Wir waren während unseres 2 wöchigen Urlaubs oft hier essen und immer sehr zufrieden mit dem perfekten Service, dem feinen frischen Essen und den netten Mitarbeitern. Am besten waren für uns die Fisch Cods und die Quesadillas. Achtung große Portionen, hier reichen 2 Tapas pro Person. Viel Spaß beim Probieren. Sylvia und Jan.

All waiters were very friendly and welcoming. We ordered 10 dishes between 4 of us and safe to say we did not need to order more because wow they were filling. The venue was very comfy and overall great experience. Would definitely go again!

The food in this bar is just delicious, the Dorada is the best in the area without a doubt. Spent almost every lunch time in there, sad it was closed when we called in to say goodbye and thank you but we will be back. The salt and pepper wings were to die for.

Amazing tapas, brilliant service and lovely cocktails, we originally tried to get a table whilst walking past as the food looked very appetising. It was unfortunately booked up so we booked a table for the following night. We had a fantastic night despite torrential rain starting whilst we were there . The staff managed this very well and in a calm manner. We would recommend the prawns, cod goujons, beef tacos and especially the patatas bravas. Thank you

Wonderful food and great service. We enjoyed the many delicious and eclectic choices on the menu, including:Thai Chicken Curry, Lamb Koftas and home cooked chips with lemon & rosemary seasoning. There’s something for everyone on the menu. We were very impressed with the service with particular mention for our waitress, Charlene, who was lovely from start to finish. The owner was also super friendly and rightly very proud of his restaurant.

Love it here at The Seahorse. Food is lovely and the service is excellent even when busy. Weve been three times now and everything was spot on. We will definitely return, remember to book if your going to go to make sure you get a table as it very popular.

Wat waren we blij dat we voor The Seahorse gekozen hadden. Niet je standaard tapas, meer food sharing concept, waar wij echt van houden. Elke hap was een smaak explosie in je mond, heerlijk! Lekkere cocktail gehad, vriendelijke bediening en mooie locatie. Een absolute aanrader.

We ordered lamb kofta, panko prawns, bbq ribs, garlic bread and a side of fries. My lamb kofta was delicious, super moist and flavourful served with a nice salad and yogurt sauce. We shared the rack of ribs and got plenty of tasty meat off of the bones. My partner said the panko prawns were delish also. Garlic bread and fries with the garlic mayo are a classics but were great here. Bookings are advised as it is with all the popular restaurants over here *especially if a sports game is on*. We booked online after getting rejected a few nights prior and I believe there were people getting turned away while we were in. Overall great portion sizes and great quality food.

One of the best dinners we had during our time on Tenerife! The staff was lovely and every dish tasted absolutely amazing, especially the birria tacos and the garlic prawns. Also highly recommend getting the apple pie for desert - still dreaming about it today! We are definitely coming back for more.

A must visit in Costa Adeje!! All of the food was gorgeous, would recommend the chicken quesadilla and the garlic and chilli king prawns, soo tasty! We also shared the chocolate brownie for dessert which was divine. Such huge portions so only need 2-3 dishes per person. The service was great, we didn’t have a reservation but we were seated and given drinks while we waited to order food which was no problem. We tried to go back before our flight home the following day but the restaurant only opens for dinner!

My husband and i enjoyed tapas here. The food is simple, yet every mouth full was just bursting with flavour. I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough. Its on the pricier side of things, but 100% worth it and pure quality meals. Food highlight of our holiday and I would dare say the best meal we've ate in 4 years of visiting the island. The Seahorse Restaurant is an absolute gem in Tenerife! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, clearly made with the freshest ingredients and real care in the kitchen. What really elevates the Seahorse, though, is the service. The staff couldn’t do enough for us – attentive without ever being intrusive, full of great recommendations, and always with a smile. It’s the kind of place where you feel like more than just a guest. We left already planning our next visit. If you’re in Tenerife and want a dining experience that combines incredible food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, the Seahorse is a must. Myself, husband and 2 young children dined here twice while in Tenerife. The first time we got a table as we were leaving the beach and the second time we made a booking. The food is fantastic. The staff are great. It's an extremely tasty food experience. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in Tenerife, everything was absolutely spot on. Drinks were class & the food was even better. The tacos were unreal, and the wings are genuinely some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The chicken Alfredo was good but I think we waited too long to eat it as the sauce had split, but either way it was still delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

We came by this restaurant by accident - the one we wanted to go was closed. What a luck! The drinks(!) and the food are amazing!!! The service is really, really friendly and fast. I love this place, definitely coming back!

What a gem!! Simple but has all the culture, tradition but quirky and modern. The food menu is designed on small plates with Mexican hints but traditional foundations on tapas. The seafood is fresh and balanced perfectly with butter, lemon and spices. Tacos, quesadillas and cod goujons were perfect. The brownie - the star of the show. On top of this the owner is a quite simply a brilliant and passionate person and is doing this place incredible justice. DEFINITELY HAVE TO VISIT!!

