We drove thru, and the service was great! The person taking our order was patient and very concise. I didn't feel rushed. Our food was fresh and hot. And our order was perfect, no omitted items! The chicken chunks were seasoned well and flavorful. My chicken salad was fresh and the pecans were a great touch. The bacon on the burger was a good thick piece of bacon cooked thru but not burnt. Great job all around.

Fries were AWESOME and all food tasted great. Burgers, frosty, nuggets all well done! The staff was very nice. The atmosphere is to be what it is as a gas station location and the restaurant part was not very clean. When we arrived it had obviously not been serviced/cleaned up in the seating area for a long time, but after we ate (long say 1 hour restful meal) they had someone cleaning it all and dumping trash, etc. It was a good stop and meal!

This is the 2nd time in the last week we have been here for breakfast. Both times they charged us for more than what we ordered. Today when we addressed the over charge, the clerk seemed very annoyed, unprofessional and distracted. Told us "I will get to it in a minute." Very disappointed in the service

**Update** Oh, how the great have fallen... After years of really good experiences, the past year, things have gone down, fast. Service is consistently SLOW. Food was decent, fries were good. I just can't get over the struggle the service and kitchen staff were dealing with. Definitely not worth $12 per person... Okay, it's a Wendy's in a gas station, I don't expect much. But I've never had a bad experience. The employees have always been "Chick-fil-A" polite and food is solid Wendy's! Extremely good experience.

Paid for a coffee at 8pm they had already put the coffee up at 8pm when they close at 10 no refund only a coke

Pulled up to drive thru to retrieve our online order. The guy on the mic informs us that their soda machine was down and they couldn't make drinks. My bf tells him that we have an online order. He said he sorry, he don't know what to tell us but to call the app to get it fixed. This escalated quickly as we are being told they can't make our food because they can't make our drinks and they are not gonna provide a refund. We spent a good bit as we are a family of 8. When I say escalates, I mean, the guy on the mic literally came around front to run up on us to fight, but I got a family and a life to go home to. I called the police. We got our refund, our food, and an experience that will lead to us never coming back. I have never been the one to leave bad review or go after a company online, but if your employees are let to attack customers, I feel other customers have a right to know.
