Price went up a little, but was not disappointed by the food. Employees were courteous and friendly. Bathroom was clean. Employees attended to the food on the buffet, restocking and cleaning up messes made by the customers. Certainly enjoyed pizza with various toppings and the desserts. I'm glad to see purple onions and banana pepper rings there too. Lots of choices for salads or to put extra toppings on the pizza. Only issue I experienced was parents ignoring or not taking care of their screaming kids. Cici's can't do much about that. I'm pleased with lunch.

I love this place!! It's the perfect place to go if you have a large family group and little ones. You can also still place hand made orders for your table. Usually I'll get a salad then two slices of pizza and by the time I sit down to eat, my specialty pizza is out and ready for me to eat! They also updated their arcade room lol I'm truly a child by heart so I'm enjoying this feature. I am extremely happy with my visit and Jeremy has done an excellent job with stocking the salad bar and keeping the pizza fresh and delicious!! 😋 🤤 🥗 🍕 Hands down must go and we'll be back.

Food was good, hot and plentiful. The dining room was clean and service was quick and friendly. Wouldn't mind coming back when I get the hunger for a pizza!

The counter guy was helpful. They had no running water and the city could not get back out until Monday so they still made sure that I was able to get a pizza.

VERY greasy food to the point that on one of my slices of pizza I couldn't tell if it was just that soaked in grease or if it was actually a bit undercooked so I had to leave it just in case. Taste wise was good as a pizza buffet making pizzas that fast can be. Music was a vibe when I was there but I also noticed it wasn't child appropriate music in the sense there was a song that contained swearing. The pumpkin spice mini cinnamon rolls were great I wish I had more room in my stomach for them but I ate too much pizza. 3.5 stars

The busboy was on point never a dirty table more than couple seconds and remove any plates in your way really attentive. Wish I would of asked for his name. Pizza, salad, soup always good but they didn't have the best pizza selection. 3 games out of 7 worked on the arcade selection, and they couldn't bother to put a no working sign knowing it was not working so it would use your points. It was a hassle asking them to add the points back into the card special when it got busy.

The most mid experience I’ve ever had. Pizza was fine but not good. Staff was nice but nothing special. The place could be cleaned better but it wasn’t disgusting. Just mid.

I come here sometimes and every time I'm here, the layout and arcade area is a bit different. This time they had a larger area for arcade games but 1/3 of them were out of order. They are on a card system and looks like you can cash in your tickets at an automatic prize machine. As you'd expect at a pizza buffet it's not winning prizes. Nothing really to complain about either.

Food and service is good, but for the love of God they got to do something about the music. The worst songs are played non-stop and at an obnoxious volume. You want to keep the music then lower the volume it’s way too loud.

Came in late as we're only visiting the town temporarily, they already had the ovens shut down before 9pm and had already been sweeping and cleaning up apparently for a while before we arrived. The lady who ran the register was straight up rude. When we checked out, they should have said that the ovens were shut down and we would have gone elsewhere. The workers at this particular Cici's have ZERO work ethic. They should take some lessons from the San Antonio Cici's on Loop 1604, THOSE people actually know how to WORK! Hands down the worst Cici's we've been to.

The first thing that went wrong was as I was walking in, I was not greeted in any way and yes I know they are busy but please be kind and respectful. Second, they had an employee working there with the rudest attitude and they lied about not having a certain ingredient and when my dad asked a second time she answered with a very rude attitude and talked behind his back calling him rude slurs. She had a hat full of pins. Third, PLEASE BE NEAT AND SANITARY because I saw so many things that should not have happened like an employee handling food with nails on and not having any covering for her nails or that AirPod in her ear ( yes I saw that). Or the employee handling the silverware and pulling his pants up with the silverware in hand. They also had a sink or counter top that was either moldy or rusty, either way that was not clean nor sanitary. So overall experience I would never come back again worst customer service and no knowledge of sanitation at all, and trust I studied sanitation in culinary environment for four years.

The workers are working hard yes, but are not at all friendly or welcoming. I get why, because of how busy they are but it's really unorganized. Sadly we waited an hour and a half for apple pizza and left without recieving it. The staff kept saying 5 more minutes for an hour and 15 minutes. The staff was informed a whole pizza left on the line had been touched by a customer with his bare hands, dropped and flipped over, and then the customer placed it back, no longer wanting it. They made the decision to leave it for others to get.

Crowded , dirty walls , windows and fruit flys in drink area, dirty drink area .. disgusted . Made me wonder about back area and if drink fountain was being sanitized or if I've had fruit flys in it . Think health department should go check it out .

I haven’t visited this Cicis in years, and now I see why. The pizza on the buffet was cold and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered 20 wings (10 lemon pepper and 10 hot buffalo) along with the cheese and pepperoni poppers. After waiting about 10 minutes, all 20 wings came out as buffalo lemon pepper — completely wrong. The employee asked if I wanted them remade, but I declined since I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the lemon pepper seasoning made the wings extremely salty — to the point it was almost inedible. When I sent them back, the person making them gave me a rude look, which made the situation even worse. Instead of remaking my original order, they brought out 10 garlic butter wings that smelled bad and 10 buffalo wings. I sent back the garlic ones and told them not to bother remaking them. The buffalo wings were chewy and gummy, barely edible. As for the poppers, they were just bread with no real filling — we each ate one and left the rest. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

We went at a slow time. 3 tables taken. First issue is the manager told the cashier to upcharge a pizza bowl a dollar more as a to-go order when we paid to sit and eat. In front of us after we finished paying. There was no bowls and almost no plates, which wasn't so bad but after 30 mins there was less plates. Restocked after some time but all the pizza just tasted off, we tried different trays. The sweet tea/unsweet was just water, they didn't make the tea. There was no Powerade, just water. By the time we hit 45 mins, we started to feel sick and left. So be careful, they try to do scam you a bit if you try to do. Non to-go pizza bowl
