I came to the store to order my sub to take back to work and immediately it was ready! Staff is friendly and have never experienced long lines. The subs are very tasty and they have options for different sizes. Their cookies are thick and filling. Definitely recommend!

What can I say, I love Firehouse Subs. I get the Hook and Ladder and the wife get the Italian sub both fully involved. The staff is nice everytime I go in and my son tried on all the Coppell Firefighter gear and none of the employees had any issue with this. (some places do). I will agree with one person, get rid of the tip option on your point of sale. I was never tipped when I worked these type of jobs and it wasn't ever asked. Pay them enough and get rid of the tip option.

I wasn't always a fan of their subs, but recently I checked out our new location and the food has been fantastic. I realized it's just fast food subs, but each time I've been there it has tasted terrific. Service has been spot on.

I’ve been a fan of firehouse for a while, and was excited when I saw a new location open up closer to my house. Today I tried the smokin triple stack, and it was amazing. I’ve known the food was amazing, however I am leaving a review because their service was great, and the staff was super friendly. I am excited to continue coming here.

I ordered an online sandwich and half way upon eating something stabbed my tooth and I pulled out an entire bread tab out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and my tooth hurt for a week after biting into this. I reached out to their customer service number and they assured me someone from the store would reach out… two weeks pass no word. I reach out again, corporate assured me someone from this store would be reach to me and they would move it up to importance. It’s now been two months with no word. I will never eat here again. Terrible follow up.

Offer BOGO on GrubHub and then give you half the meat. $17 for one medium sandwich basically. Firehouse used to be good and pile on the meat, now they might as well just go out of business because even with raising their prices 50% they can't afford to give you a quality product.

Stopped by here on my lunch break, got two meatball subs to go. When they called my name, the staff member handed me the bag with the subs leaning straight up and down, not flat, a lil weird I was thinking I was thinking at the time. I get home, my wife and I open our sandwich containers and sure enough, the worker packed both sandwiches upside down as well in the bag and now all the cheese on both sandwiches are now stuck to the container and the paper in the container. We now have two meatball sandwiches with no cheese because the cheese was either stuck to the container/paper or it had container fibers stuck to it. Not a bad lunch for $20 I guess. Wish I wasn’t at work so I could have taken the food back for a refund. Photos are attached for the manager’s, owner’s, & other’s viewing pleasure.
