This place is awesome. I’ve been back and forth to the hospital to visit my mom and today was a less than good day. The young lady taking my order asked how my day was and well I answered honestly. They gave me free ice cream at the window. It’s a small gesture but it goes a long way. These folks are amazing.

Great customer service. The woman at the drive-through waited for our order and repeated it back very well without interrupting. The food came out fresh. The Sweet Tea was starting to go bad. You shouldn't mix hot fresh brewed Tea with old tea, it turns it faster. Still a good experience. If you haven't tried it, order the spicy chicken off the lunch menu, add egg and pepper jack. I take the pickles off, but that is just my preference. Game changing breakfast sandwich

The entire crew working there are exceptional. Both lines were extremely long however they have a system that works efficiently and it's very effective to get your food and move the cars. If you see the long lines do not get discouraged. Great job on your system guys keep up the good work!

Love this place. Love the food. Always friendly staff and always smiling. I have always highly recommended Chick-fil-A to people and I never hear complaints. Give them a shot. They have fresh lemonade and fresh brewed ice tea, if that is your thing. :D

As you'd expect, this chickfila location is well staffed, clean, and has consistently delicious food. The staff is always courteous and friendly, with fast service. The food has been consistently delicious (as you'd expect), even over the years and dozens of visits. I have never tried the drive thru, but the line seems very long during the lunch rush. Somehow, they still manage to quickly move it along. The dine-in experience has been fantastic every visit, and I can always count on quality delicious sandwiches.

Everything was awesome, the customer service, food was hot and the prices are affordable still. Bathrooms are clean very relaxing when you seat in . I been to a lot of Chick fil A haven't went to one that was bad yet! Have a great day fam

I've been to this location many times and have never had a problem. They're willing to fix any mistakes or change your order when you arrive to the drive through to pick it up. They're very friendly and professional. The lines are always long (a good sign) but everyone is served quickly.

Shout out to this location, who gave me no fuss about ordering a salad with no cheese towards the end of the day ( Unlike the Chino location) The staff didn't who know it but I had a migraine coming on from not eating all day. Kudos to Taylor who helped me out with a kind gesture. You guys have restored my love for Chic-Fil-A.

I’m typing this review as I’m currently in line waiting for my food. We all know everyone love a good Chic Fil A breakfast! We rush to get there before the cut off time. Today I barely missed it but that’s okay because as I sat in line I watched a young lady outside handling both drive thru lines with speed, accuracy and a smile. Her name is Haylie. When I said, “They have you working hard today huh” she smiled and said yes but it’s okay more of us are coming in soon. I remember my days working drive thru and being outside tackling the line and the many customers that complimented me on how well I was doing. So I wanted to make sure this young lady got her praise. You keep working hard Haylie we need more amazing workers like you!

I think this is a good story I went in the morning to have breakfast with my wife we were sitting outside and a homeless man came up on a bicycle ask for some money and I didn't have any and I said would you like my sandwich are you hungry so I gave him my sandwich and then the staff from the restaurant and gave my wife and I complete meals again I guess because we help the homeless man I thought that was great and very heartwarming and what a good place

Super busy during lunch but the line to order inside is never long. You're order is ready pretty fast and I always find a table easily. The drive thru line though is very long. My faves are the grilled chicken nuggets, the lemon kale chicken salad, lemonade, and the frosted coffee

Food is very good, the place is clean including the kid's playground.not all the staff is friendly. I went there with my 4 years old niece, we left a full milk shake, full large fries, and a 3/4 full soda in the table while we played in the kids area. It passed like 10 minutes, when we returned to our table and everything was gone. When I asked the people around, they said that a lady came and cleaned the table, even they told her that we were playing. So, good food but bad attention.

