I love this outlet! No matter who is making your sandwich they always are super attentive. I am a repeat customer since 2 years and they even make better sandwiches on doordash deliveries if you request something extra. Kudos the outlet owner and their team!

I just left subway at 4800 Broadway in Union City and I cannot believe how absolutely ridiculous the price of my sub was!!!!! $19.19???!!! The owner of the store is TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIS CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Covid is OVER but yet their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I got double meat but still an $19.19 sub???!!! The same sub with double meat was $13 three years ago…than God Harris/Walz are gonna but their foot down on US companies that are STILL GAUGING THEIR CUSTOMERS and OVERCHARGING THEM!!!! They have bags of potatoe cops that are literally twice as much and 30% SMALLER IN QUANTITY!!!!! I mean what am I as a consumer…AN IDIOT????!! The owner should be ashamed of himself/herself and until I see prices GO BACK DOWN TO NORMAL as I should be happening across this country….i will not buy any more from them!!!! 10-15% understandable….30-50% is absolute THIEVERY!!!!! Goodbye SUBWAY… sincerely disgusted and USED CUSTOMER!!!!

Honestly the girl who works here in the morning is super nice, but you have to beg for toppings. When I ask for a topping I don't want four pieces, I want you to cover atleast the cheese. I hate having to ask for more, and more, and more again to get a regular amount. This is subways fault for overpricing their franchises and not empowering them to give the service they need to be profitable.

I am really disappointed 😞, I bought a footlong turkey and went straight to the trash bin , the bread was hard as a rock, at 3pm and they're still serving the previous day bread, I'll never go back to this location

I got terrible food poisoning here!! The food didn’t look fresh, wish I listened to my intuition and didn’t eat it. Avoid this place 🤢

I wish I could give this a 0 star. I went to subway today and asked for a certain price for a sub and the lady behind the counter made me my sandwich. At checkout I asked if I was able to split payment and she told me I was unable to, which made me quite upset because I know she was lying. So then I asked if I can get the smaller one which goes for a few bucks left and she told me she will not make me another sandwich because I'm wasting the first one and gave the worst attitude ever. So I asked for the manager and she told me he isn't there and not going to call him. So I insisted I speak with the manager. So she called him finally after asking multiple times and told her to cut the original sandwich in half and sell it to me. While she was doing so she did it sloppy and with attitude. I just paid and left but will not be returning to this location ever again.

I asked to go to the restroom to wash my hands before I eat. Some girl said the restrooms isn't open because of grease? How? It's not fast food??!!🤔 And why would the State of New Jersey closes a bathroom? Just be honest and say we only let certain people use the bathroom then that lie? Or just put a closed sign. Racist at its finest! So just to let you know they only let certain people use the bathroom. That's just real sad.
