Service and coffee is always wonderful. Unfortunately, there were customers sitting at a table who had a dog (not a service dog) that was jumping around. I believe this is a health code violation. Plus, not everyone is comfortable with animals in an eating establishment.

The staff at this Starbucks are always so friendly and welcoming! I wasn't sure what surprise drink I should bring my fiancé and one of the baristas, JoJo, gave the best recommendation. It ended up becoming my new favorite drink as well. Can't wait to come back for another one!

Great service and got everything in our big order perfect. We realized after the fact that I had forgotten to ask for syrup in my drink. I asked if they could add it and I would pay for that. The barista was very gracious and just added it for me for no charge. Great customer service!

The whole team at this Starbucks is absolutely fantastic. They are always so kind and upbeat and positive, even when they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I can truly say every visit to this location and it's team leaves my day even better than it was beforehand. Keep up the great work guys, you guys are fantastic and I appreciate you guys so much!

Today, 11/8 my daughter and I placed a mobile order in the AM to pick up inside. When we got there it wasn't ready BUT the drive thru was backed up to the street and the inside of the store was packed. ALL of the employees were hustling and were so professional! They did an absolutely amazing job of greeting every customer and kept things flowing seamlessly! They worked together as a well oiled machine and I was blown away at the amount of customers they were able to handle! Corning Starbucks employees are simply amazing, and I am actually so happy I had to wait, so that I could witness the wonderful job they all do to serve the community!! Thank you SO much to all the employees there.. you set an amazing example of customer service! 😁

I get this chicken pocket almost everyday but tried a new location today. WORST chicken pocket ever!!! Completely empty inside and burnt as can be…very dissatisfied!! Staff was friendly, such a shame this happened.

I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks and a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this location has left me more frustrated than fueled. Not only was my drink left unfilled, I ordered a bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich that came without bacon! I also ordered a grilled cheese that was barely filled with cheese. It felt like I was just eating two pieces of bread. I expected to stop by Starbucks for a quick fulfilling breakfast, but I left disappointed and unfulfilled.

I’ve been to this location a few times. The last two times they were out of pumpkin and mocha. Whoever does the ordering should have enough product in the stores. This is the only store around.

Serves burnt espresso and has you wait for 20 minutes for two coffees. Not to mention, they pressure you in the drive thru for tips yet they can’t even make a cup of coffee right.