Drive thru moves quickly even if the lines look long

First time we went through the drive through. A worker took our order as we waited behind other cars and paid for our order so when we got to the window we just gave them our name and we were handed our order as the server finished putting our order in a bag.👍🙂🇱🇷

First time visiting. Went on a Saturday afternoon and dined inside. It was very busy but the line moved pretty fast & we were able to order in less than 5minutes. They have an indoor playground so my kiddos were able to stay distracted in the playground while I waited to order our food, get a seat and all the way up until when the food arrived. The redhead girl working the cashier at 6:50 on 3/24 was amazing. Went above and beyond, shows how amazing her customer service is, and made the whole interaction seem genuine. My only regret is that I never got her name to thank her for helping me out.

This spicy southwest salad is to die for. I had it 2 days in a row. Other restaurants could learn from chick fil A. I worked for KFC for 25 yrs and we were never staffed like this store. They understand what the customer wants and they deliver on a very high level. Whole staff focused on the customers no joking or playing around but all the employees seem genuinely happy. This place makes me wanna work fast food again.

I absolutely love this location in Norco, Ca right off the 15 at the Hidden Valley Pkwy exit of Chick-fil-A! I have yet,and have not had a bad experience from the employees or with the food I have eaten here! The employees I have met here on both occasions Dylan and Ben B! you two have phenomenal customer service skills! have been very kind and thoughtful and gone above and beyond in their service! So this location loves their customers, unlike my experience I have had at several other locations that all you have to do is look at my other reviews to find out the locations. But the salads I have had both times, did not disappoint either, so there food is consistent, its not just good one time is have been great both times!! The Spicy Southwest salad with chicken is the best! I love their creamy salsa dressing and also the creamy avocado ranch dressing! Have tried both dressings and can decide which one I like better, that's just how good they taste on this salad! Plus lots of toppings, the tomatoes, the chicken perfectly grilled and the corn and pepitos (I thinks that what they are called) that come in the package to add to the salad, YUMMY! Then to top if off with their Sunjoy Tea/Lemonade mix (almost like an Arnold Palmer) makes for the perfect meal for all you people out there that are a salad freak like I am! This location has the best salads for a fast food restaurant I have yet to come across, Since Culver's hasn't made it to this state yet!! If you haven't tried this salad yet, you are really missing out!! Also included a couple location photos because it really it a good location in Norco!

For fast food drive-thru, Chick-fil-A is best at get the order and payment transaction by the worker standing in the drive-thru lane. It's fast and convenient. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries taste delicious. The lemonade is a bit too sweet.

This chick-fil-a has a great track record for quick service and excellent quality food. Maybe there needs to be a little bit of training on cheese slice placement on their sandwiches but other then that, everything is wonderful. The drive-thru is very long sometimes and it’s quicker to dine in. I like to say “thank you” as much as humanly possible so I can manipulate their policy😂 if you’re wanting chicken, I highly recommend to visit this chick-fil-a. Also, give the hosts in the dining area a raise, they did an amazing job refilling drinks and helping us find a clean table. Thank you so much for the food!

Even though there was a lot of people both in the Drive-Thru and his side where we went they were pretty good about getting the orders out in a decent amount of time. I had the market salad which is absolutely delicious as it comes my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets. Someone is always cleaning the dining area and it's very clean. Even though it was super packed it was plenty of tables available.

The sandwich is very simple but it's done very well. The main sandwich is a fried chicken breast, pickles, and a buttered bun. Now you can add cheese bacon lettuce tomato and they have wraps and salads. They have pretty good macaroni and cheese. They have a salad that has fruit on it which is very delicious. They have a very good breakfast selection. I used to love their sandwich that had a bagel a chicken breast and egg and cheese but they got rid of it. Now I usually get a chicken burrito.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have had bad experiences at. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food as usual and things were going pretty well. When I got to the window to pick up my order the girl at the window asked if I could pull up to the front parking spaces and wait because my food wasn't ready. So I politely declined and let the young lady know that the last time they had me park in the front because my food wasn't ready, I ended up waiting in my car with my kids for about 15 minutes and had to walk inside the Chick-fil-A to go grab my food that was sitting on the counter. When I asked for my food and told them about the situation, you could tell they completely forgot about my food. So I ended up taking home cold food. So I stayed in the drive thru and waited for my food. Then the manager took over for the young lady and started to hand me my bags. I asked for the Texas Pete hot sauce. So the manager picked up one sauce and told me"I'm sorry we only have one hot sauce left and I have to go to the back to get more. If you go to the front and wait I can bring you more hot sauce". So politely declined because I already had my food. It really felt like she was just trying to prove a point. I had no issue with the fact that my food wasn't ready. I just didn't want to be stuck in a parking space in front of Chick-fil-A waiting for cold food again. Also I've gone to pretty much every other Chick-fil-A and ask for frosted root beer and have always been able to get it. But for some reason this Chick-fil-A told me they don't do it. But it's all good. It's the only Chick-fil-A I know of in Corona or by my house so I'll probably be back again the next time my kids ask for it.

