I really like the fact that he said I'll be right with you. The restaurant is neat and clean and it seems like his crew members get along great. Food was prepared exactly as I ordered it and was ready just as I was pulling up to the window... Great customer service and an excellent visit. Keep up the great work!

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food spots, especially for a satisfying meal. I absolutely love their veggie sandwich—it’s fresh, flavorful, and just the right mix of ingredients. But what really takes it to the next level are the sides. The onion rings are crispy and perfectly seasoned, with a soft, delicious inside. And those curly fries? They’re always crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. Every visit, I find myself excited for these sides. Whether I’m craving a quick veggie sandwich or just some tasty snacks, Jack in the Box never disappoints!
Just swung by Jack in the Box for some dinner. The burger combo and chicken sandwich were delish! Found the best burger of my USA trip so far, and I'm ready for more foodie adventures! 🍔🇺🇸 #FoodieLife
Teriyaki bowl was good. Sweet girls offered good friendly service. Nyella has good customer service skills. One star iff because it felt like 95 in the eating area.
Got super spicy chicken 10 minutes or more after we placed our order, didn't realize this after we were back on the road, I couldn't eat it. It wasn't very fast and we ended up using the kiosk
Not your typical Jacks Place, definitely more truck stop feeling. Not a ton of traffic when we stopped. Food was on par with others, but the store was just on the dirty side. Like maybe a tour bus came through before we came in and worked the place over...hard. The restrooms were rough and lacking paper products and the trash was full, and it was only 12:45 pm.
It was ok. Typical fast food. We don't have this chain where we live, so we wanted to check it out.
Meh... Ordered a salad with grilled chicken which clearly on the menu you have a choice of grilled or fried chicken. She rings it up and it's $3 more, I asked why she she said grilled is $3 more. It's not on the menu and why? Same amount of chicken, less work for grilled. Just put it on the menu so I don't have to ask the girl who doesn't know or care.
It's not hard to make a pain hamburger why does my hamburger have mayo and mustard i dont know ruined my lunch

Worst place to decide to grab food in Corning . I was in line for the drive thru for at least 40 minutes and I’m not even kidding . Food quality was trash . Threw my food in the bag and very unfriendly people . Never coming to this place again .
I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a freaking Jack in the Box but this is just ridiculous. We’ve been in the drive thru line for 30 MINUTES WAITING TO ORDER FOOD. There are only two people ahead of us and 3 people inside. HURRY UP
I have never heard an employee tell a drive thru customer , are you ready to be civilazied now?? Seriously?? Jack in the box employee who can’t understand or hear orders for meals at the drive thru window!!! If your employee can’t get it right, how do you think the customer feels trying to place their order!!!! We have waited 15 mins just to place the order, now we’re at the window still waiting!!! Just drove away, tired of waiting , who knows what they did with our order!!! McDonald’s here we come.
Ok, update - 05/26/25 this is just unacceptable, I know you were busy but at least try to do a decent job, what I mean is, if it takes 25 minutes to fill out an order and you do it wrong or sloppy, I just won't be coming back after this
so I have been here many times and on at least three different occasions the employees were EXTREMELY rude to me and/or who I was with. one lady was rude out in the parking lot as she got into her vehicle(it was very surprising because I have no idea why I got this reaction) and also from the employees whenever I order my food, they are super ride and joking around being unprofessional. I have stopped eating here because of this. Also!!!!- it smells like curry very strongly in the parking lot.
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with jack in the box. The mini tacos look like they came out of a blender, by the time I got to the middle they were so soggy and mushy I ended up tossing them in the garbage. Now I will say I also ordered the churros and they were fresh hot and very soft!
Not only was I over charged when I ask for a combo and the girl in the front rang me up and charged me individual price for my combo but was very rude to a elderly lady. After being rude to her the focus was on me. Big mistake. Long story short they over charged me and didn’t give me all my order when ask for my for my money they over charged me for I was ask to leave threatening to call the cops on me. Wow don’t stop in Corning Jack in the box!!! Rude disrespectful young people.
We stopped by to get some food for dinner and there wasn't a line at all and we ordered two spicy Jack's munchies meals and our sandwiches where plain our fries where cold and so was our tacos. It was like they were already made and the fries where just sitting out before they handed us it. I checked it right when we got them and was very disappointed 😞 in our food. Like I dont understand why cause we were the only ones in line at the time
Horrible customer service, asked for cream and sugar only got like a few creamers and some zero calorie sugars ... I asked for regular sugar and the guy didn't even bother to look he just said that's all they had. I asked for ketchup and he just tossed it at me 🙄 My coffee was cold n I didn't even get a stirring straw. the line is backed up and I get it they r in a rush but he doesn't have to be a jerk with the customers. Didn't even had a name tag to report him, nor did he give me my receipt .. I could've also seen his name there and report him. 😡 it's is 11:52 sat July 28,2018 if anyone can check cameras. I got a breakfast sandwich with coffee and an Oreo shake. Never coming to this jack in the box
