Delicious food. Owner and staff are very welcoming. Not cheap on the quantity or quality of the food. Their lamb guiso is one of my favorites. Also try the flan and other desserts.

I recently ordered food from Charos for a birthday party and I’m super glad I did. The food was AMAZING! They are known for their Chicken for a reason! Even the side dishes were great! But more so the customer service was outstanding.

My ex use to make me go here lol but the food is pretty good, so I wouldn’t complain all the time. Cheap, heavy on the rice so you gotta tell them to take it easy so there’s room for meat.

Terrible customer service from manager and employees. Waited 2 hours for delivery. When I called back to ask about my food I was told that I would not be getting the delivery because the delivery man "didnt feel like going" to my address". Peor servicio al cliente. Espere 2 horas por un delivery. Cuando llame a preguntar por mi comida, me dijeron que no me mandaran la comida porque "el hombre que hace delivery no quiere ir a mi direccion".
