Great food and service!! Alyani and Jessoe were very helpful with a last minute large order. The food was very hot and they set me up with all of the condiments and plate settings.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious! I had a plate with spicy shrimp, orange chicken, 1/3 fried rice and 1/2 chow mrin. Yum!

I've done in and I've done drive thru. Never had any problems. I love their chow mien it's a dry noodle, it's not made with a lot of sauce like other places. Love their com pau chicken and their honey walnut shrimp.

Great staff. Was acknowledged right as I stepped into this location. Food looked fresh and restaurant was very clean. I have been to several locations and pretty much walked out thinking who manages these restaurants. I was relocated to Corpus from Dallas Texas due to my job as a Corporate Manager for 711. Thank you and please let them know what a great job they are doing.
I love that they provide the bowl meals, just enough for a person who doesn't eat too much. My favorites or Orange chicken, Sweet and sour chicken and beef and broccoli with fried rice. The drive thru is quick and polite personal.
I get the impression that everyone working at this location is doing a great job and I really appreciate that. The location seems popular and sometimes they have been out of something but my drive through experiences have all been as perfect as they really can be. It's nice to have a place I can eat where they will get the order in and out quickly and correctly. Thank you!!

My food was ready just as I arrived. The estimated time in the app was correct! Young male cashier was very friendly. Also, I love how they place stickers on the packages now that list what food items are in there. It not only makes it easy to pass out food to everyone in my household, but it ensures accuracy at the restaurant. Bravo!

Picked up a large order today. The atmosphere was great, employees were working as a team. You can feel the vibe in there and the energy level. Two employees Desire and Jackson were at the front counters helping and communicating with me as I waited for the order both of them went above and beyond and they have excellent customer service, authentic, and just overall awesome people. If I had my own business as I've had before, I would try to recruit them . They deserve recognition and especially to Desire who greeted me upon arrival. You can tell she's very dedicated! All of the employees including the ones in the back making the food, also deserve recognition! Thank you panda Express!
It’s Panda Express. Not much to say. Got the orders mixed up in the drive through. Employees fixed it in five seconds flat. Great people. Good food for what it is. If you like quick and easy Asian, this is the place!
I'm must say that Panda Express is lucky to have a manager like EMMIE. She was so kind and patient with me. She went out of her way to help me. She has a kind soul, God would have been so proud to see her generosity. My tap to pay wasn't working and to avoid me feeling embarrassed, she let me have it anyway. I can't express how grateful I am. Things like this prove that just because the world might be broken in several ways, doesn't mean that most people are. Thank you Emmie, from the bottom of my heart. I've been coming to Panda Express for over 30 years and I can tell you. This is a really good store. Everything is the way it's supposed to be that makes panda express great. Also they carry sweet n low, which is the pink package sweetener that makes the Mango tea the bomb if you don't eat or like sugar in your tea. 5 Stars!
I ordered online. The process was easy. The value was great. What I liked most was that the food was fresh and hot. Panda Express definitely gets a 5 Star review for a deliciously variety of food items. The Shift Manager certainly gets a big 5 Star for being on top of her crew and receiving every customer with a smile. PANDA EXPRESS ROCKS!!

Went there a few weeks ago and got the walnut shrimp. All condiments were provided and I for sure got full. Was really good.
Nicole B has outstanding customer service. She took our order in the drive thru and it was smiles through the order taking you could hear it and smile at the pick up window. We went at 5pm busy time and she was still friendly ☺️
Now THIS is a good panda express!! Two different employees actually greeted me and all of the other customers walking in, despite being busier than the other location. The online order was already prepared and the employees were extremely friendly! There's obviously something wrong with the management at the other location.
WOW!! UPDATE 4 Years ago and now in 2019. AWESOME SERVICE!!! Profressional and they are Einstein's in taking your order, Expert level of service and After 4 years They are still "KILLING IT." This is my #1 Panda Express in CC. The TEAM of Employees here deserve a Bonus in My opinion....THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (2015) William was professional, FRESH....Service would be even better to have 2 people, when there is one serving a customer and others up to 2 separate customers waiting. But still worth the wait, if I had to, but was being served. I'LL BE BACK!!!!! ***UPDATE : MAY 2022 *** Back again several times this year and still getting Great Service. Best times is 10 am and 1pm , 3pm is good as well. A little on the outside, 1ST time for me, but not the norm since I have been coming here. Only human and perfection is hard to find, but with the quality of food and service with price. I don't mind. A+×50!!! See photos on the food portions, presentation and this is the one off of Saratoga by Walmart in between DQ and Popeyes! Service times are from my experience in purchasing my meals.
