If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I drive an extra 15 minutes just to come to this location. The staff here is so friendly and attentive, lobby is always clean, and overall a GREAT experience EVERY time. Not to mention the great sandwiches! I absolutely love the staff here and I will continue to come back! (:

Over all it was great. I had ordered delivery, got everything except the meat and veggies on one of my sandwiches. I had ordered bread on the side, as this sandwich would be eaten later. The meat and veggies were forgotten. I called them and they were very helpful in rectifying the mistake during a busy time, and had someone bring out the missing item. They even were extra nice and threw in some deserts as a way of apology. I like this store and will continue to go there. These things happen and it was the first time in a long run of deliveries.

I have visited this Jersey Mike location on several occasions and the attentive gentlemen who work there are nothing but exemplary. They acknowledge you as you enter the line to order and are thorough when taking/making your customized order. Additionally, they are always working. Unlike other fast-food/fast-casual establishments where Team Members are clearly ‘goofing around’ prior to your entry all while the bathrooms and soda fountain needs attending, these Employees are tending to the restaurant during low customer volume in order to keep it neat and presentable. There are several sandwich choices in Coppell, but we choose Jersey Mike’s because of this service. We appreciate y’all... Keep up the great work!

Great quality of food. Great staff. I order on the mobile app ahead of time so there's never a wait. I crave a good sandwich once every blue moon. Ever since I found out about this place it has been my go-to.

The woman employee , like a manager, shouting because she just didn’t understand me, a very uncomfortable situation,, all the other workers very nice.

Ordered sandwiches for my son’s swim team. They took the order over the phone but wouldn’t/couldn’t take payment over the phone which was inconvenient but not horrible. Ordering online cannot be tax exempt. They were very nice over the phone and our order was ready on time. The young people enjoyed their sandwiches.

This used to be the best Jersey Mike, friendly, fast and super great sandwich. I like how they use to make each and every customer feel welcome. I guess that has ended, seems disorganized, unprepared for the lunch rush. My twice a week visits are now done to twice per month because the service has really gone down. My last visit the cashier didn't know how to apply a coupon, so gave the wrong total twice to the customer in front of me. That customer was so frustrated, and then no better with my cash out. I went back told the person at the cash register and he gave me the most "I don't care" look. Food still very good, but service really needs more training!!!

In this specific location though when my food was ready they handed me just a sandwich, no bag? I guess I’ll hold it like an animal… Sandwich was good though! :D

The pick up station is just right next to the door where anyone can go in and just take someone else’s order. The employee don’t really look over to see what’s being taken. I arrived there just about 5 minutes when the order said the sandwiches were ready. When I arrived the order was no where at the pick up table. And it’s not like the sandwiches weren’t ready, even the employees said they remembered making it. They were kind enough to remake the orders. Unfortunately when I took the remade orders home it was just the basic sandwiches with no add ons that I asked for. Management needs a better solution than just having everyone meals out just for the taking.

When we got home, we realized our sandwiches were completely missing cheese, onions, and peppers—leaving us with just dry roast beef. We immediately called and spoke to the manager, Maso, who rudely insisted that we had ordered them this way. That was absolutely not the case, and nowhere on our receipt does it indicate that we requested these essential ingredients to be removed. Why would anyone order a Philly cheesesteak without cheese, onions, or peppers? Instead of correcting their mistake, Maso refused to remake the order, saying it would cost him over $70 to do so. Meanwhile, we had already paid $71.57 for sandwiches that were not what we ordered. Extremely disappointing customer service and a ruined meal for our event. We won’t be returning.

I’ve been eating here 3x a week for the past 2 years and I am amazed by what a range of quality I can expect out of my sandwich. I have no idea what’s going on with the staffing but I either get one of the two girls that’s been there forever half the time who make it perfectly or I get my sandwich destroyed and crushed together by someone who inevitably will not be there the next time I come it because apparently training is not a part of “mikes way” I’m currently eating a sandwich that was crushed as if it was stepped on has 3 pounds of chili relish on it because that’s an amount that makes sense. With Mayo on top of the sandwich somehow. I paid 18 dollars for a sandwich I have to take apart and rebuild when I get home. Extremely disappointed in 50 percent of my experiences here

They claim to offer a military discount but it's only $1. Other Jersey Mike's offer 10-20% discounts for military. Way to support the troops in Texas. Will not go back and dont recommend you do either.

I was in line waiting to order and she did not even acknowledge me. Went to the man behind me. When I spoke up and said hello I am here waiting to order, she didn't even say nothing. So RUDE. What is it because im a white female and she is Mexican. She had no problem with the Men!
