I took my son and niece here a few weeks ago. The service and atmosphere were both great! The food was hot, fresh, and very flavorful! We will definitely be back!!

I’ve been to several Slim Chickens around the state. While they are all good Conway is the best! The service is awesome! Especially Lola and Niya… we’re very helpful and professional. Even the manager came out to the patio to check on us.

Chicken was good but toast was little cold. Waffle machine was broken but we were still able to get something else. Kids always love the Mac n cheese.

Slowest “fast food” ever! Love the salads, the ranch, etc. but waiting 20+ minutes for 2 salads and chicken tenders is annoying. Also, the prices are steep for the product…

For the price I expected more. $13 for tiny unseasoned chicken strips, okra, toast, sweet tea and I also added a side of gravy for like 50 cents. The lady at the window was extremely rude and this is my first time and my first impression of Slim Chickens and I will not be back. The gravy tasted extremely watered down, and the chicken and okra was extremely greasy. The only things I liked were the honey mustard and the sweet tea. The girl at the window really needs to learn basic customer service. I placed a go order on the app so I can’t really say how clean it was inside because I went through the drive-through and I also gave them plenty of time to make it so I’m not sure how the timing is either but I don’t care because I won’t be back.

The condition of this location has taken a dive. The grease odor hits you in the face when you enter .A dead fly on the countertop when we ordered. With a number of other flies flying around the restaurant. The floor hasn't been properly mopped in months. The soda machines could use a scrubbing or a power washer. It's sad to see a local business in this shape.

I just wanna say I am one unhappy customer . I DoorDash some food and got the complete wrong order.

We are not from around here but my husband and I were very disappointed in this specific Slim chickens. For one we dined in and we were the second people in the building but did not receive our food for 40 minutes. Second, fries were cold and soggy could tell that they were not fresh. Third, I ordered extra sauce charging me 50 cents did not get it when the lady brought our food so went up to the counter and she said okay just a second then proceeded to continue taking orders, went back to my seat and never got my sauce. No apology nothing from the counter. Fourth, went to the lady’s room and no toilet paper in both stalls or paper towels and it looked disgusting. Fifth, my husband then went to the men’s room which was filthy he said and the paper towels were on top of the trash can so in order to get the paper towels you had to lift the big roll then lift it again to throw it away. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this slim chickens ever again.

Waited 45 mins for my food! Woman at drive thru was very rude and the guy at the front counter was horrible. This is ridiculous do better

This is the 2nd time in a row being here this has happened. Exact same order! Tenders were supposed to be dipped in a sauce (clearly on receipt) AND we didn’t get one single dipping sauce for any of our meals (again clearly on the receipt) we were even charged for some. The last time we didn’t receive fries, dipping sauce, tenders weren’t dipped and they gave us the wrong drinks. Disappointed again!

Extremely Disappointed This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was flat-out rude — no smile, no greeting, just attitude from start to finish. They were out of the one thing we actually came for, the chicken bites, and acted like it was somehow our fault for asking about them. The sweet tea machine was broken, which for a Southern place is ridiculous enough, but what really sealed it was finding a piece of plastic mixed in with my mac and cheese. That’s not just disappointing — that’s concerning.

Chicken is good but orders are constantly messed up. Ordered 5 meals today 3 sweet teas, all came unsweetened. One meal had fried mushrooms as a side and they didnt drain any of the oil off. The entire box was DISINTEGRATED and all the chicken inside was swimming in the grease also.

They lost my order and when asked twice to make it they said they would then continued to not make it. I waited an hour for a kids meal. When I finally got the food the bread was cold and the fries were barely warm. There was no apology at all. Very disappointed.

Not worth the money at all, I order a southern family style meal... Fries were over cooked, chicken tenders was over cooked & so tiny, Mac and cheese was somewhat cold and not a lot of flavor... The toast was soggy... The jug of sweet tea, or should I say sugar water was hot. Definitely not worth $40, if I felt like driving back to deal with the incompetent employees to try to get a refund, I would have but I don't think it would have happened... They really didn't seem interested in customer service... First and last time eating at this place, plenty of different chicken places to order from.

One star all the way around! I remember like many in Conway when this Slim’s was excellent! Man, how they have fallen. I see a ton of complaints constantly now. Decided to give them a try tonight. Inside definitely needed some touch ups and care. Just seems like they’ve let it go. But the kicker of this visit was them giving us what was clearly lemon pepper wings when we ordered cayenne dry rub. We politely took them back up to the counter and they acted super confused. Then the manager came out and wasn’t super friendly in letting us know that they were cayenne ranch dry rub wings, when clearly they are not. They looked and tasted like lemon pepper. We’ve had the cayenne ranch dry rub wings many times. Pictures for reference! Clearly they know better. Do better Slim’s in Conway!

Disappointed in the low quality of food received. I order the slims meal shaken in spicy bbq and even upside my drink. Paid $13 just to receive old dried out fries and barely passable “tenders”. I am usually happy to get a meal from slims but this last visit it is clear there is a lack of care and attention to detail.
