A lovely supper: relaxed, good food, friendly staff, busy but not crowded. Probably the best in Moneglia for an informal and good quality meal.
Absolutely amazing in all respects. Food was incredible and the service was friendly and efficient. Probably the best restaurant experience we've had in Europe after 7 months of travelling. The fish fillet is an absolute must ❤️❤️
Had a delicious meal here on our first night in Moneglia, we didn't have a booking but they squeezed us in. Wonderful family based business with great service and food. Highly recommend for a special evening out in this gorgeous little village.
We eat with 3 persons here this Summer, the service was really good, it was fast, the food was AMAZING, so tasty😋 and the people where so kind! There were possibilities for glutenfree and lactosefree dishes. We enjoyed our time and even received a drink to toast together at the end of the evening. Everything is good and nice service. Portions are small. Good restaurant but I will not go there again.
Everything was absolutely delicious! The dishes were beautifully balanced in flavor and presentation, and you could really tell there was care behind each plate. The service was just as impressive—super friendly and attentive. Such a lovely experience from start to finish! Will definitely come back.
Derna is the real deal. A Ligurian family owned and run restaurant, passed down through the generations. Also it has the best food in Moneglia, with fresh seafood to die for. Oh and you have to try the traditional “Troffie” pesto pasta dish. Highly recommend! You might just come back 2 nights in a row the food and the vibe is so good.
Great, modern Italian dinner. The seafood and pasta were perfectly cooked. Beautiful setting, helpful and welcoming staff (even if you primarily speak English). The owner was nice enough to talk to us about amaro at the end of the night.
We came to the restaurant without a booking, but the staff squeezed us in as we were early. The food was incredible with lovely wine choices! We enjoyed it so much that we booked to go back the following evening! Wonderful staff and would recommend the Mussels and the Cappon Magro! A definite recommend but make sure you book to avoid disappointment!
We had a wonderful dinner tonight :) We were all absolutely happy with food and service (even the kids). My wife is vegan and we‘re always struggling getting her something else than salad and veggi sides - so the chef prepared her a special vegan dish :)
The food and service at Derna is fantastic. The restaurant is family run and the seafood meals were fantastic. Mussel entree was great, my daughter had the best Gnocchi she had ever tasted and the spaghetti vongole amazing. The owner helped pair the food with a great local Ligurian wine. This restaurant is highly recommended!!
The food was very delicious, it feels very familiar, a warm atmosphere. Lots of fantastic seafood dishes. They also have very good wine list. Dessert was marvellous. Recommend to book before you come.
It was really tasty. I ordered mussels, spaghetti, and local wine.
I wanted to have a beautiful date night with my girlfriend and all my expectations were surpassed. We started with a beef tartar that was so delicious that just eating that would have made coming worth it. But it was surpassed by the main dish. I had grilled octopus with potato mash and it was out of this world. Rarely have I felt so satisfied after eating and I recommend it for everyone that wants to have a special evening. Also don't try to save money as it is still super affordable in comparison to big cities and you can just miss out if you do :)

Everything is perfect is this small restaurant. Laying under grapevines, this restaurant has a romantic vibe, the decoration is simple but cute. The service is very good, quick and friendly. And above all, the food is amazing! From pasta to main dishes to desserts, everything is so refined. We’ve already came here twice in our 2 days in town, and considering coming back again :)
A restaurant to visit because of the presentation, charm and family staff. Prices are high and portions are small, even more so for the main dishes.

Exceptional restaurant, really good food, waiters super kind and helpful in options choice. Service could have been a bit faster and portions slightly bigger, overall still super recommended, worth the money!!
Very unfriendly service. Pretended to be fully booked as we came directly from the beach. One and two hours later the place was still less than half full. The staff at Restaurant Tender, a few houses down the road, was much more friendly.
