Well, I didn't want to have to do this & was genuinely hoping the first time was a fluke. Then was hoping to resolve it with the manager 1:1 but after having 5 calls ringing to a busy signal, I am realizing this must be a trend so here I am. Twice, through doordash, I have ordered their new Dr. Pepper with sweet cream. This is a specialty item that cannot be ordered in a combo, and is a deliberate purchase. After it was not sent properly last time I made sure to note it to my driver this time, she was defensive & rude. She said it was only up to her to bring what is sent & they told her it was all there. As I said, I called several times & no one answered. Seems a disabled patron has no other option but to get ripped off.

This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. I don't eat out often, mostly because prices are going up and quality is going down. I never have high hopes that I'll get home and the order will be perfect, but I didn't expect the entire meal to be wrong. I ordered: 4 piece, dark meat (legs & thighs), crispy & mashed potatoes. I received: 3 pieces (2 breast and a wing), original, no side. That, and a famous bowl was over $20, which is not terrible, I guess, except that one of two orders was completely wrong. Luckily there are several other great fast food options near by like Mendocino Farms.

We've been going here for years, so I've debated whether I should put them on blast but last Sunday did it and I'm hear to tell the world you guys are such a ripoff. I used the app for the free bucket. When I got there early, I was told I had a 5:30 pickup, but when 5:30 rolled around, I was informed that order was canceled (?) but my money was never returned to my card. I ordered chicken to take home so my "deal" turned into an expensive trip to KFC.

I work nearby and my coworkers and I often order lunch from this location, but today’s experience was really disappointing. We placed three online orders that were supposed to be ready in 5–15 minutes. I didn’t come in until the app showed they were ready, yet I still waited about 20 minutes. The employee at the counter was rude and unhelpful when I tried to give the pickup names, and two of the three orders were incorrect. On top of that, the store didn’t appear clean the floors were dirty and there were cans of bug spray visible behind the counter, which was a huge red flag. I hope management addresses the issues with customer service, order accuracy, and cleanliness. I’d love to return since I work close by, but not until things improve.

Really one of the worst KFCs anywhere. Because it is near my house I try them again about once a year and it is consistently bad. Today was no different. Placed an order online for 30 min out. The store didn’t pick up or update the progress. When I got there and walked in, they let me stand at the counter with no line for 7 min. They saw me but no acknowledgement. The place is dirty and dilapidated needing updates. The original recipe chicken was a soggy mush with gummy breading. The nuggets were super salty and I’m a salt monster. Someone from franchise compliance needs to audit this store. It gives the brand a bad name and doesn’t deliver on the food or customer service.

one star because no stars is not an option. I guess I’m not disappointed since this location has always been bad but I haven’t been there in over a year or so I thought I would give it a try. Bait and switch much? Whoever owns this franchise should be terminated (they aren’t helping your reputation KFC!). They have an advertisement in their window, for 12 piece bucket of chicken (thighs and legs) for $20…. oh but guess what? All out of chicken thighs… Options are mixed for $31. When I said but you don’t have any thighs, attendant just shrugged and said yes… So I didn’t order anything at all. It’s simply the worst Kentucky fried chicken of all time. Don’t ever ever ever go, even if it’s been a long time and you think they might have gotten better because they have not.

We went in to order. First thing I noticed the dirty door windows. Waited 10 min then a woman acknowledged us. It was 4p.m. they had no original chicken ready. She wanted to know if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes. No Thanks!!!! Only one car in drive up and a group of 4 already eating. The place is dirty. Will never go back.

I just got scammed out of $25.84. My card was accepted on the chip reader but was immediately told it didn't go through. They couldn't produce a receipt that showed declined or approved and refused to give me my order. I call that moment to check my transaction history and sure enough, there's the charge for $25.84. Crazy how this establishment is still in business. Will be disputing the transaction.
