Rosita is an amazing worker that works here. She is always a delight to be near and the way she makes sure my food and time is quick an efficient. She is the reason that I come to the location. I picked up chicken last night around 6pm from here and I must say I was totally surprised. Cudos to the person making the chicken...it was moist and tender yet nicely charred. Reminded me of how it was back when Pollo Loco first started here in the early 80's. I would get it more often if I knew it would be this tasty every time.

I always get the chicken avocado quesadilla and it always tastes amazing. the restaurant is very clean and maintains being clean. Rosita is my favorite worker she is so caring and kind. She always has a smile on her face when I go to this Pollo Loco. That’s why i give her 5 stars.

I informed "Aldren or Aldrin" that it was going to be for eating here! With a miserable look on his face he went ahead and began preparing my order on a tray. I felt no joy looking at this man's face. As a person who works in the hospitality industry I know how important it is to put a smile on your face in order to make customers or clients feel at ease or comfortable. He wasn't much of a charmer. When I requested my drink, he gave me a look as if I was asking him to give it to me for free! Checked the receipt too, as if I was lying! I had also requested 6 avocado sauces on the app, which he only decided to give me three, i hadn't noticed! I asked for serranos, he still stared at me as if it was a bothersome request! After I sat for my lunch I returned for the rest of my avocado sauces and he looked bothered again! I mean, I almost lost my appetite! Just as a friendly advise, send your managers and front desk people to "Charm School" it makes a difference when you smile doing your job. "And Aldrin or Aldren get a different career if you don't like what you do" the customer isn't at fault of your misery!

Drive thru cashier got pricing wrong for burritos. Charged me for combos when I ordered burritos only.

Ordered a chicken burrito dang thing was more beans and juice thought i needed a spoon.

Close at 10pm showed up a 920 and doors were locked

Had a bad experience the first time I came here. Thought I would give it some time. Came back today, burrito's were so soggy it was everywhere. Asked for extra meat, it was all beans and lettuce. Manager was hopped up and kept barking orders to the rest of the staff. Never coming back!

Never use the drive thru, they get rid of the burnt or undercooked chicken. Never use a coupon, you will get horrible service. They make the non coupon customers food first. Rude people at the drive thru every time as well. Worse pollo loco I've been to. Even the ones in the bad neighborhoods are better.
