go to the Bay Area pretty often. I would say Sharetea is not the best in the area, but the service gets my heart, today.

This place literally NEVER fails to have absolutely delicious boba every time i go there. All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. This is always my go-to place for boba, and I think the bobas are also the perfect texture. Highly recommend!

The tapioca is really good here. I've been to some boba places where the tapioca just taste like flavorless jelly but here, they actually have taste. I ordered the taro iced drink, and appreciate how they didn't skimp on the taro powder. Unlike other place that don't put a lot and the drink just waste watered down. Only thing that I didn't like was how when I first got my drink, the bottom is warm because of the tapioca and pudding. And only the top half is cold cause of the liquid of the drink itself. You have to mix everything up to eliminate the warmness. Not much a big tho, just threw me off a little. Definitely coming back if I'm in the area!

Taiwan based Boba Tea... so it's true to the original 'boba tea'. Good price, fast service and good staff. Parking can get busy at times.

I like the place because of the ability to adjust sweetness and ice level on most drinks. They also used to run a buy one get one free special for a while that got me hooked. Their prices however have shot up even further and now they are the highest priced milk tea/boba place nearby. I only visit to get a particular flavor that is not available at other local establishments.

I've never tried this type of tea. The closest I've come is chai-tea. I didn't order any toppings. I had the Milk Tea Coffee with regular sweetness and regular ice. I was very pleased with it. Starts refreshing, but leaves an aftertaste that I'm unfamiliar with.

One of my favorites in the are. Boba has good texture, lot's of topping choices and the tea taste is strong enough. Great selection of drinks. Can choose the amount of ice and sweetness.

As far as boba goes they are consistent. This is my go to when I feel lazy to drive to a different location. The staff is friendly. Tea isn't really strong, but eh. Good place overall

This is a great place for teas of all kinds of flavors. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there are so many different menu options that it's kind of confusing. I think that if they narrowed it down a little bit, it might not be as confusing. Other than that it's an awesome place with some amazing drinks to taste.

Their boba is amazing! Some of their drinks aren’t too great though. The blended ice coffee boba tea tasted like burnt coffee that was forgotten for three days.

OK place but as with these franchises, the taste can vary from one to another. Staff here is friendly but to use their restroom you need a code that's printed on the bottom of their cup (in other words you need to buy something before you can use their restroom).

A bit cheaper than other boba shops and with extended hours which comes in helpful in the summer. I was in last Monday with my wife and noticed a sharp increase in prices. That’s fine, costs of things is going up. But now the price is the same or higher than other shops. What really bothered me was the really bad customer service. 2 employees, each completely disengaged, in sour moods, with AirPods in their ears. I’m shocked a business would tolerate customer facing employees to stand there and not smile while listening to music in one ear. Super sad. Wishing them all the best. Not for me.

Raising costs and now not using green tea in their taro milk tea and using water instead is a joke. $8.25 for sugar water with boba is literally is a better deal to get a packet of them at the store for cheaper than one at this location and at least you can use real milk or tea with that mixture.

I always get sharetea in san francisco and this location is ripping off customers at a outrageous price. $8?! SF is known to be expensive and they are selling the drinks are a reasonable pricing $5-6. This is madness. I made a mistake not reading the reviews before entering.

We stopped here shortly before closing today (1/19/2022) hoping to get some milk tea to soothe my heart after my childhood cat had to be put down and instead we got some nasty stuff. My drink literally had expired cream top that both tasted like mold and expired milk, and the smell was horrendous. Between the smell and the fact that they gave my wife coconut cream top instead without telling us implies they knew. Can't tell if I feel sick from crying over my cat or drinking expired cream top, thanks.

A couple of months ago it was better, a few days ago I bought my favorite drink and unfortunately its quality is very bad, the boba is very hard, you don't have to know. devil and angel is much better.

I and my wife used to buy 2 QQ happy family every weekend for couple years, it was $4.95 ea back in the day. Today as 2024 it is $8.25 ea and it is outrageous. Yeah of course the shop will say it is because the cost is high but I and my wife just agree we will not go here anymore.

When you only accept debit and credit cards, you lose business. You lost a 4 drink sale because you only accept plastic. You could have had a couple of new regular customers, but we will find another Boba tea shop that wants our business.

The smell was so bad that my wife couldn’t bear it and decided to wait outside, despite the extremely hot weather. I decided to proceed and order two drinks, hoping for a better experience. However, the situation only got worse. When I informed the staff about the unpleasant smell, they not only ignored my concerns but also started laughing at me. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed they were making fun of me, which was very humiliating. When I confronted them about their rude behavior, they continued to mock me instead of addressing the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bubble tea shop. I do not recommend visiting this Sharetea location. The staff's unprofessionalism and the store's poor condition make it a place to avoid.
