Honestly it's a really good restaurant, the place isn't bad, the food there is great in my opinion and the place inside isn't a bad place to stay in (what I mean is it isn't very hot or cold). If your in the mood for Chinese or Japanese food well it's a good place to go.

The prices are very good and the variety is excellent. Their Japanese food is well-seasoned and varied, but don't expect traditional cuisine; their specialty is Chinese food. However, the seasoning in some dishes could be improved. The soups, for example, despite their ingredients, lack flavor, and it's the additions like soy sauce or other sauces that enhance the dish. As for cleanliness, presentation, and service, they get top marks.

We went to celebrate Mother's Day, oh, what a mistake… We chose the place because of its good rating on Maps. I want to believe it was so bad because of the day we went… We ordered the Family Pack 2, and everything on the menu was awful. The fried items had clearly been in the fryer at least five times, like breaded rocks. The rice was cold and tasteless, and the meat was just skin. I've never had such terrible Chinese food. That said, the waiters were very good, friendly, and helpful. They brought us new dishes when we complained, but they were the same… It's a shame that this place has such good waiters but such bad staff in the kitchen… Some things were almost overcooked. As for drinks, we said we only wanted the hot tea that came with the pack. They pretended not to hear us and brought us a pitcher of iced tea. We didn't say anything to avoid making a fuss. Finally, the sweets they give you as a thank you with the tip are all expired… I repeat, the waiters are very friendly, but even so, the place doesn't inspire confidence to visit again. If you don't want to get frustrated, it's best to choose somewhere else.

Today, when I ordered food, we noticed a cockroach in the orange chicken container, so we decided to throw it away. I don't know if this is the first time this has happened or if it's the first time it's happened to us, but I think they should be more careful and hygienic when preparing and packaging their products. I'm disappointed with the place.
