We had a pleasant dining experience at Grimaldi’s. Our server, Joshua, was kind and cheerful. The sweet tea and meal was delicious and the dessert was the perfect treat! Dining at this restaurant was the highlight of our day. I downloaded their rewards app and I am looking forward to dining at Grimaldi’s again.

Our server, Jordan, was super awesome! The food was amazing, one of the best coal brick oven pizzas I've had. The atmosphere is great, as well as the vibes of everyone there. Highly recommend this pizza spot to anyone.

This was my first experience with Grimaldi's and I cannot wait to come back again. They have the best pizza for dining in, and the dessert was great all around, canoli and cheesecake alike. Thank you Dezlyn for the excellent service, and thank you Cody for recommending I visit Grimaldi's in the first place!

First time here and the salad was very good. The flavor of the pizza was great however I think the crust was to thin to where you pick up a slice and everything was almost sliding off. We would like to go back again and maybe try a different style with a thicker crust if it is offered.

I have only ever ordered their pizza to go, never dined in or any had of their other items. The pizza here is very good, nice thin flavorful crust and plenty of toppings. My biggest gripe is pricing. It’s very expensive.

We did half meat, half chicken. for a large pizza, toppings were not enough. Each slice had maximum 2 stripes of chicken. Taste was just average. The only thing different was the crust as it’s baked in a brick oven. Overall just an average pizza, expensive though. We also ordered caprese salad, not good at all. The cheese was like plastic and no taste, the Greek salad was good.

Normally I don’t complaint from Grimaldi’s. But today my pizza was not good and was missing a lot of sauce on a lot diff areas.

Ordered their pizza from the favor app. One 12 in and on 16 in. Both pizzas were disgusting. They tasted only like dry crust. You can see the pictures below....we did not order thin crust we ordered regular pizzas. Either way the pizza tasted like it didn't have anything on it. Not sure what happened?? Maybe they gave us a really old pizza. I had to say something because the pizza was so bad. We called and tried to get new pizza and the place couldn't find our order. Was on the phone for 20 minutes and then they ended up saying we had to go pick it up and they only were replacing one of the pizzas. I honestly at this point just want my money back .

Visited last night around 8 PM, and although the restaurant wasn’t busy, the service was extremely disappointing. After being seated, we waited about eight minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us—no greeting, no drink order, nothing. I made eye contact with the bartender several times, who was also serving tables, yet he never approached us. Two other servers walked past our table without saying a word. We were seated right next to the pizza prep area, and even the cooks could clearly see us sitting there unattended. The front manager, wearing a gray shirt, appeared to notice us as well but never walked the floor to check on guests or see what was happening. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over seven years, I found the lack of basic service unacceptable. I’ve eaten at Grimaldi’s before and had good experiences, but after this visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are too many other dining options in Corpus to deal with service like this.

Went to this location for the first time today and it’ll be my last. We walked in at 3pm , we were told that the ovens were about to be shut down and no pizzas would be coming out until 4:15. But my daughter insisted we wait. We were seated in front of the bar. We waited awhile to even be acknowledged by the wait staff , mind you hardly anyone was in there and waiters were walking around looking for something to do. After about 15 minutes of waiting we finally received our drinks. We ordered a large Caesar salad to share and a bridge platter (since we couldn’t order pizza). Oh and the air conditioning was out so we were sweating like crazy. Our waiter was the bartender and the whole time we were there she checked on us maybe once. Both of our drinks stayed empty for a solid 10 minutes before she noticed they were empty and came over to offer to refill them. At that time I told her I just wanted the check. It was my first experience at a Grimaldis Pizzeria and it will definitely be my last.