Chinese food is a nice change from time to time. This location is very busy most evenings so I order online and pickup. Food is always ready at time requested. Majority of time order is correct and ready. They have a good crew, always helpful and friendly. Give it a try I think you will enjoy service and food.
My first time at this restaurant chain and this location. Looked very clean and the food was good. The employee who waited on me did not speak or seem to understand English well, so I did not receive what I ordered, but I did not want to take more time trying to be understood. I might return if in the area again, and if time allows.
Have gone here many times before, at these times a military discount was given. This is important to me and others. It is not done any more and that is the reason I rarely go there anymore. There are others who do honor our veterans and I choose to give them my business.
We enjoy the food as long as you get the brown rice, the fried rice is hard and dry. Staff is okay, they just don't listen very well, so be sure to ask them to repeat the order at the window, my guess is they may need new headsets or a new speaker system which isn't good for such a new business like they are. But overall food is pretty tasty, love that its fast!
Only did take out. Exactly what you would expect from a Panda Express. The food is fresh and the customer service was good. The thing I like most about Panda Express, is that you can see everything that they do. Panda Express gives you very good bang for your buck and this one is right next to Walmart! It is also a nice Walmart so you can stop to eat before doing your shopping, bonus! They also have plenty of parking and from what I could see the lobby looked clean as well. Personal favorite was the orange chicken.
Great food. It has been twice that our egg rolls are not placed in bag with our order This time, I had driven off on my way home and noticed that they were not there. (3) I drove back immediately and got in line through the drive thru, and when I reached the window, the girl said I had to wait on them. She instructed me to park up front and wait. I waited for 10 minutes until finally I went into the restaurant. Nobody had any idea. I was parked up front waiting! There were plenty of egg rolls that I could see. They gave them to me, but by this time, the rest of our food was not as hot and fresh as when I first got it. This was so displeasing!
Had to bus our own table and wait about 10 min for our food....family meal. Food quality was okay...not great and not bad either. Staff seemed overwhelmed.
Typically this place does fine- it’s Panda Express, so usually it’s about what you’d expect from a middle tier fast food place. The least I can say for this particular location is that the staff is usually pleasant and helpful but tonight they were having some issues. Drive through line was admittedly very long, they were definitely busy but that’s a typical weekend for food service under covid-19 I guess. We had to order twice as the server who helped us had to step away halfway through taking our order. When we got to the window, we were asked to pay twice- once for our meal, and once for someone else’s. When we received our order, we didn’t receive one of our entrees despite it being listed on the receipt and paid for. We were there too close to closing and the line was too long to be able to go back for it immediately, so now we have to go back another day to claim the meal.
Food was hot and fresh. Plenty of rice served in the bowl option but not enough proteins to justify the prices.
This was my first AND LAST time getting from this franchise, like how was this place popular at all? I got it delivered and the only nice thing about the meal was the delivery driver. The food quality was mid at best, the only thing with ''flavor'', if you can call it that was the meats. It just seems like they made fried rice by cooking a few eggs then a bag of frozen veggies and threw ut into white rice without actually frying it together just mix. But tbh what can you expect from the whitest "chinese" food place.
The food is always decent, but don't go through the drive through with an order for more than 2 people. I keep trying thinking it will get better, but every time I get home with the family meal something is missing, an entree, or the egg rolls, always something. I paid for it, I should get everything I paid for. If it happened once I could understand, mistakes happen, but multiple times? They need to get it figured out.
