Wow I mean wow. I have never had a better server in my life! Jordan went so above and beyond for us during my meal. They refilled our drinks and chips before we even knew we were low. They were very on top of every little detail and made chilis feel like a high class establishment! I cannot thank you enough Jordan! You rock! Also you deserve a raise and promotion or something because you truly raised the bar for service.
I we just like to say that me and my family buying at this location On February 24, 2026. Our waitress was Kaylyn , She was awesome, very attentive very respectful just and all around. Good customer service thank you Kaylyn, wewill be back to see you.
Most of the time we avoid Chili's in Converse, however today we decide to stop by and it was a pleasant surprise.From the moment we walked in we we're promptly greeted and seated ,Marcus was our server and did an excellent job ensuring that our dining experience was the upmost pleasant experience. The food was hot and fresh made to order, the accompanying wait staff was also very helpful. This dining experience has encouraged us to make a future visit and make the Converse Chili's our go to once again. Thank you Marcus.
I am going to start by saying my kiddo had a really hard birthday, none of her friends could make it and you might imagine how devastating that was to an 8 year old. So we took her after her party to this restaurant, she loves the queso here, and I mentioned in passing on the way in what happened at her party. One of the managers (Brandi) went out of her way to get her a bag full of gifts and a balloon. And we had our two favorite servers (Monica, and Bree) both give her big hugs and tell her happy birthday. Y’all they came and they sang to her and made her entire day better. She talked about it the entire way home, she was so happy that she even said that Monica told her it’s not about how many people came to the party it’s about all the fun you have on the day. I will never be able to thank them enough. The entire staff here deserves so many kudos and a raise to boot! Thank you so so so much. You saved her birthday.
Everything is great here! Anything on the menu, and you can't go wrong. I personally had cold Mac and cheese and a problem with broccoli that was too hard on my last visit. So they fixed it right away with management and gave me a gift card. Sometimes with here in this place you need to try the sweet tea and may need half and half or some lemon or lime. That's just a tip if you don't like it too sweet. Nothing to complain about!
Our waiter Drew was one of the best waiters I've had anywhere I have ever been ever quick to respond and take orders very observant didn't even have to ask for anything he was there I will go back to this location

The staff is amazing took care of us rectify a bad situation and made it better. We were happy to deal with the rest of the staff here our hang up with Shawna. The food is good. The staff is on top of it. We appreciated our visit tonight. We will come back to this location.
Our server, Charlie, was absolutely fantastic. I do not know what he is making, but I can say with absolute confidence it is not anywhere near enough. Very pleasant to talk to, extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond in a way few to none ever do. I plan on returning to this location more regularly almost entirely because he works here. Be sure to get the "3 for Me", the value the deal offers is absurd. $11 for a big burger, fries, and a drink? In this economy? It is unironically cheaper than McDonald's. Though the price range is $10-$20, you can easily get a lot of good food for the low end of that range. The acoustics in the restaurant weren't the best. It was echo-y and getting close to loud, even when it's not that busy.
Sean and Isabelle made our night unforgettable! Sean is hands down one of the best bartenders we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. His drinks were perfectly crafted, and his energy behind the bar was contagious. Whether it was a classic cocktail or something off-menu, he nailed it every time. He’s quick, professional, and genuinely enjoys what he does—and it shows. Isabelle was equally fantastic. Warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly, she made sure our table was always taken care of without being overbearing. Her timing was spot-on, and she had great recommendations from the menu. You could tell she truly cared about creating a great experience for us. Together, they set the tone for a fun, relaxed, and memorable evening. If you’re lucky enough to get Sean at the bar and Isabelle at your table, you’re in for a great time. Highly recommend!
Good job!!!! I don't remember our waiters name, but he was pretty good. We sat down ordered our food & we got our drinks very quickly along with the chips & salsa. 😋 our food came out fairly fast too & it was fresh tasting. Our waiter (sorry I am going to describe him. Black man with no hair & full beard & mustache. Deeper voice but kinda soft spoken) was waiting on about 3 roses of tables & doing a great job!
Went in not expecting much from a main chain, but… just wow! Every aspect was perfect. The team work of all working was apparent. The server was the sweetest. And as for the food!!! Soooo delicious. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Plated like artwork. I really can’t say enough great things about this location. Thank for all for working so hard to feed us hungry people. That was a great meal and experience.
I didn’t give 5 stars because salsa and chips were inedible salty. The baby back was delicious and filling. Parking lot was full and we had to park around back. Charles the server was great. It was a great choice for tonight. Filling and what a bargain!
From the moment we all walked in everyone was so welcoming even following the procedures for Covid. Our server was Kaetee and she went above and beyond she was an excellent server. Very Sweet, nice and bubbly. Will definitely come back and I do recommend Chili’s in Converse. The food was delicious and hot too. Amazing experience 🥰
Amazing food and amazing service!!!! Can’t get better than this!!!! I had never had the opportunity to go to a chili’s 🌶 and so glad I do before we moved cross country. The staff: Victoria, Abby, Bobby, Cole and Erica did such an amazing job! I can tell also the rest of the staff are doing a great job too!! Thanks for a wonderful evening meal☺️