This is our favourite restaurant in Tenerife. The service is always friendly and you should always need to book advance. The food is always superb and staff are very attentive. Your glass is never empty. Would always recommend ordering 2-3 dishes per person. Always come here for our first and last night. The deserts are also amazing if you have space left.

This is by far been our favorite restaurant while being in costa adeje! Found by chance but returing on purpose! The food and drinks were fantastic and the staff were so lovely. We cancelled another reservation so we could make a return visit before we go home ! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The food and view of the sunset were absolutely perfect! We didn’t really know what to expect when making the booking, but were blown away by the cocktails to the awesome tapas. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Time it right and you get the most perfect sunset too! The manager was lovely making sure our family of 4 were happy and looked after. Shame we don’t have enough time to go back, but we will return on our next visit to Tenerife!

Don’t let first impressions of the area put you off, this restaurant is top tier!! The staff were lovely and attentive. Very unique as the tapas was in large portions/sharing plates which lets you have multiple different meals in one go! The food was absolutely delicious, lovely atmosphere and vibe. Quel beau moment passé hier soir ! Nous avons été si merveilleusement bien accueillis par l'equipe (qui parlait anglais, même français ). Le service était irréprochable, nous avons reçu nos plats rapidement, toujours avec une politesse authentique. Mais surtout un bonheur pour les papilles, étant moi même dans la restauration je ne peux que soulever que les produits étaient très frais, les assaisonnements impeccables. Les quantités sont généreuses et les tarifs très justes pour ces tapas modernes et fusion. Nous reviendrons !

Me and my wife ate here yesterday and it was incredible. Amazing service and the food was absolutely incredible. We ordered tapas and got the ribs, soft chicken tacos, papas bravas and the Greek mezes - couldn’t fault a single dish. This was the beast meal of our whole holiday easily and can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for the great meal :)

Had an amazing meal here on Friday night. It was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were all super friendly. We had a mixture of tapas dishes between 2 of us - lamb kofta, Mediterranean flat bread, macaroni cheese, sliders and fish gougons. They were all delicious, all plates were clean. We also really enjoyed the cocktails, particularly the ‘Taste of Summer’ which was absolutely delicious and the best cocktail I’ve had on this holiday. The food was so good we also had desserts which were equally good. We left very full. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a pity I discovered this place with the wife on our last day. We had walked in kinda late also but the chap at the door was good enough to let us in after asking the kitchen which is totally understandable. The portions are sufficient but the tastes are next level. The quesadillas was out of this world. How can you make quesadillas into fine dining? The champagne sangria is also very refreshing that we just had to order a second litre. On my next visit we will definitely come back. The place was highly recommended on couple of FB groups and we decided to give it a try. Our first visit was unsuccessful as restaurant was fully booked. We have booked a table online for few days later and the place did not disappoint. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Although we had the table booked staff were a bit slow at first but once order was placed food came very quickly. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Well we saved the best until last on our 10 day holiday to Costa Adeje. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The tapas menu was different (good different), the portion sizes large and the quality of the food was amazing. We had soft shell steak tacos, garlic mushrooms, barbecue ribs and homemade chips. The macaroni cheese jalapeno bites were amazing! Great value for money as well. Booking advised. Also, looking through some of the reviews on Google it appears quite a number of the lower rated ones relate to the area rather than the restaurant so overall the rating would definitely be higher if these were removed.

Went on accident to this restaurant, but it was a pretty nice surprise. The plates to share of different tapas are delicious and really recommended - nice view and not too loud because it’s on the lower level of the promenade. Try it and have a great evening

My family and I visited this lovely relaxed beachside restaurant after reading reviews and we were not disappointed! Delicious food, friendly service and great value. the tacos and nachos were especially good. Great portions too! We ordered 6 mains and 2 sides for our family of four and couldn’t finish it all. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely meal at Seahorse on 15 December. The Mexican inspired dishes were particularly good. And the apple cake and pana cotta were great. The patatas bravas is described as a 'side' but it was probably enough for at least three people. You should book a table as it's popular and everything is freshly cooked. You will not be disappointed!

Had a fantastic experience at The Seahorse. All the dishes are designed for sharing, so we ordered a mix of sliders, chicken wings, meatballs, mac and cheese, and patatas bravas, and everything was freshly made and really tasty. Portions were a decent size for sharing, and you can tell they put real effort into the preparation of the food. The staff were very friendly and Mark, who served us, took great care of our table. Highly recommend for relaxed, social dining with great food and sea views

The food was delicious . I think my favourite was the mac n cheese balls coated in panko bread crumbs . It sounds plain but it had good flavours with a hint of heat ...delicious. The service by the way was exceptional. I wrote the servers names on a bit of paper but I lost it . It was Saturday & the girl was from Nepal . Charming , friendly & hard working .

The best Tapas and cocktails in town! Portions are large so careful not to order too much! The staff were all excellent from waiters to management and the Chefs working hard in the kitchen. The perfect place for a relaxed meal enjoyed with family and friends. I cannot recommend this place more!

