The staff is friendly. Do yourself a favor and try the Last Call cocktail. A perfect blend of milk and alcohol, the best cocktail I've ever had. And I was only charged 7€ even though the menu said 9€ for that cocktail.

Great cocktail bar with a young atmosphere and reasonable prices. The staff is very young but they're all wonderful and make the best cocktails. Only downside is that it's always packed so be prepared to struggle through the crowd to get a drink and enjoy it standing, possibly outside in the square.

Bellissimo locale in Piazza Bologna, giovanile, perfetto a qualsiasi ora del giorno sia per aperitivi che per ristoro vero e proprio a pranzo o cena. Personale fantastico, tutto al giovanile, attento alle richieste del cliente. Ottima la qualità del cibo e il fatto che con delle normali bibite analcoliche siano comprese bruschette e patatine fritte (fritte davvero bene). Ci vado spesso per il cappuccino, ma la pinsa a 6€ davvero merita tanti punti. Chicca stupenda sono i tavoli esterni con frasi scritte su tavoli e sedie che sono fantastiche. All'interno non ho mai consumato nulla, ma anche dentro è molto bello. Unica pecca è il bagno che dovrebbe essere pulito meglio. I prezzi sono quello che sono. La consumazione al tavolo raddoppia il prezzo, una coca zero 3,50 ma compreso di bruschette e patatine fritte ci sto a pagarli. Per il resto nulla da dire. Se voglio andare sul sicuro, vado lì e non sbaglio.

Molto carino, sviluppato su due piani e con all interno anche un tabaccaio. Nella saletta dove stavo, sul piano rialzato, tra l altro molto intima, ho notato un po' di incuranza sulle pareti, con la carta da parati scollata... per il resto buoni i cocktail e molto gentili e accomodanti i camerieri. Ampia disponibilità di posti sua interni che esterni. Caffè abbastanza buono, i cornetti buoni ma non eccezionali. I prezzi un po' più alti rispetto ai concorrenti, ma è un locale di tendenza. Personale gentile. All'interno, vende anche prodotti di tabaccheria

Posto carino per aperitivo o pranzo a volo. I filozzi di pane sono buoni, specialmente quello con le polpette al sugo, davvero buone. Ottime anche le pinse, abbondanti, croccanti e saporite a soli 6€. Anche i cocktail sono ben fatti e in particolare lo spritz era dotato bene e non annacquato. Staff gentile. Distanziamento rispettato. Consigliato.

Mi accodo alle varie recensioni che parlano di bagni non funzionanti. È esattamente così e la questione non migliora! Il locale è tenuto bene e sì, aspettarsi che a piazza Bologna il caffè costa meno di un euro e trenta è un vero problema. Il personale è gentile e cortese, giustamente fanno pagare durante il servizio al tavolo per evitare comportamenti portoghesi, data l'alta affluenza del locale. Peccato in quanto una parte del personale è davvero distratta! In ciò è un ottimo locale, pensate il migliore in zona!

Sono anni che frequento saltuariamente ma costantemente questo locale di "tendenza", quando sono in zona e mi sono trovato bene dalle colazioni ai branch...peccato che in tutti questi anni la situazione dei "servizi igenici" è andata peggiorando col tempo ; molto dipende dagli utenti ma certamente manca la "cura x la pulizia e la manutenzione" da parte 6del personale addetto e della gestione !!! Evito le foto di oggi ! Spero che prossimamente la situazione migliori !!! 😉

Il cibo è arrivato troppo in fretta ed è per questo che era troppo freddo, ci hanno dato un tavolo per 5 persone. Gli gnocchi avevano una salsa amara e non riuscivo nemmeno a finirli, Almeno i camerieri erano gentili, Non tornerò.

30 minuti di attesa, barman in tilt, da evitare durante il cambio di turno, purtroppo. Prezzi abbastanza alti, ma stuzzichini abbastanza buoni e camerieri gentili. Penso che il management dei cambi di turni dovrebbe essere da rivedere per evitare problemi.

Unfortunatelly we had waited for drinks for more than 15 min while 5 waiters were walking aroung with no purpuse. Strange… Also my chair was broken… We needed to leave with no service… Very unusual for Rome!

The food was nice and the place looks really nice to sit. But they really don’t seem to like English people. From the minute i asked if i could order in english after trying to speak italian the waitress rolled her eyes and took our order. She then came out and made us pay before we even got anything; while the tables around us were paying at the end of their service. She dropped 2 of our brushettas on the floor and never replaced them, didnt give us cutlery or check on us the whole time we were there. Since we paid before and they didnt check on us they didn’t give us any discount on the food that fell on the floor either…Unfortunately i just felt very uncomfortable as it was clear that my asking to order in english offended them…

Siamo entrati e ci hanno dato subito il tavolo. Già dal menù (birra 0,2 L a 7€) dovevamo alzarci. Abbiamo aspettato per 30 minuti prima che un cameriere passasse per prendere l'ordine. Appena arriva ci dice che c'è la consumazione obbligatoria minima 10€ con la frase "Vi hanno detto all'ingresso che c'è la consumazione obbligatoria? Se non ve l'hanno detto ora lo sapete". Aspettiamo altri 20-30 minuti per i cocktail. Dal nulla arriva il cameriere interrompendoci senza chiedere permesso o scusa per il disturbo chiedendo di pagare. Chiediamo di dividere il totale e sbaglia i conti poi corretti da noi stessi. Per il resto abbiamo aspettato altri 15 minuti. In tutto questo il cameriere era palesemente "su di giri" dallo sbiascicare e barcollare.