I did an online order today and went to pick up and I waited in line for 15 minutes. I told the lady my name at the speaker and when I got to the window she tried to give me someone else’s order. She’s then asked me my name 3 more times while trying to find my food. Then handed me my food and while I was checking it she walked away. When she finally came back I asked to add an order of crab ragoons cause we decided we wanted an extra order and she told me she couldn’t because of the line being too long. So then I asked her for chop sticks and she hands me one pack and was very annoyed when I asked for another because I had two meals. I spent 15 minutes in line which doesn’t include the 20 minutes I had to wait before going to pick up the said order and wasn’t able to add a small item to my order and that the lady was extremely rude to me. I also didn’t get any of the sauces I put on my ticket.
pandas was my go to place for take out but the last 4 times they be out of one of my favorite entree and the others have not been to desirable. plus they do not put any condiment in the bag either. they also to my wife that the beef broccoli was Angus steak. not wasting my time and money anymore
How can you run out out of chow mein during a lunch rush. Poor planning and time management. Specifically made a trip to get chow mein. Super disappointed
Used to come to this location all the time, I would go a little farther to eat here because it WAS better then the other Pandas... I won't be going anymore. Constantly served rubbery food, this time it wasn't even busy and the dining room was messy, soda machines were falling apart as well as gross from lack of syrup or carbonation. I know fast food is no skills entry level work for teens... But I did pay to eat there, kinda expect a clean place to eat my not super old food...
Went into the drive thru on a weekend afternoon. It didn't look too busy though. I've used this location for food in the past without issues. However this time I had the rudest customer service from the woman taking my order. I told her I wanted a bowl she kept insisting I needed to order more food. Confused, I told her I just wanted my entree and side but she was yelling at me like "ma'am you wont get your food if you don't order more" I looked at the screen and noticed she put my order in wrong as a bigger plate and politely corrected her. She apologized but still sounded angry. Anyway the server who took my payment and gave out my food was polite. Food was alright, but to the lady who was yelling at me, I wonder who hurt you and I probably won't come back.
I keep having a bad experience with this really rude lady who works the drive-thru window. I get take out from here frequently and each time it has been her. She is not very friendly, never greets you, and is ready to just throw the food at you, never offers any condiments etc. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat customers. Also, just your body language alone can show rudeness/attitude without saying anything too. Hope management sees this and addresses this issue.
It was the first time going especially with all my kiddos, the server was nice and patient I will give him 5 stars, But at check out, the cashier seemed in a hurry and rude. She didn't even hand me my food she left it behind the counter. She gave me my change and left.
This is the first time trying the restaurant and it did not wow me. It made me realize that it is a 'fast food' Asian restaurant. The food was just okay, the flavor was not robust and the server did not look thrilled to be there. My wife asked about the availability of unsweet tea and the server said yes, but there wasn't any. I had asked about soy sauce and she gave me sweet and sour sauce. It looked nice and clean on the inside and there was plenty of parking, just the food and service was a bit disappointing.
The food looks so good but the rice tasted burnt. The chow mein was bland. I would only recommend the chicken teriyaki. Worst of all a woman wasn't able to open the door because she was in a wheelchair.
Staff member didn’t hesitate to turn me around and send me along my way didn’t check in with manger for approval this restaurant doesn’t help people in need and adds to the 40% of food waste annual in the food and beverage industry globally to the manager of this location you just failed an audit by not training your staff to have compassion and reasoning it’s not all about profits sacrificing one meal could have bought more revenue to your business and be endorsed as a company with morals and humane practice.
Hello, my name is Jake Vela and I just recently placed an order on the mobile app on Friday November 22, 2024 in Corpus Christi Tx. 6153 Saratoga Blvd. I proceeded to pay and the app said my order will be ready at 4:10 p.m. I then pull up at the drive thru at approximately 4:08 p.m and was instructed to pull forward as it was not ready. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me waiting as well. As I continued to wait 4 other vehicles were lined up behind me. As time passed the 3 vehicles ahead of me and the 4 vehicles behind me all received their food. I then go inside and spoke to the 1st person I saw which was an assistant manager named Emmy Williams and asked her if my order was ready. She had a very straight face as she seemed very bothered and not friendly or polite at all. She went to check and my food was not prepared. She then prepared my food not saying anything to me at all. I asked how come she was barely preparing it and she stayed quiet. I asked again and she very rudely says they are short handed and asked if I would like a refund. I said no and proceeded to say that 4 people that ordered behind me all got their food. She then walked away not saying a word. She was very unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills and I strongly recommend to reevaluate her position as an assistant manager.
