Absolutely delicious! I had the chicken and steak combo, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for: tender, flavorful, and super satisfying. What stood out was how healthy it was, including lots of veggies. I ended up stretching it across three meals, and it tasted just as good each time. A go-to if you're looking for something hearty and nutritious. Highly recommend!

Fantastic food! I highly recommend Chixy. This was my first time here, and I tried the chicken and steak—both were excellent choices. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. This place is definitely going to be my go-to post-workout stop!

We had a great lunch. A new find for us. Chicken Paleo bowl with sweet potato and side of the ginger sauce excellent. Teriyaki was our second favorite. Kids liked the lemon sauce. Guest got the chicken Caesar wrap and it was huge. She loved it and can’t wait to go back. Reheated the half chicken the next day and very flavorful and still moist. So much healthier than getting a Deli sandwich. Huge portions - Healthy !!! A great new find. Neighborhood gem.

It was a friday night on a rainy day of Nov 14 2025. My boyfriend and I were looking for a warm soup and wanted Pho . Unfortunately that place was closed down so I went two stores ahead and saw chicken. It looked delicious and the fact that has no MSG and its fresh , got my attention. So we went inside and looked at the menu. Oh yes this was it. First of all Dulce , Tony and Elena were amazing. They had a wonderful smile , great customer service and that's what I love when I go to any restaurant. I love how comfortable they made us feel and that is absolutely the best part! I will be back for sure..no doubt and prices are not bad ..

We discovered this place by accident because we were hungry and we went to the dentist office next door. Wow… Just wow. This is my kind of place. Cleaner good quality ingredients, healthier than other places, and just top notch menu items. Everything tasted so homemade, clean, and high quality. Usually when we go to El Pollo Loco, I always get some kind of bloating or stomach ache. But eating here, I did not feel sick at all. Goes to show the difference between ingredients and quality of the food! Service was also good. The prices are also really good for what you get. Honestly, I hope they expand and open more stores because Costa Mesa is a little far from me. Please open near Irvine! 😂 I just wish the inside was bigger with more seating. I’m definitely coming back, even thought it’s a 30+ minute drive. Also their gluten free cookie is soooo good. I’m stunned at how good it was. The texture was unreal. Felt like I was eating cookie dough. Yummy 🤤 This is a place I’ll bring my friends, family, and even use them for catering if I ever need it. I can only dream they open a location closer to Irvine! 😊

I usually order to go from this place and it's never been an issue. I ordered it for dine in and my meal that was over $18 dollars wasn't hot. It was served on a paper plate. The sauce was served at room temperature inside plastic ramekins. This could definitely be improved. Otherwise, a great dinner served by friendly staff. Will definitely return for takeout.

Negligent Service and a Total Disappointment. I am beyond frustrated with my experience here. From the moment we walked in, the staff was completely negligent. The guy looked us right in the face and then intentionally ignored us-- no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. To make matters worse, the food was a massive disappointment. It was so incredibly bland it was ridiculous; I honestly think eating a cardboard sandwich would have had more flavor than what we were served (pictured). Between the cold reception and the tasteless meal, there is absolutely no reason to come back here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually seasons their food and acknowledges their customers.