I enjoy Chick-fil-A I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my bun was soggy. So I went back the next morning and returned my food. The manager was very nice and gave me 2 vouchers for 2 free chicken sandwiches. The manager handled the situation very well and kept me as a customer.

The way they try and play you by charging $5 for a large kale salad and only give you a spoonful and expired almonds is annoying. This was Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 7:52pm. I hate it. It’s already expensive and they continue to give you LESS for more.

For the price I charge for the salad, they give very little each day.

The food itself tasted fine & they were friendly. Just a couple things to note if you go here, we waited 20 mins for our food after ordering prior online & as expensive as they are, they didn’t fill up the fry boxes. The quantity was a lot less than what it should have been. None fell out in bag. We bought 4 & this is how they all came.

Great food, great customer service. However, they consistently forget the sauce. Occasionally straws too. Forgetting sauce doesn't seem that bad, but have you ever eaten a dry sandwich or plain fries? REALLY not that good by itself. If I'm driving out to chick fil a, paying more than average especially compared to in n out, I should at least get the sauce I asked for. I checked the bag, didn't see sauce, asked for 7, they gave me five Like dawg cmon Again, customer service is great, but please don't forget my sauce Also generally speaking, and this is a personal preference, they put so much ice sometimes that I have difficulty putting my straw into my cup. Their cups are already insulated compared to other fast food restaurants, so putting more ice than average compared to other fast food restaurants is redundant. Again, some people like a lot of ice but that's my review. Attached: straw not going into cup all the way and also having to use a Starbucks straw Update: two minutes later, the drink is empty. Attached is the amount of ice in my cup. I understand mistakes could be made here and there but this isn't much of an exaggeration compared to what usually happens.

Usually I would put a five-star here because they do have amazing food. Now I've been hearing nothing but great Raves about their chicken spicy sandwich. I wanted to see if it could beat Popeyes. Sad to say I am still indecisive. I ordered a spicy chicken Deluxe with no tomato add bacon Xtra sauce. One there is no pepper jack cheese as you can see in the photo no pickles but most important there's absolutely no sauce so I can't really tell you if the sandwiches better because of my BAD experience of waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Would not recommend for anybody who has a 30 minute lunch. Guess I should have went to Popeye's.

Food is decent but their drive through system has flaws.. I'm waiting in one of the lines for about 5 minutes while three young ladies are just chatting. Another vehicle pulls up in the line next to me and the immediately go to his car and take their order. When they finally come to my car I ask why would they let me just sit here unattended for so long but when this other vehicle pulls up they're on them right away and she said we are told to make sure the lines are even... That left me scratching my head because it made zero sense to have me wait for another car to show up just to take my order afterwards. I guess I'll drive a few miles longer next time for a more efficiently trained chick filet franchise location.

CFA just is not as good as they used to be. Upper management needs to get involved to make sure these kids running the place do a good job at EVERY location. So this is for the Chick-fil-A on hidden valley parkway in Norco. Absolutely awful. The prices on the drive-thru board are lower than what they charge you. When I asked about it at the front they said oh yes, we haven't changed those yet. I said why not. They said because you have to go out there and physically change the board. I said that's probably easier to do than having people call and complain. In addition to that their chick-fil-A biscuits we're not only dry but the chicken look like it had been cut in half long ways and was mostly just the crispy part. There was no meat to the chicken breast.

