The best food in Italy so far, I had the octopus in tomato sauce and it was perfect and packed with flavours. The manager took care of all our needs and recommended us a very nice local wine and also offered us a selection if cookies at the end of our meal. Highly recommended if you are looking for an intimate fine dining experience in Genoa

The owner, a friendly and knowledgeable man, calls himself "the pioneer of raw fish in Genoa." I don't know if he really is, but the extremely generous plate, which he offers upon reservation, deserves a full six stars in itself. The freshness, variety, and flavor are unmatched in the city. The rest of the dinner remains of a high standard, but after savoring the best at the beginning, the other courses seem merely ordinary. The cellar is well-stocked with many fine wines. The homemade desserts are delicious. The bill is in line with the setting and the food and wine choices.

I dined at this restaurant during the boat show. I was quickly searching for a quality restaurant near the port and came across Perlage. What can I say: a delightful discovery! Fantastic dinner, sublime raw fish appetizer, exceptional spaghetti with bottarga. Excellent selection of oysters, and a pleasant surprise: the Florentine steak was also delicious! The only flaw was the outdoor tables (one of the diners at our table didn't have a green pass) in a poorly sheltered location. However, it should be noted that the owner did warn us over the phone that the outdoor tables were a bit exposed to the wind. A word for the owner: affable and professional. Many criticize him in other reviews, labeling him negatively, but I find him very friendly and cordial. The price paid for four people was more than reasonable for the quality of the products and preparation.

What a fantastic experience! You absolutely must try the oysters—they're so fresh and delicious! The pasta sauce was incredibly flavorful, and the dessert was simply divine—I loved it!

Every time I go to this restaurant, I'm truly satisfied with the quality and deliciousness of the products. I think if you want to eat excellent fish (and other dishes as well), I can only recommend it. I've attached photos of the dishes we ate, and I'm sure they already convey the essence of the experience—a symphony of imagery, flavor, and enjoyment. The dishes are of excellent quality, always accompanied by excellent wine, thanks to the expertise of the excellent Antonio. The crudités are fantastic, as is the tagliolini al Batti Batti.

Excellent seafood restaurant, with the freshest ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. We had the large raw antipasto, a catch-of-the-day tartare, a tagliolini with lobster, and a seafood carbonara. The appetizers were excellent, the first courses superb—I almost asked for seconds. For dessert, there was a millefeuille and a revisited cassatina (amazing). The only downside was the wine: we ordered a Franciacorta rosé, which had clearly been around a few years, and was truly a very, very Marsala wine. It wasn't exactly cheap, either. It's a shame; next time we'll try to get some advice from the owner, who has always been very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Buon ristorante il pesce era congelato ma ben cucinato e ben serviti. Il personale è stato molto gentile ci ha addirittura offerto due giri di un ottimo liquore con tutta una spiegazione. Si vede che è un intenditore ed è stato molto cortese. Piacevole serata, non so i prezzi perché ha pagato un amico ma dal menù sembravano nella norma. La posizione è ottima vicino al salone della nautica

Good food, friendly (if slow) service let down by the fact that we waited 25 minutes to pay the bill. Reserve if you want to eat in the main dining room, which is nicer than upstairs.

I'll start by saying I was invited to a business lunch. The first thing that strikes you is the early 1900s decor. The highlight was supposed to be the Catalan-style lobster; I'll remember it for the bed of onions I digested after two days! The bill, one hundred euros per person, seemed truly excessive.
