My first visit to Salata was awesome! The "menu" was simple enough to figure out the size etc of salad I wanted and then the variety of greens, toppings, dressings, and proteins was great! Eating at Salata's almost had me feeling like I was cheating on my diet. Lol lol. Staff was fast and helpful. If you haven't been you're missing out!

I'm a first time visitor to this place. It was amazing. It was a lot of food. I ate off that salad for 2 days. The salad bar was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a little of everything on that salad. They have all kinds of options to choose from. Like chicken Cajun turkey grilled salmon and crab. Definitely going back!! Kudos!!

This location is clean. The staff is somewhat friendly depending on the day you visit. The food is always fresh. I can't help but notice that lately they seem to be worried about what size portions they give you. When you're paying $10 to $12 for a salad (or more if you add extras) I don't understand why they won't give you an extra scoop of dressing. Or when you ask for a salad mix and then add a different mix, they pull out some of the original salad mixture you asked for. Definitely changed since Salata first opened years back. I will return but not during lunch from 12 to 1. There was no parking and I had to drive around for awhile to catch someone leaving. Other locations usually have plenty of parking.

Fresh, fast, and delicious food. Staff followed hygiene guidelines and the location is well maintained. This is the best place to eat something healthy when on the go. Portion sizes are fair. The croissants are yummy. Love that you can make the salad your own and add tons of toppings.

It had been a while since we had salata and since it was BOGO day, decided to grab some. I was let down and probably won't go back, at least to the Conroe location. The lady's were more focused on chatting with each other than greeting and helping customers, they were a bit rushed in getting you down the line and because of that didn't pay attention and gave me the wrong tortilla on one of my wraps but I didn't realize until I got home since I didn't double check my bag. They couldn't really toss the ingredients well or wrap tight either as my wraps were falling apart when I got home.I was actually a manager for salata pre covid and this is not how my store or team was run, half the care that there used to be.

The food is good and the place is clean, but the amount they give you on toppings is so small. The nice lady helping me picked up two slices of carrots lol. I kept having to ask for more. Just wish they’d give more veggies without me having to ask for more.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service. But the cost is over priced for salad with most ingredients being frozen.

The customer service from the employees and management are terrible. The worst I have encountered. Every single lady that was working there were extremely rude. My salad was great, but unfortunately I will not visit this location again since this was the second time I've experienced the poor customer service there.

Salad was good and the person who served my husband and I was nice but for whatever reason 3 employees kept hovering around the my husband and I. At some point, an older white lady went out of her way to clean the already clean table placed next to ours in the same booth we were sitting in. She stared at me specifically for a bit mid conversation to which my husband said loudly, "people should mind their business" to which she finally walked away. I'm not too sure why multiple people stared me down but I will be not be coming back to this location. TDLR: 2/5 good food; very unsettling environment.

Very bad service.. like she put two scoops of veggies when I didn’t ask for that. also they’re charging 16$ for the small plate what in other Salata places costs 12-13$. You have to watch each step other wise they will add bacon or will not mix your salad well so you won’t have a sauce or other ingredient like cheese in your rape or plate. I really wish I can have some refund especially for the tips. Btw, I’m a daily customer and I just realized that I was over paying since a while. I wished I wasn’t leaving tip. Very disappointed

Dear Salata Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit on December 26, 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one, and I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and very saddened by how I was treated as a customer. From the moment I was being assisted, it felt as though the staff was impatient and more focused on rushing customers through the line than providing courteous service. The gentleman working the line that evening was particularly rude, and the ladies assisting alongside him were also not polite or welcoming. Their attitude made it seem as though helping customers was an inconvenience rather than a priority. The only employee who showed patience, understanding, and professionalism was the cashier. The cashier even went above and beyond by multitasking and helping move the line along while still being respectful and kind. I truly appreciated their effort, as it stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff’s behavior. While I understand the importance of efficiency, it should never come at the cost of basic courtesy and respect. The line was already moving steadily, so there was no reason for customers to feel rushed or treated poorly. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for additional training and improvement, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I expect from Salata. I am very disappointed in the occurrence today. I have ate here for many months and today while eating my salad i found a dead fly in my salad! I took my salad back inside (i was eating in my car) and showed a staff member the fly and the dressing it was covered in and was simply told “I’m sorry maybe it was in a sauce container” and then nodded off. No offer even for a refund. I will never be back.
