No suelo tener muchas quejas de la franquicia en general, pero hoy he hecho un pedido en la app y, por segunda vez (ya me pasó en otra ocasión) me han cancelado el pedido sin motivo alguno y ya me han cobrado el importe debido. Creo que deberíais esperar al cobro y no ser tan rápidos cobrando y tardar menos todavía en cancelar pedidos.

I had to give directions to the delivery driver even though I'm not from Cuenca, so imagine the situation, considering how easy it is to use Maps. Then it turns out the order was incomplete; we were missing fries and some of the burgers were pretty basic. And to pay €12 for them, you can get burgers elsewhere that actually look like the pictures. Don't even bother calling to see what happened (or what stopped happening) because they don't answer the phone or even make calls (other users have been saying this for months, great that they haven't fixed it yet). I opened a support ticket and haven't received a response since Thursday. I don't think we'll be ordering from there again, to be honest.

Mi opinión deberías de estar más limpio Todo , el local está muy sucio le hemos pedido a la trabajadora que por favor nos. Limpiara la mesa vino con una balleta muy sucia olía horrible aparte que se había molestado en decirle que nos limpiara la mesa . Mientras la limpiaba nos estaba diciendo así esta bien ? … ese contestó sobra .. debería dar un poco más de atención en limpieza del local

Hoy he realizado un pedido y fatal. He echo mi pedido a las 20:05 me ponen que van a tardar 50 minutos. A las 21:15 de la noche me pongo a llamar y me salta el buzón de voz. Me llega la comida a las 21:45 fría como el hielo. No vuelvo a pedir más no tenéis vergüenza ninguna. No pongo menos estrellas porque mo se puede

Realizó el pedido. Voy a pagar en efectivo. Un camarero bastante mayor muy muy desagradable no me atiende a pesar de pedirle por favor que me cobrase. La chica joven que había allí solo hacia más que correr y mezclar pedidos. Después de casi 38 minutos de espera nos fuimos sin poder comer de allí. Servicio penoso. No volveremos a ir, ni lo recomiendo.

Pedimos por la app del burguer King!! Simplemente vergonzoso.... Hicimos el pedido a las 21.20 y lo recibimos a las 23.40 frío y sin ningún tipo de explicaciones..... Evidentemente la próxima vez me iré al McDonald's

A pesar que es conocido por todos el tipo de restauración al que vas, la comida cada día es peor y más escasa. Hoy hice una foto a la hamburguesa con extra de bacon y la risas han estado garantizadas (lease en tono humorístico) tres mini trozos a los que hice una foto para poder ampliar y estar segura de que era bacón!!!!

Pedido hecho a las 20:15 y cancelado a las 21:45 sin explicación. Llamas y no te cogen el teléfono. Una vergüenza, siempre llegan los pedidos tarde y mal. El propietario debería de dejar de comprar reseñas positivas...canta mucho ;)

Me parece lamentable que en este establecimiento de Burger King algunos empleados, cuyos nombres se mencionan constantemente en quejas similares, sigan afectando negativamente la experiencia de los clientes. No solo demuestran una actitud poco profesional, sino que su comportamiento, a veces bordeando la falta de respeto, amarga la visita de quienes venimos a disfrutar de un momento agradable. Es decepcionante que la empresa no tome medidas visibles para abordar estas actitudes, ya que esto no solo perjudica a los consumidores, sino que también daña la imagen del negocio. Para colmo parecen tener puestos de gerencia...

Fatal. De lo peor. Llegué a las 12:30 un sábado, media hora después de que abriesen y las puertas aún estaban con llave, los 4 mostradores fuera de servicio y no funcionaba el lector de código de la app al pedir directamente en la caja. Pedí un king fusion, lo pagué y la muchacha se fue a prepararlo pero volvió para decirme que no estaba la máquina encendida... Menos mal que me devolvió mi dinero. Sólo habría faltado eso. En fin, no volveré por allí nunca más. Espero que os pongáis las pilas...

I never complain about anyone, but I ordered some burgers because my partner and I were arriving late on a Sunday and we didn't have many options. It was the only thing we had left to get us through the week. I was covered in mud and starving, and I waited an HOUR!!! When I finally looked, I saw that it said "enjoy my meal." Either they gave it to someone without asking for the code, or the delivery driver ate it. That's not the point. To complain, I could only contact the restaurant directly, since Just Eat washed their hands of it. After 30 CALLS, no one answered, and I couldn't resolve the problem. I had to spend the €5 I had left on a spring roll at the Chinese place next door at 11:00 PM. They wouldn't even take responsibility and haven't refunded my money. Today I plan to go there and raise hell.

If the workers want to lose their jobs, let them keep doing what they're doing. What a disgrace of an after-sales service. The home delivery service is a disaster... it simply never arrives. And the worst part is when the person who identifies themselves as responsible, instead of salvaging the service, tells you they've just canceled your order and that the money will be refunded in 15 days. Like I said, Mr. Burger King, you'll be closing soon. Keep it up.

Lazy, shameless, and terrible workers. We've ordered several times on different days and ended up having problems with every single order. They even charged us through the website once, but the food never arrived, and we never got a refund. Today at 10:00 AM, we ordered dinner, and at 10:30 AM it said it was canceled. We're fed up with the same old thing; nothing ever changes, and no matter how many complaints we file, it's useless. We'll never order from them again.

They're textbook lazy, and that's the only thing I can say. I placed my order at 11:20 PM because I hadn't been able to buy food for my children earlier, and they canceled it, leaving us without dinner tonight. The worst part is they keep the money you work so hard to earn every day. Yes, it says they'll refund you in the next few days (that's what it says), but why should I have to lose that money just because they feel like it, when I could easily run out and buy a loaf of bread with what I gave them—which, let's face it, is the last thing I have left? It's definitely disappointing. If you can't fulfill the order, just don't charge me, that's all. It's never the customer's fault.

DO NOT order online! ordered by glovo app, it has been an hour++ and the food still didn't arrive. hungry and sad ☹️ update - the food NEVER ARRIVED. Beware this scam by burger king. I waited for more than 2 hours only to find out it will never arrive

After waiting for an hour, the Glovo dude calls me and goes, I can’t walk up the street and deliver because of the parade and I don’t want to leave my motorbike. Now how is that my problem? 1 hour and 10 minutes without receiving an order, the machines aren't working, there's a lot of room for improvement. Normally you come expecting fast, reliable service, but this was the complete opposite... not even anyone was serving customers... Bravo to the franchisee, one of the worst management experiences I've ever seen... highway robbery for such low-quality burgers (you really come for the speed...). I left because the staff couldn't even manage to tell if my order had been taken by someone... or if it got lost or something... What a rip-off!
