I come to this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week to get breakfast and or an early lunch. I work all the way downtown and it’s on my way. The staff is always so energetic and friendly. The woman who hands me the order most of the time, I believe her name is Laura, is always the nicest and upbeat person I interact with all morning. Sometimes my kids are with me when I drop them off and she always waves at them. I will always choose this location even if it’s out of my way some mornings just for that.
The servers there were phenomenally friendly. No wait at all! Super clean, easy to find and of plenty of parking. Definitely stop here for a quick bite!
Food is always great I came here to tell a story… So today 1/19/26 1:48 PM. I walk in and this Hispanic woman, nappy blonde hair, horrible makeup, walks in with her order in her hands along with the drinks. I open the door for her because she’s angry, no thank you from her because she’s mad on the phone irritated about her order. She says to the cashier that the drinks spilled on the floor and the order is wrong… I look at the cashier and I’m thinking to myself “this lady is crazy” because the drinks are completely full. The guy goes to his shift manager, they remake the order and this guy gets the lady her drinks… and she still doesn’t say thank you. To the person that had no manners saying thank you to these wonderful workers, who bust their butts everyday… you suck and I hope your food was cold as ice. To the worker that did everything for that horrible woman, my hats off to you sir. You did great and I hope you get a raise 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you for everything you do 🫡
We love coming here. We use all methods of ordering. Mobile thru, online eat in or even carry out. We especially love to use the app and eat in because we place our order, walk in and pick out a table and scan a qr code and they bring us the order pretty quickly. Everyone is friendly and attentive throughout the meal and offering to refill our drinks.
My fave location, food rarely has quality issues. Shout out to Laura who is always very sweet each time I go!
My boyfriend and I come to pick up food for our friends and family here and what brings us so much joy and happiness visiting this location is a worker named Laura <333 that lil lady has the most WONDERFUL customer service we’ve ever received! Please take care of her at all cost, she’s a gem xoxoxo
visited Chick-fil-A today and Matthew took my order. He was incredibly kind and his calm voice made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I felt genuinely taken care of. Excellent customer service—10/10!
I love Chick-fil-A for some weird reason, the tablets do not take pay from the app. You have to go where they hand you food and pay there. I have always paid using the app. last 3-4 months it has changed?
This is one of the largest Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been to. This was in Corpus Christi Texas and I am from a suburb of Chicago. This Chick-fil-A delivers. They had at least half a dozen Chick-fil-A delivery vehicles. Our Chick-fil-A doesn't offer that yet.
I love this location now that it has been renovated! I usually go early in the morning to knock out some school work while I eat breakfast. A gentleman named Jose is usually working, and he is so kind and attentive. He will refill my coffee and now remembers I like the blue creamer! This is the only location I will go to :)
Went through drive through lane for a quick bite to eat. Food and service was excellent. Was nice they used your name when picking up order.
What I like most is the speed of service and the cleanliness. They do not appear to skimp on staff available to keep their store running at peak.

My first time eating at Chick-fil-A. I was surprised it was never expensive and the chicken sandwich was delicious. The nicest people working there.
The only problem I had with this destination was online app and or website usage, but once I arrived there the costumer service was fine.
I ordered my food through the app, drove up and my app was glitching and I couldn’t scan the QR code. It said my only other option was to inform an employee that i was there. I waiting at the intercom for a minute and nobody helped me, I pulled up the front and nobody asked me about why I was sitting there even after two of the cars behind me got their orders. I had to call the store to let them know I was there to finally get me out of the lane. I get people are busy but I know someone could’ve noticed me sitting there. Also didn’t get my chick fil a sauce.

If someone orders with mobil app, more than likely they don’t have time to get down and enjoy a meal. Maybe take the time and actually add a fork, napkins, probably even the coffee creamer that was requested on the order. It shows you actually care about your job and keeps the customer happy. Lastly, if someone orders a cup of coffee, we paid for a full cup of coffee, not 3/4 of a cup. I get you left room for creamer that you didn’t even add to my order but come on, let’s get it together. We mobile ordered for the mobile thru at 10:45, got to the chick-fil-a at 10:50, the line was long, lunch time, thats fine. We waited over 50 mins. We got to the front of to mobile thru line and waited more then 20 minutes at the front of the line which is crazy. It wasn't a big order, only two chicken tender meals.
Horrible experience! You would think after waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru the food would at least be correct or hot, neither of these things happend. When I finally got up to the window they couldn't find my order, everything was disorganized and chaotic. After telling them what I did have I was missing items and the food I did get was cold. Worst service,I will never be back.
I ordered delivery and food did not get here on time for my sons picnic. I missed his picnic. No phones were answered I had to drive over here. James b the manager did not apologize until I said why did I not get an apology. Worst Chick-fil-A never coming back.
This isn't the first time, but it's the first time I have posted here. This place is peopled with incompetent employees. They serve ice cold food, and sadly it's not even an full order. I ordered two meals and a sandwich along with an order of LARGE waffle fries. They half filled the large container and sent us in our way. I tried calling to complain, but the number was busy, again and again. I am giving up trying, but be warned if you go here and try to order to go. Please check your order for accuracy. They will short you and give you cold food if you let them. Shame on this company, and the management who obviously takes no pride in their product, staff and logo.
Went thru drive thru gentle man was very rude when. We asked for mayo after we waited 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their order. Rude just rude!
Chick fil a food is always great and I've NEVER had a bad experience with the customer service until this location. The lady working the drive thru was so RUDE for no reason. Please do better
Chick-fil-a on everhart was my favorite to go to but unfortunately because of one associate with the most disrespectful attitude I’ve ever encountered I will not be going back. He took my order (didn’t let me finish talking) outside on lane one didn’t get a name but he was on the heavier side with blonde hair. I understand we all have those days but taking it out on the customer is unacceptable especially a customer who treated him with the respect I expected back. Next time train the associates to keep their feelings under control. God does not like ugly.
Terrible store. This store is most convenient for me because I live down the street, but I’m gonna have to start making the drive to Staples because I’ve never had a bad experience there. I came to the Everhart location last month & received the wrong order. Today I went & the fries feel like they’ve just been sitting there, & there’s no salt on them, this taste like cheese? Whoever owns this Chic Fil A needs to step down because not only the food quality, but the employees are kinda rude too. It’s nothing like the other locations in Corpus.
