Fuimos a cenar a Taberna La Cuarta pensando que sería el típico restaurante para turistas por su ubicación… y qué sorpresa tan maravillosa. Nada que ver. Desde el primer momento se nota que aquí lo importante es la calidad. La carta es amplia y muy bien pensada, con opciones para todos los gustos, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la materia prima. Producto fresco, bien tratado y platos elaborados con mimo. Todo lo que pedimos estaba espectacular, sin un solo “pero”. De esas cenas en las que disfrutas cada bocado y ya estás pensando en volver antes de terminar el postre. El personal es cercano, profesional y muy atento, y la decoración está cuidada con muchísimo gusto, creando un ambiente acogedor perfecto tanto para una cena en pareja como para ir con familia o amigos. Si estás buscando dónde cenar en el centro y quieres acertar seguro, este sitio es una apuesta ganadora. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda

Muy buena la comida y acorde a los precios. Nos pedimos unas croquetas de chistorra y huevos de codorniz que nos dejaron fascinados, seguidos de un arroz negro super bien de sabor y con bastante cantidad. Mención honorífica a Pepe, super amable y atento. Parada obligatoria en Córdoba sin pensárselo dos veces. Volveremos ❤️
¡Qué experiencia fantástica! ¡Los mejores platos que hemos probado en Córdoba! Nos atendió Pepe, que fue muy amable y nos ayudó a elegir los mejores platos. Os subo algunas fotos, pero el risotto de rabo de toro con setas y las mollejas estaban para chuparse los dedos. Si estáis en Córdoba, tenéis que pasar por aquí!
Excelente experiencia en La Cuarta, junto al Templo Romano. Producto de muchísima calidad, destacando especialmente las croquetas y el calamar con gambones, con una torrija de postre espectacular. El local es elegante, acogedor y está impecablemente limpio. Un sitio totalmente recomendable en Córdoba por su atención al detalle y su cocina." Muy buen sitio. La comida está increíble, pero el tataki destaca por encima de lo demás. La comida es elaborada y con mucho sabor. El local es pintoresco y acogedor. La ambientación es estupenda. Lo mejor fue la atención de nuestro camarero, Pepe, que fue más que excelente. Es un gran profesional y hace que tú velada sea muy agradable.
Este sitio es todo un 10/10 he venido ya varias veces, su plantilla de trabajo da un excelente servicio, siempre atentos, en especial Pepe que fue quien nos atendió estupendamente. Estuvimos comiendo en este restaurante y nos gustó tanto que al día siguiente repetimos para seguir probando sus platos tan espectaculares. Salmorejo, rabo de toro, berenjenas, torrija, etc.todo buenísimo. Un saludo a Pepe que nos atendió muy bien, es el alma del restaurante.
Muy buena experiencia en este restaurante, la comida estaba bastante rica, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. Era la primera vez que ibamos y salimos encantados, sin duda volveremos a ir.
Hemos compartido un almuerzo de domingo en familia en el salón. El comedor es agradable, bien decorado. Hemos pedido mazamorra de pistachos (muy buena), ensaladilla de gambas (muy buena), croquetas de chistorra (buenas pero debían saber más a chistorra para nuestro gusto), risotto de rabo de toro (muy bueno), arroz negro (muy bueno) y paella de mariscos (buena). De postre torrija con helado y tocino de cielo. Nos ha atendido Jesús, agradable y servicial en todo momento. Sin duda para volver.
Nos recomendaron la tostada de esturión y estaba buenísima! Un acierto total Luego nos pedimos la ensalada templada y las gyozas de rabo de toro. De postre la torrija. Los sabores son únicos! Una fusión que no habíamos probado hasta ahora. Un 10 por la comida y un 10 por el servicio ofrecido. Gracias Ruben por haber sido tan amable y atento con nosotros! Volveremos seguro.