The service here was so good! The waiters were fast to attend to us, helped us to order and recommend dishes, and the food came quite quickly! They checked in on us but not in an annoying way, we did not feel rushed at all. The food was good and the sangria was the best I’ve had on the island, so fresh!

Made a reservation here (which id recommended) for 2 people. Got seated straight away and got menus. Service is a little bit all over the place. Not overly busy either and had plenty of staff on. Took over 25 minutes for our drinks to be dropped down (2 waters, an aperol and a cocktail) and another 10 mins on top to order food. Seemed to be all standing around doing nothing but lots of tables had to order. Big table beside us didn’t order for at least 40 mins after coming in. However, the food is absolutely delicious. Tapas style. Tacos are unreal, best ones I’ve ever tried. It’s just a shame the service wasn’t as good as the food.

I had their Caesar salad with chicken and glass of crisp white wine. It’s was absolutely delicious 😋 it’s a really nice looking restaurant overlooking the ocean. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there was a couple sitting right next to me vaping and I was being engulfed in puffs of smoke so much so I had to ask a waiter if I could move table, when he asked if everything was okay I just explained the smoke was bothering me. It was very obvious they were smoking inside the restaurant but staff didn’t ask them to stop, the waiter said sorry and said something about a licence 🤷🏻‍♀️ not sure what he meant but I still enjoyed the rest of my meal at another table.

Good place to spend the day , lovely view of the sea and music from the bar. A bit pricy as you have to spend 30 € for two lounges with 2 cocktails and 18€ for two worhout drinks. Otherwise just fine.

We were very excited about trying here because of all the reviews but left slightly underwhelmed. The meat in the sliders/meatballs/lamb was a bit dry. Penne Alfredo and potatoes were nice. The red pepper hummus was lovely. We maybe slightly over ordered for 2. Staff were very nice warm, friendly & attentive. Mojitos also lovely. Overall we enjoyed but food wasn’t amazing sadly just ok and a little bland.

went here because of the reviews, food was just ok but the service was rude, the waiter told us with arrogance we must order drinks first, then food because this is a 5 star restaurant and we have to wait for food because the orders are taken in the order you sit down, regardless the fact we already knew what we wanted( we were not expecting to be served in front of others, we just said we are ready for drinks and food).then it took FOREVER for two tapas and one baby food would pick some place else

Some Reviews for this place state it's a "hidden Gem" or it's "the best Tapas in Costa Adeje", which is surprising as it just isn't! 😱 Visited here on a Tuesday evening, it was only half full (that should've been a 'Red Flag' 🤦‍♂️). The Service was not great, took about 10 mins to get the Waiter's attention just to order drinks 👎 For food we ordered BBQ Ribs, Chicken Caesar Salad and Patas Bravas. The food took about 15 mins to arrive (which was fine). But what arrived was awful 🤢 The Ribs were just grizzly, fatty and bad meat, the Caesar Salad was a basic Salad (it didn't even have Parmesan on it), the Potatoes were okay (a small relief). The only saving grace was it was cheap 🫤 Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for", I won't be going back 👎 There are far better Restaurants nearby

Not entirely certain why this restaurant was so highly recommended to be honest. The food was basic and nothing to rave about. The staff were lovely and the location is nice but other than that, I would recommend heading elsewhere. £14.95 for 6 prawns is steep in my personal opinion and the lamb kofta my husband ordered was still pink in the middle.

Das Lokal ist hübsch und gut gelegen. Wenn man nicht reserviert, dann ist man Gast 2er Klasse. Die Essensauswahl scheint auf Engländer zugeschnitten zu sein - so meiner Meinung nach auch der Geschmack und die Qualität. Zu wenig gewürzt, Burger fand ich trocken, Ketchup wurde vergessen. Waren das letzte Mal dort.

Booked a table for one on the website for a relative. Only for staff to make up a terrible excuse about her not accepting a reservation even though there is no option on the email to accept confirmation. Won’t be back!

I spent a long time choosing a restaurant for romantic dinner with my husband, going through one place after another, and finally booked a table here because the reviews were amazing. The restaurant was quite far from us, but we came there on purpose — hungry and excited, expecting a fantastic evening. First, the waiter spent about 10 minutes checking whether our reservation actually existed, so we just stood outside waiting. Then we were finally seated. We asked the waiter to recommend a dish, and he assured us that everything on the menu was fantastic. Fine. We ordered the strawberry sangria he suggested, but apparently a different waiter is responsible for taking food orders — and that’s where things went downhill. We waited for that other waiter for about 20 minutes. I even tried signaling several times, hoping someone would finally take our order. Eventually, a lady waiter approached us, only to say coldly: ‘It’s not your turn.’ Seriously? What kind of service is that? It was awful. We simply asked for the bill and left — hungry and frustrated. And by the way, the sangria was watery and not good at all. That’s all.”**

Overhyped. You have to make a reservation beforehand. The food portions are very small. Food quality is something to be desired. The staff are very pretentious. Something for kitchen nightmares.
