Been here a couple of times and it's not only super delicious, the employees are also really nice. The different sizes of burritos and types of meat and ingredients to choose from give this place a one up on similar food places (like the fact that they also have both normal tortillas as well as a cayenne option!). The best thing about Freebirds would have to be the amount of food they put on without being asked, unlike Chipotle where I have to ask for double of everything and it still barely fills the tortilla. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Cool atmosphere, delicious food and only burrito place I've ever seen with a choice of light or dark meat with chicken. If you're really hungry try the mega burrito. I also liked their in house hot sauce, "Death." It honestly isn't that spicy, just a nice heat with a hint of sweet vinegar. The staff is nice and ready to help. Nice place.

Food was good, dining area was clean, but The restrooms need cleaningand restocking of supplies.

Ordered a bowl to go. The only stuff with flavor was the pico de gallo and the salsa. The chicken and rice hardly tasted like anything. Overall mid.

630 Pm Shift leader today with glasses and a unkempt beard : went totally insane .. I usually ask for a lil extra rice which no one loudly announced “ extra scoop” thee times .. I accepted that but he kept elaborating the policies and where I went to where it was allowed .. he had no professional ways of letting it go and stared into my soul in a angry menacing way .. I don’t mind the extra two dollars but he was clearly in a bad mood and kept talking about it “ I’m not the one trying to get a free scoop” then showing me pictures of his second job and what apartment he has when I just said .” You seem tired and cranky “ never have I seen such unprofessional attitude before in my 30 years of life .. then I asked him does he have a social life and he proceeds to push my out the store as I was already leaving and then kicks my knee by the door after 4 min he says oops that was by accident .. he said he works two jobs and said the other jobs name when I called for his name and just hanged up .. he is a liability and has no work ethic or professional ethics .

Came 1.5 hrs before they close they were out of most proteins. Then ask for double protein and they skimp on portions when I am willing to pay. Rude customer service. Best part of the meal was the chips.

Very rude customer service. Went to pick up my burrito I ordered online and he said I was too early. He than made my burrito very sloppy barely adding anything on my burrito. And even after I was very polite and said no rush.

Well, where can I even start? I’ve been to this location a few times but this trip was by far the ABSOLUTE worst Freebirds experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start off by saying that when we walked in, we were NOT informed that the soda machine out of order. It wasn’t until we had already started customizing our burritos and bowl that they informed us that the machine was out of order. The employee preparing our food just slapped a ton of beans and rice on our orders when we were informed the soda machine was out of order. At that point, we felt we could not back out. Then we had asked for extra meat/ protein on the kid taco and the burrito but we got charged for extra protein on all 3 items! (We also got a regular bowl. I have no idea what happened but all and all it was a TERRIBLE experience. They didn’t have forks and there was water all over the floor. They had fans trying to clean them up. I’m sorry but close your store at that point. HIGLY disappointing!!!

Eric the manager was extremely rude. I received a free burrito on my rewards through an email. When I ordered my chicken burrito he said it's not part of the promo. That it had to be freebirds chicken. He said I could pay for the upgrade or remake it. I only came back to freebirds because of the free offer due to poor customer service in the past. Insaid go ahead an remake it. Then he got angry with me saying "YALL Are wasting my poduct"(I was the only person in line). As he's remaking my burrito he starts scolding me on what qualifies for the promo rudely. Hes sloping the items on the burrito not draining the beans. He keeps repeating angerly how im wasting his product. First off they should've asked in the beginning if I had a promo offer which the other employee did not. So he continued with an attitude while finishing the burrito so I ended up leaving WITHOUT MY FREE burrito. I guess thats why I'll only goto Chipotle if I want a burrito. I will not be going back to Freebirds in Conroe tx.

Would definitely not rush to order again. This was my first time trying it. 1. Portion is too small for money. 2. Order was wrong- steak was supposed to be with pinto beans and chicken with black beans. 3. Ordered bowls and got a hearty amount of lettuce vs. everything else. More like a salad. 4. Flavors not balanced- steak was tangy- corn salsa, beans and rice was bland.

I haven't had Freebirds in years and the last I did it was pretty good. However I ordered a burrito from this location and was highly disappointed first off by how when I went to pickup my food the guy behind the counter rudely sat my bag on the counter when I clearly had my hand out for my food. Secondly the burrito did not have any taste and was absolutely disgusting. I will NOT order food here again. I rather go support a small business.

I visited Freebirds around 11:30 AM for a dine-in experience and ordered a chicken burrito. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The burrito was cold and tasted like the ingredients weren’t fresh, which was disappointing. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, yet nearly every table I tried to sit at was dirty, with crumbs everywhere. To top it off, there was a noticeable sewer-like smell in the dining area that made the atmosphere unpleasant. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and bad odor made this a highly disappointing visit. I hope Freebirds addresses these issues.

We had 2 burritos delivered and it cost me 60. Bucks . I got maybe a spoonful of potatoes the guacamole was only at one end. It wasn't worth 60 bucks and as much as I liked the food the first time I got it this time it sucked. I mean 60 bucks for 2 burritos is ridiculous. You can go to another restaurant and get a full meal for that. They lost my business. The website wouldn't let you go back so we paid 2 delivery fees. 2 separate people brought them out. One was 28.95 and 36.00 for the other never again. I hope the restaurant reaches out .

This place smells like an aquarium. Gnats by the drinks, restrooms are gross, the lettuce tastes so old. Will absolutely not be back to this location. It made me sick to my stomach to even eat inside the establishment.