Decidimos ir a comer a este restaurante por las buenas reseñas que tenía y no acabamos decepcionados! La paella nos ha encantado así como los entrantes y el postre casero. Pepe nos ha atendido magníficamente durante toda la cena.
Hemos cenado de lujo, Pepe es un crack!! Las croquetas de chistorra, increíbles, las gyozas, las mejores que he probado, el tataki de atún es de Petaca Chico, que para el que no lo sepa, es un top de Conil. En resumen, la atención inmejorable, los platos riquísimos y encima el chupito de sangría de Pepe es el broche perfecto.
Si visitáis Cordoba no dejéis de conocer la "Taberna la Cuarta", un privilegio cenar en este restaurante con una calidad y precio insuperable. Nosotros pedimos mazamorra de mango con sardina ahumada y huevas de trucha, era la primera vez que lo probábamos y estaba de 10!! y tataki de atún rojo, exquisito👌
Hemos llegado hoy a Córdoba y de manera improvisada aparecimos en Taberna La Cuarta, delante del Ayuntamiento. Flamenquín, rabo de toro y fuera de carta nos ofrecieron tempura de boquerones. Calidad en la comida y el servicio de Pepe inmejorable! Costará superarlo.
Para ser nuestra primera visita muy bueno todo, muy aconsejable y el servicio de Pepe excelente. Volveremos muy pronto. Recomendamos si o si las croquetas de chistorra con huevo de codorniz.

This lovely friendly restaurant saved us on a very wet night. The waitress showed us straight to a table by the fire so we could dry out and we then ate lots of delicious, beautifully presented food. The patatas bravas and the cheese cake are especially recommended!
Taberna La Cuarta is an absolute gem in Córdoba. The food is incredibly good, full of local flavor and cooked with real care. And the dessert? Simply wonderful, the perfect ending to a great meal. A special mention goes to Mr. Pepe, who is honestly the kindest and most pleasant gentleman. His service is impeccable: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re in Córdoba and want to eat authentic local food in a truly traditional atmosphere, this is the perfect place to go. Highly recommended.
We came here expecting something simple — just a plate of rice — but what we got completely impressed us. The presentation was beautiful and very well thought out. The dish with the prawns and squid looked incredible, far beyond what we expected. Then came the flavour… honestly out of this world. Perfectly cooked seafood, rich taste, and everything balanced so well. One of those meals that truly surprises you in the best way. Special shout-out to Pepe for the amazing service — such a great person to talk to, genuinely kind, friendly, and made the experience even better. You can tell he really cares about people and hospitality. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

This restaurant is very tenacious on their food. The three food that we had were well made, so tasty and nutritially balanced (meat, various vegetables, and carbohydrates). Also Karim, our server was kind, attentive, and made sure of my food restriction by asking the cook. The only reason that I gave four stars for atmosphere was that there were flies in the restaurant. Next day, my husband and I went there together with our vegetarian daughter. The foods were really great and worthy. But the second day, vegetarian menu was so limited. I hope that there were more vegetable menu.
Great restaurant and amazing service! Glad to have found this place on a Monday night (most restaurants in Cordoba are closed Monday/tuesday) only a few groups having dinner at 7pm, so it was quiet. Food was an amazing. We started with the grilled mushrooms with shrimp and Parmesan and then the paella with chicken, rabbit and mushrooms. Both were amazing!! This may have been too much for 2 people.. we were stuffed after! Pepe was fantastic, very friendly and great recommendations!
Karim was a fantastic host. We only planned to stay for a drink but we looked at the menu and it looked very appetising. We shared the prawns with shiitake mushrooms. We followed with the prawn risotto and the pork. The oriental infusions make it a fantastic culinary experience. Highly recommend.

Our third visit here on our trip to Cordoba, cannot fault it! The service was fantastic, the food too just exceptional! Over our visits we ordered the Seafood Paella, Chicken Salad, Croquetas and the Pork Cheeks, absolutely delicious! Thank you to all the staff, especially Pepe, for the wonderful service!

This is by far the best quality of food we have had in Spain so far! The paella Mariscos was exceptional! The squid was excellent! Pepe( the chef) came to our table and made sure we were satisfied with everything!

Very good restaurant with fine food and a pretty view on the Roman ruins. The place is right in the sun in winter which makes it a perfect lunch break. There is however not tapas, only entries and mains.