I've been to a lot of chilies this is one of the nicest ones. Staff makes you feel welcome when you come in the door servers are tentative prices aren't high. Still a Chili's.
Arrived at not so busy time. Had been away for over a year due to poor service and cold food. This visit was so much better but attribute this due to us and another couple as the only folks in the building. May visit again.

Had the burger and fries. Not really impressive. The service was amazing but the burgers are lacking. Time to move to the next one. The wait staff are really great. On point for what you may need.

Service wasn't bad, our guy was enthusiastic enough. Unfortunately the cooks did not live up to the hype the server was selling. Our steaks were one of two things...either boiled then grilled, or they were meat about to turn and we were just the lucky ones to receive them! Im leaning towards the second, because its impossible to get those grey and weird pale pink if that meat was even close to fresh!
Buffalo wings flavor was great. I was charged for the chips and salsa, not told by server she asked if I wanted them. I also ordered a to go Mix and match trio fajitas are skimpy for a dinner price. Like the size of popcorn shrimp, dry chicken, chewy beef, flavorless. The boat that accompanies it are sample sizes like a kids lunchable snack. The rice is uncooked and crunchy. Meal was disappointing. I asked if they downsized on portions because I didn't recall the meal being so small.
I don't know if I am just used to my "home" Chili's but, this area felt grundgy. The dish I ordered was BOMB, Coconut Margarita was PERFECT, and the waitress was attentive as she could be, being they were busy. The only thing I did not like how she pressured my friends in their survey bc she had gotten in trouble for not pushing customers to do them. If your service was poor, I would be sure to say something as anyone who is spending money.
We just got done eating here. We arrived at 5:35, ordered food at 5:52. My wife ordered the pasta with shimp. I think they are trying to push chicken tonight, because two time the waitress said "pasta with chicken...right?". After the second time of my wife correcting her, I think she understood. We got our salad within 5 minutes after ordering. Drinks came right as our food arrived about 4 to 5 minutes after the salad was served. We had no chance to eat this very small...very small salad. Like a finger bowl size. Not sure if the waitesss ever gave us her name, so i will call her waitress. The waitress asked how the food was as both my wife and my mouth were fill, so we could not reply. Big sin as we all know, you don't do that. She did fill my drink one time. Slammed the refill on the table as she walked past, thank god for extra napkins. We were done eating at 6:15; My wife asked for a bag to go, and our billed popped up on the screen. The waitress never asked if we wanted anything else. I got the impression as we both sat down, this is not the chilis I used to go to. On the ride home. My wife said samething i was thinking. We should had gone to Applebees, Wingstop, Puckers. Or another sit down place. We wanted to try Chilis "3 for me". I was just very disappointed with our server. Maybe she had a bad night. Or the place was busy, which the place wasn't. I usually say after a bad experience I will try them again, I just might in a couple of years. Me not going there wont faze them. Last time we went there was 2 years ago. So it understandable Chilis have changed a lot. I just hope they learn from this and do better in the future with other people who would like to try them.
I have no idea why but this store over the years just can't ger right. The food is what its supposed to be. However way more often than not the service sucks, its horrible. Whether dining in or picking up you will encounter an attitude or deal with slow to no service. There have been exceptions to this. Yet, it seems those staff members and managers don't seem to stay. Go for the expected food and drinks expect less than stellar customer service. However, you may be surprised, just don't expect it.
Food was great. The only thing that I thought was pretty bad was the game. NO WHERE on the building nor on the table states if you play a FREE game you will be charge for playing. Subway surfer is a FREE game. Anyone can play that on their phone. I got charged 3$ for playing two rounds and on top of that. The tablet screens are sticky and dirty. That's a lawsuit. Their should be a sign at each table saying the games are not free. To avoid getting charge extra for a free game. There's not a single sign stating that. Three dollars is going to turn into Thousands of dollars.
Kindly have to say the customer service needs a mayor improvement. Came in by myself and headed to the bar which had one customer. 3 servers at the bar, one took my order and totally forgot me . No utensil , no acknowledgement of well service and more than 5 min trying to get their attention for the bill since they were socializing with coworkers.
