When you need a decent burger fast, Freddy's is the place. Fast service, clean, and you can't beat the frozen custard.

I would recommend this place if you like a different kind of burger. Very tasty and they have subs for fries. Like cheese curds which are soooo good. Nice environment too. Family friendly place.

Very popular place. We arrived about the same time as ball teams, soccer teams, etc., but Freddy's staff did a great job of taking orders and serving hot food. My burger had cheese on it even though I requested no cheese. Still a great burger! Thanks Freddy's!

I have been to a Freddy's up in NWA but this is our first time at the new Conway location. It was very busy. But we ordered our food with out much of a wait. Our food was ready to go with in a few mins. I ordered the #2 with chili cheese fries. The bacon cheese burger was very tasty. It hit the spot for a cheat day! My wife and kids all enjoyed their burgers and hotdogs. The kids ate so fast I didn't have time to finish three bites of my burger before they started asking for ice cream! Well back the the diet grind and maybe a cheat day soon we can meet up Freddy's!

The food is fresh and good. My mom had a lettuce wrap that's not on the menu due to being low carb. The only surprise was the prices. With burgers similar to Steak and Shake the prices were almost double at Freddy's. My wife and I shared an $8 patty melt combo.

The fries and milk shakes are the best!!! Burgers are ok slightly over cooked. Three meals and four large shakes cost $47.00 so it’s a little pricey for fast food.

Boy oh boy! The guy at the register was more worried about twisting his braids instead of welcoming customers, had to speak to him first before he even acknowledged i was even there. Food was fair after you find the condiments. Forks spoons and knives are kept by the register. Order a chilly dog and no fork knives or anything was on the tray. Hire people who want to work please

Ordered a chicken bacon club with all the veggies. Got a dry bun, dry chicken with a patch of shredded cheese in the middle. No sauce, no veggies. All the food was cold including the fries. Used to be a good quick lunch spot but has gone down hill.

Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a vanilla shake with cookie dough and hot caramel. When I received my shake, there was hot fudge in there instead of caramel. I noticed this and I told the employee at the window and she suggested they remake it but was very rude in doing so. When I received my new shake it was not stirred up, I got no straw with it, they gave me a cup stacked underneath the one with the shake. I drove away and wondered why they served me two cups. I lifted the one on top and my shake cup was split into two. The hot caramel wasn’t mixed in at all and the cookie dough was falling out the sides and was in the bottom. Very disappointed in the service.

Our family usually loves going to Freddy's but the last two times have been a nightmare. I don't know who is running the night shift but they need more training. The first time we waited in the drive-thru over 20 minutes while the employees played and laughed and threw numerous bags of food in the trash. Then tonight I ordered a regular adult meal and a kids meal with an ice cream. We waited about 10 minutes and were given our bag with no "thank you, have a good night, merry christmas." Just hands it to you silently. So I pulled forward and noticed there are no straws. I pulled over and went in the front door and got my straws. I pulled out on the road and my daughter notices her ice cream isn't in there. 😒so we go back. I go through the drive thru, tell them what happened and they say "pull around". Get to the window and she hands me the forgotten ice cream with no "sorry about that" not a single word. Customer service matters and they don't quite have it figured out yet. Food gets 2 stars because it was getting cold while all that was happening.

Make of it what you will, there are framed photographs of Freddy at every single booth. There are pictures and posters of Freddy around every entrance and scattered through the lobby. There's a life-size cutout, maybe, I guess, for those photo opportunities. Pictures of Freddy are even waiting to greet (watch) you in the restrooms! The kids liked the food. The S.O. says it was okay. I didn't enjoy it. The menu has zero healthy options (yes, I know, why expect that?) but really I was not happy with my experience. The food is typical greasy burger joint food. All items except the dessert are dripping with it. Probably because it goes directly to the basket it from the fryer or grill. The fries were decent. Burgers, chicken (grilled, fried, fried spicy), and fried fish. A few choices in cheese. They have that awful "fry sauce" i.e. mayo-ketchup from out west, if that's your thing. The desserts are vanilla or chocolate with "mix-ins" (custard), with toppings (sundae), shakes or malts, and I've creme sandwiches. They are standard HFCS desserts with big names (Snickers Reese's, Nutter Butter). The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are very clean. Deffinately no healthy items. The kids menu has Apple sauce as an option but it's the added sugar kind.

Have never had a good experience here. Cashier did not say a single word the entire transaction. Waited 15 minutes with 4 people standing around in the kitchen. Overpriced and horrible service.
