Great service! Was greeted when I walked in. The cashier was really friendly. The place was really clean. Food came out quickly and was delicious 😋. And they thanked me on the way out. Not too often when that happens, especially at a fast food restaurant. Great team!

Everything good. It was my first time trying Wingstop. I was not expecting the wings to be so good!

I can't believe that I've never been to this restaurant before now! I had no idea what I was missing. First of all, I didn't realize that the wings were boneless. I prefer boneless because they're easier to eat and not messy. The wings are so delicious! I felt that the hot wings would be too hot so I played it safe and got mild and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper wings were off the hook!! The french fries were also super good. I'm looking forward to going back here when I'm in Costa Mesa. This location seems like a nice cozy place to sit down and enjoy your meal.

Several days ago my taste buds wanted Wingstop Food, and especially the Cajun Corn and order of wings ,by the way you can watch Football or Baseball games while waiting for your take-out or eating in orders. However this place is Covid-19 clean and the food prepares and Hostess have Happy Smiles and greet you with Huge Smiles!!!! Ordered hear for a get together. Wings and fries are super tasty. I personally prefer the 1-2 spice range but they have spicy options as well. Original hot is not that good though.

Fast food of the chicken wing eating places, I like it, and it's open late. You do pay extra for dipping sauce. Face away from the front door, the wall is glass and the car headlights are blinding, especially if someone sits there with their headlights on for 5 minutes.

I just had one of the best wings of my life at Wingstop! I tried the Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan, and both were absolutely amazing. The Mango Habanero had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, with just the right amount of heat. The Garlic Parmesan was rich and savory, with a flavorful, buttery coating that was perfection. Both wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—truly next-level. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. If you're a wing lover, Wingstop is a must-try! I’ll definitely be back for more.

The location is clean and staff is friendly. If you go too late at night though, your wings are gonna taste a bit dry and chewy. Maybe they got overcooked or sat for awhile? Honestly that's the only reason it's not 5 stars. They're inconsistent on food quality.

The food is really delicious although I wasn't a fan of the wings. The sauce and the fries are very delicious and everything is so good. Even though I was full, I still ate it all. It was good. Would go there again.

Then someone ordered bone in and it really improved my experience. Bone in versus Boneless took this from a 3 to a 4 for me. This is an easy family take-out meal in our household.

Ordered the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings. I felt that they could have added a bit more seasoning to the wings but the service was great and the cashier was friendly, funny and made great conversation with us.

The attendant was helpful when we were trying to make a choice of flavor. Service was super fast I guess because there was no much customers.. can't really say how the location is during peak period. One area of improvement will be on the flavor.. basically having the flavor get deep down into the meat itself. I believe that would give a more savory flavor. The location looks clean and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely visit again if am in the area and will highly recommend the store. Last thing.... the fries are be better I will say

Was dying for some chicken wings so I tried Wingstop for the first time. I'm from New York so I'm used to having great wings available 24/7. This place is expensive but worth it if you have people to split with. The wings are a little above mediocre, sauces are good but I'd say the best things I tried are their sides. Fries were great and the corn on the cob was delicious !! Great customer service at this location as well and everything was clean.

Our default place for wings.. online ordering is a breeze, orders are ready quickly and are always correct. Only downside is we've only found 2 flavors we really enjoy (Louisiana rub and mango habanero), the rest just seem to be lacking something. We do really like their fries and cheese sauce and their new voodoo fries are amazing.

I made an online order for 10 boneout wings. Lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. Both flavors were super salty. I did not enjoy it at all. Can never compare with buffalo wild wings or even wingstreet of pizza hut. The restaurant is nice tho. Lots of seating areas and parking are easy.

Dined in for lunch. I'm not a eat at said wings place. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the whole experience was okay. Would I eat their brand of food if someone brought it to work, sure, but wings at home are easy.

They have messed up my order two times. Both of those times they accidentally left out 5 wings. We ordered 25 and received 20. BUT since these were TO-GO orders, we didn't notice until we got home and didn't feel like driving back. THIS HAPPENED TWO TIMES and nobody is gonna make it up to me. Is it accidental or planned?