I walked inside to place an order to go: it was a small order for just one person. The timestamp on the receipt says the order was finalized and paid for at 6:53 pm. I waited and waited for what felt like an eternity to be given my food. When the food was finally given my to me, I just had to check the time and noticed it was at 7:09. That's 16 minutes for a one-person order! I asked Klarisse if this is normal and she assured me that 16 minutes per order is indeed within "normal" response time. So there you have it: employees at this Chick-fil-A location are quite proud of taking more than 15 minutes per order. Klarisse has explicitly confirmed this to be true.

Web site says food would now be brought out to your car and I waited 15 minutes and then went inside to see what was up and the girl greeted me and asked for the name and she indicated she would check on it. I waited another 10 minutes and happened to look at the pick up shelf and there was the order. I would have looked there if the girl had not told me she would check. The food was cold and there were no fries. I had to return to the site on Hidden Valley and here I sit waiting again while the food is made again. I don’t know what has changed with the process in the last month but orders are taking much longer than in the past. I guess I’ll have to find another Chick fil a. Something has changed for the worse!

Somebody should tell this place to stay open till 12. Because there are some people who don't get out until late

I am a fan of chick fil a, but this location is the absolute worst. On multiple occasions they get our orders wrong and forget our sauces but this past weekend was our worst experience. Upon ordering, their app was not allowing me to scan for points, after than when we ordered the white girl who took our order tried to charge us multiple times after we got the notification from our bank showing that the charge went through. We told her it went through and she said ok and that it was fine, and did not provide us with a receipt. Over 1/2 an hour later we still do not receive our food. We had already seen 4 customers who ordered after us receive their order, some of them took a seat and ate and had already left, while our name had yet to be called. We asked a guy to check on our order and instead he stayed at the register, even though there was no line. 15 minute after that we still had yet to revive our order, we asked again and they finally payed attention after they saw us getting upset. Come to find out they had not even started our order and the girl who took our order was hiding in the corner by the drive through window so to try and not be seen. They could not find our order ticket and we gestured towards the worker who took our order. We saw them scrabble to get our order together. And of course they forgot our sauces and our drinks were very watered down. I have worked in the food industry and usually customers are compensated with either a refund, or extra items. This was not offered at all and they were very dismissive. We were very upset having to wait almost an hour for our 2 sandwiched and fries, and would have expected to be at least end offered something for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever! They ignored me at drive-through didn’t take my order. They told me wait outside we will bring the food for you. 45 minutes waiting nobody showed up. They didn’t even say sorry we wasted your time 👎👎👎

I bought a Chick A File Deluxe combo and some chicken strips. The burger didn't have cheese, it only came with chicken, and the pieces of chicken they give you are very small for the price, so expensive. I think that if I pay to buy, they are not giving me anything for free.

Went to this particular location and I understand fast food places get busy. When I ordered my meal, I asked for light ice and they filled it up half way, which no big deal, I let it slide but when I went up to get my refill, I was standing there for 3 minutes with two of the workers staring at me since I stood there. One of them was filling ice tea and the other one was getting drinks for the drive thru and kept giving me a disgusted look every time she went to get drinks for drive thru. She looked at the one filling ice tea and said, "Can you refill her drink, she's just staring at me". They kept giving eachother glances and were rude about it, eventually I went back to the table I was at to get my belongings and leave when my friend goes up and asks for a refill which at that point I didn't want. Only reason why they gave my friend a refill was because she was irritated and sounded irritated watching me stand there and she saw the way they were looking at me as well. They didn't even fill up the soda. And oops, I dropped the soda on the table. The food was okay, but the service was awful, all I wanted was a refill. Hope they put the soda machines outside of the workers area to make it easier on the customers. This happened on 5/31/24 around 6pm.

It took us over 45 mins to get out food through the drive-thru. We gave it another shot and even went in on the second time around. It was just as bad. This location needs new management and training. It's literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to.

