Flame Broiler never disappoints - the bowls are always fresh, hot, and reliably delicious. Service is quick, but what I really love is ordering through the app and picking it up on my way home in the evenings. It’s the perfect combo of convenience and quality!

I've lived here for years and stopped going to flame broiler but the other day I couldnt think of what to eat so I came here. The staff is so nice. Legit even when they are busy they offer water while we wait. Over all would just be a normal flame but I feel like the staff is just a little more attentive for a quick food pick up spot

I usually go to flame broiler but didn’t know there was one down there street from my office. I was greeted by Fransisco, super friendly and welcoming. Very friendly staff, the place was super clean, and food came out in a timely manner. Will go again

One of the best Flame locations around right now. Massive turn around in customer service in the past year. I pick up food at different hours of the day multiple times a week, so I have had experiences with all staff members. Everyone working here is kind and great at their job. Well done!

Chicken is great, sauce and rice too, but this is the second time they have not added veggies to my order even though it was on the receipt, not a big deal but just makes it a 4/5 instead of a 5

Probably the worst Flame Broiler I've been to. Customer service cold and short, and speaking of cold my rice was not fully cooked and my chicken tasted a bit tangy. Lets hope I don't get sick 🙏.

They shorted me on meat and the sauce was to hot. Why can't they just make it for me? I have to know how to cook and tell them how to make it? This lunch sucked I will never go back.

Order a combo plate. And the entire plate in rice with the littlest bit of chicken!!. Such a rip off.

It is amazing how people do not appreciate having a job nowadays. Customer service has lost any meaning is this economy. Yes, the cashier absolutely does not deserve to be employed, maybe she'll do better moping the floors, but not having customer interaction. Very disappointing. They are not doing anybody a favor, by patronizing their business they are receiving a pay. They need not to forget that.

off all the flame broilers around this place gives you the smallest portions. chicken bowl and chicken plate exact same amout of chicken pieces. counted them myself. 2 other customers returned the food for small portions

The cashier (with the lip piercing) was extremely short with me and rude. Manager nowhere in sight. I was appalled by her rudeness. All the customers said please and thank you and not one "your welcome" or smile or even acknowledgement from her. Ew!

This Place is garbage it’s like they do half bowls , light rice. It’s the closest to me and I eat here almost everyday but they need to step it up…
