This is one of the best place to be in. It is everywhere and they are the best late night restaurants in my choice. I usually go there late night around 2-3 am because they have the best food. Their pan cakes are the best. The one I like the most is chicken fajita amlate. Which taste very good. Chicken soup are the best soup they have. I hope you will enjoy this place as it is near I45 and it is clean. Hope you will enjoy it 😊

Food and service were good, but the place is so tight, with barely any room between tables and it was so packed and loud that all you wanted is to be done and leave as soon as possible

Food was okay considering it sat on the counter for at least 10 min. Before I was acknowledged for the 2nd time. The service at this location is hit or miss, some ladies are rude while others are nice.

IHOP is great for late night hunger and diner style foods. This one is no exception. The place could use a little renovation but it was clean and staff was friendly. Food came out quick and was good. Nothing exceptional but standard pancakes and sandwich fare. Tried the new Cali Club as I enjoy a club sandwich. It was good with the exception of the bread. Way too thin the mayo and tomatoes came right thru the bread. Had a really good attentive server so props for the hiring. Will certainly be back when we crave late night pancakes!!

Was in there for 10 minutes and no one came to my table this has happened the past 4 times I’ve came here I finally this time decided to walk out. Used to be a great place as a kid gone down hill. Also no price cause I didn’t even get to order a drink.

Yesterday, Decemer 7, 2025, I phoned and ordered food to go. I ordered cinnamon creeps and a full stack of pancakes. I drove to the location, it's a 12 minute drive one way. I paid, there wasn't a pen for me to sign my charge receipt. It was left unsigned. I received my order and drove home. When I opened my bag, there was a short stack of pancakes and cinnamon pancakes. I called the location. I was told to "not be rude." At this point I was more than angry. I told the staff to remake my food and to make sure my food was hot. I drove back. When I arrived I asked for the manager. A woman in purple at the counter said she was the manager. She was the same person who brought me my food and didn't have a pen on the earlier trip. My food wasn't remade before my arrival. She had to do the correct order. So I had to wait. I was beyond livid. I went outside and eventually she brought my food to me. I told her they need to have people who understand and listen answering the phone. I told her I just spent more that 45 minutes driving back and forth. I told her at this point I shouldn't even have to pay for my food. Her reply was, we don't do that and your original order was cheaper than this. When I arrived home my creeps were flavorless and my pancakes were warm but very dry. This was total B.S.

This was the worst experience. Me and my mom and kids love IHOP. Never had a bad word to say until yesterday. My mother, my kids and I went for lunch sometime between 1 and 2pm. When we walked in the two girls at the front didnt even look at us didnt greet us. They were laughing and talking. We went to look for a table and waited for a booth to get cleaned and then one of the girls said what we are doing and I said were waiting for a booth and with evident attitude with her facial expression and tone of voice said "for how many " and i said 4. They finally sat us down. The waitress was great and thats the only person that we didnt feel badly about. On the way out a bunch of workers were laughing talking again didnt acknowledge us. I always look at workers while I leave to thank them and say goodbye. Nothing from them. When they looked at us. And on the way out one of the girls was walking in and we we were walking out she didnt hold the door open and the door nearly slammed into my daughter. I said to her that the door almost hit my daughter my 2 year old baby. And she didnt even respond. Not an im sorry not a word she just stormed inside. Absolutely unacceptable. The place was also dirty trash everywhere sticky floors and visibly too. Right when you walk in. Aside from the waitress...every person we came in contact with has Absolutely 0 customer service. I called them after to speak to a manager and she seemed Absolutely disinterested that I hung up the phone.

I don't often make a point to complain about a restaurant, but I felt this needed to be said so this can be corrected. my husband and I went into the Conroe,Tx location on Monday 8/18/25 at 2:30 after a long Dr appointment. There were maybe 3 other customers in the restaurant and several wait staff. There was no one at the front desk to seat us and had to step into the restaurant to make eye contact with the waiter. He then seated us and left. He did not ask if we wanted drinks. So we sat several minutes waiting for anyone to come to our table, again several wait staff just standing around. we waited maybe 5-7 minutes and finally got up and left, they watched us walk out and stood there watching us leave. They never said a word. I have never had this experience at this location before and it typically is very busy when I pass by. because of this one experience we won't be back to that location! We went down the road heading north to Huntsville and stopped at that location. we were greeted at the door and seated and asked what we would like to drink. He came back soon after and took our order. This location was the same with only a couple of customers and 2 visible weight staff

By far the worse service we've ever had at Ihop! Got seated fast got our order in a timely manor but the waitress never once came back to check on us, 5 people and 5 empty glasses on the table! I could understand if it was busy but their was only 9 people total besides the people working! She came back to give us the check that's the only time she came back to our table!!! I wouldn't have gave 1 star but ya have to

Had the absolute worst experience 10:40pm on 3/12/25. There was one waitress working while others sat around not doing anything then all left at the same time. Food was very bland my daughter ordered crepes strawberry with filling and drizzle she got dried crepes with zero filling and strawberries on top that looked a week old. We had to flag down the waitress to let her know my daughter’s food was wrong and by this point the rest of the table was almost done eating that’s how long it took to get her attention. I have never not tipped because you never know what kind of day someone is having but I almost didn’t even leave her a tip the only reason I did is because she took the crepes off the bill when she saw that my daughters food didn’t even want it because they were so bad. We couldn’t even get drink refills then when we left you see another waitress that walked out a little before us getting it on with her bf I’m assuming in the front seat of their car. Will never give this place my money again.

Epic failure! The "crispy " breakfast potatoes were barely cooked. I requested extra crispy. Well none of that happened. The omelet had over ripened avocado with black spots all over. No flavor whatsoever. Pancakes were sorry lookin'. All the food was cold. Just an EPIC fail across the board. Will not be ordering from IHOP again!