Appena arrivati nessuno ci ha accolto abbiamo dovuto chiedere in giro per capire come funzionasse il tutto. In seguito per ordinare abbiamo aspettato un bel po’, anche se la sala era mezza vuota( ora capisco perché). Ad ogni tentativo di richiamare l’attenzione dei camerieri ricevevamo un ignorazione non da poco, in più i camerieri non sembrano tenerci molto alla clientela. A parte il problema con i camerieri il posto è molt bello e la musica altrettanto. Ma se non riesci a bere non puoi goderteli più di tanto.

Sono stata seduta 1 ora e 15 minuti per ordinare un caffè d’orzo e una porzione di patatine; persone sedute da dopo di me hanno ordinato prima e per concludere cameriera scortese che giustifica dicendo che erano solo in due a lavorare. Sarà colpa dei gestori? Rivalutate il numero del personale visto la grande affluenza al vostro locale.

Qualche sera fa, mi sono recata presso questo locale per poter bere qualcosa accompagnata da un’altra persona, confidando in un servizio conforme agli standard minimi di diligenza e correttezza cui ogni esercizio pubblico è tenuto. Dopo esserci accomodati, abbiamo atteso oltre un’ora prima che qualcuno venisse a prendere l’ordinazione. Durante tutto questo tempo, abbiamo notato con disappunto che altre persone arrivate dopo di noi sono state servite molto prima, senza alcuna spiegazione da parte del personale. Solo dopo due solleciti al personale, qualcuno si è finalmente presentato al tavolo per prenderci l’ordine. Nessuna scusa, nessuna attenzione: un atteggiamento che denota scarsa organizzazione e poca cura verso i clienti. Capisco che possa esserci una serata intensa o qualche imprevisto, ma ciò non giustifica né l’attesa né il trattamento ricevuto. Un locale che vuole distinguersi dovrebbe prestare molta più attenzione all’ordine di arrivo e alla gestione equa dei tavoli. Non consiglio questa esperienza e difficilmente tornerò.

Scrivo in diretta per oggi , volevamo pranzare , i tavolini esterni 7 erano liberi , quindi nn affollato ma dopo un attesa di 30 minuti seppur visibili ci hanno ignorato continuamente per cui siamo andati via. Non chi tra l organizzazione o i ragazzi ai tavoli difetta di attenzione al cliente. Pessimi neppure una parola per scusarsi del ritardo del servizio .

Sono entrata per riposarmi con una bevanda fresca e per necessità del bagno. L'aspetto del locale è accattivante con arredo vintage- industriale ma ... Sorpresa...il bagno era la più lercia latrina che mi sia capitata .. non posso valutare da quanto fosse in quello stato, certo che anche le scale erano molto sporche e il rapido affaccio sulla cucina assolutamente scoraggiante. Mai più

Apart from the place being very expensive, it is noisy, even on the inside, with loud music. The service was rude : interdiction to play cards, and obligation to pay on the spot, with out any clear reason. Disappointing for such prices.

Un declared up-charge if you sit outside. A spritz and a beer cost €17. Absolutely would not recommend for the lack of communication and under the table surcharge. When I brought up the issue with the waitress she declared ‘well, you’ll know better next time’ I’m the most easily pleased person in the world (check my reviews as this is the first 1* i’ve given in 4 years)

If you are a tourist i do not recommend coming here, at all. They treat tourists with such disrespect for a city that thrives off tourist. As soon as we asked if we could order in English and all we got back was an eye roll. She then proceeded to tell us we had to pay before we got anything. The food was actually ok, but the next problem was she dropped two slices off my bruschettas, she said she was sorry and that she would replace them and then we never got another waiter come back to our table for our whole stay. Incredibly rude to make someone pay, drop some of it, say you will replace it and then not come back. Needless to say we did not get more drinks, get offered a dessert or leave a tip, because we didn’t get the chance to lol Meanwhile the locals next to us got checked in on, offered more drinks and got to go inside to pay at the end. We gave then another chance the following day and were greeted with the same Aristide attitude. Do not recommend.

We arrived with my friends around 19.00 for Aperitivo. The waitress took the order and made us pay. At 21:00 we still did not have food but only our drinks. She told us we can choose 9€ menu individually to have a free drink + bruschetta, fried potatos, pizza biancha and there was an option to take common menu with free drinks + formaggio, prosciutto and pasta but in the middle of the table. we choose 9 euro menu. At 21:00, we asked from a waitress where our food is? She said, oh, "we've run out of food" and you paid 9 euros only for a drink and we give u 1 box of fried potatos from us as a "present"! It was the unique bad ever situation I have ever been! Then she brought just a pizza of 4 pieces for 5 of us! If there is possibility to put a 0 star I would have!

It's all about the service... or shall i say- the lack of... When u enter the place u need to look for a waiter and ask for a place to sit. Then u will wait for 10min, then desperatly u will try to eye contact some waiter which will avoid it and when u will success he will tell u to keep waiting while he is talking to the barista... Eventualy, after 15min he will address u. Then u will have to pay 10€ for 6€ beer because there is apperitivo (buffet) eventhough u don't want to eat from it... The beer will come and the waitress will stand by u until u will pay at the place... inconvinient is a good way to describe the situation... And to make the experience full the toilet was just disgusting !!! SHAME !