Disappointed with the Quality and Accuracy I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this recent experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a plate with half chow mein, half white rice, honey walnut shrimp, and string bean chicken breast. However, there was no white rice on my plate, even though the receipt clearly indicated it. This isn’t an abbreviation or something unclear—it’s explicitly written “White Rice.” It’s baffling that a simple order couldn’t be put together correctly. This level of oversight shows a lack of attention to detail, and honestly, a third-grader could have easily followed the ticket. The quality of the food itself was subpar, and the whole experience felt rushed and careless. As a frequent customer, I expected better, but this time, Panda Express really missed the mark.
If I could put 0 stars i would. My husband and i just stopped by panda express @10:40am .The doors were locked and the girl manager went to unlock but didn't acknowledge us, we stood at the food line , being ignored by every employee. We over heard the same girl manager talking through the radio saying the food will not be ready until 15 min. Still ignoring us, so we left. If she would've atleast communicated to us. We would've understood.
Arrived at 8:45. They already had lobby closed on a Saturday night. Then went to drive though where I was informed they would be closing an hour early and only had 5 items on the menu left. 😒 Every other time I come here they are always out of something. Never stocked. After tonight that's the last straw.
Super disappointed in my last visit. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. I was asked to pull up and I guess I was forgotten about because I had to walk inside to remind them I was still waiting. They didn't have my food ready and offered me something else but I didn't drive 25 minutes to settle for something else. All the employees were standing around talking and it made sense they forgot about their customer. Probably won't be going back.
Update to my previous review. Not sure who runs this franchise located on Satatoga? Late to my sons school picnic today because they consistently fail to be open during their website store hours. You call and the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers. Love the food but this is ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened to me. Either update your operating hours or open on time. How they find it acceptable to always open late is beyond me.
I enjoy coming to Panda Express However today around 4pm I ordered a bowl with rice and orange chicken and a egg roll The rice was bad like not cooked properly The orange chicken was decent But the egg roll was disgusting. And sour👎 I suggest go to another location
Didn’t have chow mein or multiple entree options available and no estimated time for those items. Came back to give them another try and they were out of orange chicken and other items. This location just doesn’t have it together.
Experiences here are hit and miss. Mostly a miss. My most recent interaction here I had an extremely rude Rude dude in the drive thru line. I pulled away and I had ZERO napkins, ZERO utensils, ZERO fortune cookies. Just a box of food. I had to go back for utensils so I could eat my meal.
I try to give every restaurant the benefit of the Doubt. The 1st time I had a terrible experience and the 2nd time was even worse. I ordered broccoli and beef and chicken and greenbeans. I got 1 slice of chicken and 3 pieces of beef. The green beans and the rice were both hard and along with that they did not have any egg rolls or sauces. Just close the whole store down.
One of the worst Panda locations I have been to. I used the drive thru and the service was slow. The girl at the window was unfriendly I said "thanks have a good day" and she just turned away. And then I find an item missing from my order, I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken, when I get home I find no teriyaka! Get something right! Update: The food was terrible too. Seriously no joke: do not go here.
nasty attitude from my server. Jackson was rude, rushed me, and was busy talking and talking away to coworkers. Was not on task and even seemed to yell at the workers. horrible atmosphere, you couldn’t pay me 1000 dollars to work here.
The food was all dry, overcooked and bland. Even the mushroom chicken we waited for them to make more tasted old? They didn’t put any chopsticks, utensils, sauce or fortune cookies in my order from the drive through. Went in to get those and the woman didn’t want to give me the fortune cookies! Overpriced, bad service, and bad food. I used to love Panda but it’s going downhill
First time eating here. Got bowl with steamed rice and broccoli and beef. Disappointed..mostly rice and broccoli..only got 3 little pieces of beef, and not even whole pieces. Worth leaving a review about it. I will never go back. Too expensive for a bowl of rice and broccoli..who ever put the order together…that was obviously noticeable.
Drive-thru ten cars deep, eight customers in line waiting for service, and an absolutely filthy lobby, why? That is because the employees are too busy flirting and playing with each other instead of doing the jobs they were hired to do. Food was actively burning while the employees were grabbing, to put it mildly, each other provocatively. A pathetic and shameful display.
Waited an additional twenty minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived while watching 15 plus people who came in after me get their order. Constantly lied too and ignored for people eating in. Long hair dude at the front doesn’t know how to handle a rush.