I went to wing stop for the first time the place is nice, but I had a bad experience found hair in my fries and ranch ewww! I was so grossed out, plus I had stomach pains after I left. I told them I found hair in my food they tried to offer me a free meal next time, but was not interested I don't think am having wing stop anytime soon.

Had a wing craving and always wanted to try these guys. Wings & sauces were ok. Place is clean. Pet peeves: 1. No Wetnaps? You're a messy wing place. Grow up and spent .01 2. Hate it when I run out of ranch and asked for another bc for some reason they don't have it next to the ketchup. And they informed me they usually charge for it. I literally laughed out loud. Can't stand companies being penny wise and a dollar foolish. Just dumb. 3. Price was a bit high for 10 wing combo. $14 flat. A 10 wing combo should be about $8-10. Not a penny more. 4. They tell u "In 18 minutes" but then take quicker. But I nearly had a heart attack. Lunch is only 30-60 minutes. If there's a next time I'll call ahead. But I'm actively looking for other wings in the area. 5. The staff are on their phones constantly. Don't know what the manager is smoking but Jesus h Christ, put the phones done when your at the freaking counter. And I'm pointing the manager out on that too. 6. Overstaffed. They can run that place with only 3 people not 6. Good luck staying in business. The ac is great.

This is not our local wingstop. We were in the area because we stoped at the Northgate in the same shopping center. I asked for the 3 piece chili glazed combo. The cashier was super nice reading back the order and telling about a new flavor thats supposed to roll out May 17th "Mexican Spice". We are waiting for our order. Go home which is not locally . We live in Buena Park. I proceed to open the boxes looking forward for the chilli glazed tender I have been craving for days only to be disppointed in what I found. They were dry tenders with some type of spice. I proceed to look at my receipt and i was charged for a Mexican Street spice?? Wasnt that not until May 17th. Any ways my appetite and night were ruined. I gave them to my husband. Flavor was basic, nothing great or different about it.

Ordered online and frequently come to this location. I asked the lady in the front if my order was ready I seen my name on a bag in the corner. I waited 20 min for these incompetent individuals to not only give me cold food but when I asked why I was sitting for over 20min for my food as I literally watched my food sit there. She snickered and asked for her manager who has 0 customer service skills whatsoever. This is a bad business model and makes your brand look terrible Both need a customer service class. This store needs a real corporate awakening on how to treat customers with respect , efficiency in their work ethics , and deliver peoples food ON TIME without sarcasm. For the amount of money being spent at this store on the DAILY (always busy) it needs to do better and needs corporate involved to resolve any further issues with future customers.

This place is usually good. We order before hand, so when we arrive we don’t have to wait too long. This last time we went we waited for 20 minutes. I thought it was weird because I could see seven workers just hanging out in the kitchen area. One of them on their phone (which is gross because phones have bacteria) when they saw me looking they began to panic. The cashier ask us if we’re waiting on something? Like yeah you charged us we’re waiting for our order. She apologizes and hands us our order that had been ready and sitting on the shelf. I told her about the lady on her phone. That caused a big fight with my boyfriend, because he said I shouldn’t of told them anything. He’s so shy and said we should take it to go. When we get home of course the wings are cold and worst the fries are cold. Fine can warm them up on the microwave but the fries turn into mosh mess. Plus nice meal out with my boyfriend turned into a bitter mess. Really disappointed in this crew.

This was the most terrible wingstop I have ever been to. We waited over an hour for our wings, the portions were insanely small with little to no seasoning. The employees were extremely rude and angry towards everyone inside and multiple people left extremely mad. If I could give 0 stars I would.

i prefer to dine at restaurants that offer items that the customer wants and not just what the owners want to sell at maximum profits. just go ahead and keep pushing your combos. nice fancy soda machine that doesn't work on top of that. good luck with your endeavor.

I also got mango habanero and oh man. They sucked! Not spicy at all. N no flavor. Now I'm definitely not buying Wingstop anymore.

Check your bags before you leave this location I have 30 wings with ZERO dressing. They forgot to pack 2 ranch and 1 blue cheese and offered a $1.5 store credit. Also fries are stale and uneatable. JOKE. Don’t even think about doing grub hub or DoorDash unless you like your wings with no dipping sauces, this is the second time at this location. Learned my lesson!