Make sure you have at least an hour aside to go here on a Saturday I made the mistake of coming right at the the switch from breakfast to lunch. But an hour and 15 min to get my food is seriously just bad customer service for over priced chicken sandwich. In n out is the way to go my kids love Chick-fil-A but they don’t drive or have jobs so this will be it for us at Chick-fil-A until someone changes my mind

I used to live coming here and keep trying every once in awhile because I like the food.... however it's not like it used to be. Service is incredibly slow. I understand when you have the drive thru full into the parking lot but when I wait 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me and my food still isn't ready when I reach the window, there's a problem. It was before 8 am, breakfast is all that is being served. There are many staff members visible, what's the issue? This is a constant problem and I only go about once a month these days, always the same thing. I hope they can figure it out but I'm done.

I absolutely love Chick-fli-a, but I’ve had several issues with this location. The last straw was today when I got an upset stomach from a regular chicken sandwich. I’m not sure if they cooked it long enough or not, but my stomach is bubbling. Don’t bother to offer me anything free, I’m good.

They forgot my fries and also my friends fries and we didn’t notice until we left.

Waited 15 minutes only for them to make my salad wrong twice and tell me they made it correctly the first time I received my order when I know they did not give me what I ordered. To top it off, they did not give me dressing for the two salads they made wrong. Usually great customer service, was highly disappointed.

What’s with the quality when door dash is involved ? When we go there physically you guys are all about customer service, why?? Because we can hole you accountable right then and there maybe ? . But when we order through door dash, it’s crummy. No ketchup , napkins- burgers are crummy, half made?? Literally nothing on them! Look at this !! . Not good, waste of money, no sauce - nothing ! What’s up with this?? Is it ok to short door dash orders or what ?? This is not the first, so I’m speaking up now. Unacceptable!! $53 plus $6 this cost me for door dash ! See the receipt of what I ordered! Not worth what was bagged up !

Worst experience ever. Ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was cold. 2 hours in traffic waited in the drive thru and still had to get out cause they forgot my salad dressing.

I love chick-fil-a but unfortunately my last to visits to this location were very dissatisfying first they forgot the bacon on my sandwich and only to find that out after getting home. So I call the location and let them know what happen and they tell me they are so sorry and they will replace the whole meal for me so they send me a card in the mail and I come today and they only replaced the sandwich and made me pay for the fries and drink. The lady at the window was pretty rude about it! Unfortunately I will not be returning here they lost a good customer and my family!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The food was disappointing. The chicken was prevously cooked, then warmed and slapped on a bun. Fries were room temperature. Only thing fresh was the lettuce and tomato. This was my second time with similar results. Bye bye CfA.

They previously messed up my order. Half filling the fries. Apparently if I didn’t drive all the way back the same day, they wouldn’t reimburse me for their mistake. Waiting a while to even have them take my order. 8 people behind the counter, chatting, playing rochambeau, and providing anything but good service while customers wait in line to be serviced. I liked this place. Never again.

Horrible Drive Thru instructions!!! As you drive through the front you will see a Drive thru sign on the left side of the building next to the drive thru exit. I followed the sign just find out it’s blocked. I asked staff where was the drive thru entrance and they couldn’t even explain where the entrance is. As I drove away I saw a tent which I want to believe is the entrance for the drive thru but it’s not specified if that’s the entrance or not… I left. No time to waste trying to figure out their messy drive thru.

Today was an absolute disgrace! I spent nearly $50 and clearly asked for extra sauces. What did I get? One chick filet sauce and a honey roasted BBQ sauce. When I called to let them know after I drove off, the assistant manager "Cameron" she couldn’t have been more rude or dismissive. Sorry no solution — just a lazy "we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. She kept arguing that I only asked for one sauce. Are you kidding me? When I asked for the manager Daniel , straight up refused to let me speak and I couldnt care less.. Completely unprofessional! None of us even ate the food because it was ruined without the sauces. It’s clear this location treats people differently — so biased!

OK, the food is great except the salads. For a couple months now my salads have been tasting off and I have not been able to finish them. The lettuce tastes like perfume or rotten and today was the last straw. It tastes awful and the egg yolk is gray not yellow fresh. I’m tired of throwing my cobbs and southwestern salads away.