They didn't give me any chopsticks, forks or spoons. And when I asked for them they gave me attitude. Then I noticed there was not any fortune cookies and when I went in there to get the cookies they questioned me like I didn't order food. I dropped $36 and act like I didn't spend money there. The bad attitude y'all have only makes y'all's day worse and the bad service just looks bad on the individual and company.
Have been here multiple times when they were out of the teriyaki chicken. That is literally the only thing I like here and most of the time they are out when I come. They need better management who can plan food prep and ordering better to accommodate public demand. I don't want alternatives when I come to drive through, I want the chicken!
So I understand running out of plates in a food store. I get that you can be so busy and run out of that size. But I don't understand that you wouldn't then pack every bowl order with all the food to make up for the lack of plates. That would be fine if this was the only issue. Then the soda machine was not working properly. Then, also, the sodas up by the register were hot. Maybe just a bad day? Regardless, this will be the last time I go to this restaurant.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food! Ridiculous
Their credit card charging system was down. The female manager told us to wait until she figured it out. She came back after 10min or so and said sorry. Our two containers of food were sitting there getting cold. I wonder if she dumped the food back into her containers and sell to the next customers after she fixed her credit card system or throwing them away instead of giving them to us.
My food was disgusting. I always go to the staples location this was my first time at this particular location and I am very unhappy. My orange chicken tastes disgusting. I asked for white rice they gave me stir fry rice and it was just so disgusting. Tasted like nothing but over cooked eggs. The kids didn't like it either.
Never going to this location again. They gave me cold Rangoon’s and forgot a bowl. Then when I called to let them know and tell them I’m about to be there they said I had to send an email to there manager asking to verify my receipt and pictures of my order in order to get my bowl they had forgotten to add. They take your money quick but can’t give you what you paid for. Ridiculous if you ask me. And not to mention I had my receipt with me😡
i ordered a plate of the Beef and Broccoli and there was only ONE piece of Beef in the plate. i can safely say i will never return here and honestly, i will be talking to a lawyer to see if i can sue Panda Express directly for false advertisement. i have noticed over the years it used to be 50/50 beef/broccoli and they have slowly cut it down over and over. i paid almost $14 for the plate just for some mediocre broccoli and very cheap rice! i am livid. This is not what they show on the website and is just a straight up blatant scam. avoid this location at all costs. unless you want a single piece of beef for $14.
Thanks for ruining Valentine’s Day dinner for my wife and I. Panda is a V-Day tradition we both love, we’re out of town w family tonight and ordered delivery. No teriyaki sauce for our teriyaki chicken. No soy sauce. No fortune cookies. No eating utensils. Called the store, was told the manager was too busy to talk and just shrugged “when you order teriyaki chicken you have to request teriyaki sauce…” Made a mistake, lesson learned. Will eat local next time
I was served raw chicken showed two of the employees, had to wait for the manager to get out the restroom since I just wanted a refund i was already disgusted at this point , she took forever by then I tossed the plate , the manager Vanessa tried to say it was dark meat like she didn’t believe me , then said I needed my recept so she can process it , I go to find it THEN she goes and dug the plate out the trash and gave me a partial refund extremely unperfessional and was rude acted like she didn’t wanna help me at all or be there in general the whole place is trash for the food and the bad service !
Waited 20 minutes today for my food just for them to get my order wrong and they didn’t give me an silverware either, used to really like this location but it’s gone down hill.
I have given this location many chances to improve without luck. The service is apathetic and prioritizes online orders over those folks in the restaurant, not to mention the dining room is always filthy. Someone from corporate needs to retrain the cooks on making Teryaki Chicken. Every single time we go it is burnt. This is the only location I have been to that always burns the Chicken!!
Ordered 3 plates (fried rice-beef Broccoli-string bean chicken, fried rice-double orange chicken, chow mein- string bean chicken- kung pao chicken) through the drive thru. When I got to the window they asked what I ordered and I repeated my order. Only 1 order was correct. The other 2 were a mess. I called to ask what can be done he said I had to drive back there (22mins) and return the plates so they can give me my correct order. I stated I should keep the plates since they were making me drive back and he said as per store policy they could only give me 2 eggs rolls. I said okay we'll figure something out when I get there and he hung up on me. (Drive thru had a long line and I just wanted to get out of there and for everyone else to get their orders fast.) BTW the questions or concerns (pandaexpress.comconnect) at the bottom of receipt seems to be invalid
