Two words: cheap and delicious. If you are a tourist and want to try real Mexican food, come here. Typically full, but you can always find a free table. The walls are full of messages of tourists and famous people. Service is very nice and fairly quick regardless of the big amount of people coming here.

So good we went back again! At night we tried the pozole and chile en nogada. The next day we returned for an omelet and cecina con papas y guacamole. Overall it was an excellent value for traditional food. It is a busy place for a good reason.

Un lugar diferente con gran sazón y excelente precio. La verdad es que la relación calidad-precio es fenomenal. Yo pedí un chile en nogada, aprovechando que tienen todo el año y por la módica cantidad de $130. Aunque hay cosas qué mejorar, ya que el servicio fue lento, no muy atento e incluso me hicieron mal la cuenta y me cobraron demás, asunto que si bien se solucionó facilmente, siempre deja con mal sabor de boca.

Mi experiencia fue buena, pedí cecina estaba bien preparada y me dieron arroz que no fue lo mejor, el agua era de flor de Jamaica y estaba muy buena, el sitio es bonito y acogedor

Excelente comida a un precio casi inmejorable, honestamente la relación precio-sabor y cantidad, no se puede mejorar. Aunque en variaa ocasiones me tocó que no tenían más de un platillo (entiende que se acabe, pero que digan antes de pedir) y que el servicio por parte de algunos de los meseros, suele ser deficiente. Sin embargo, si se acercan al encargado o jefe de piso/meseros, la verdad es una persona de muy buen trato y entender. Acudo muy amenudo y les aseguro que son un punto muy necesario en su búsqueda por comida con sabores regionales, hogareños, y con mucha historia.

It looked interesting from the outside and the inside proved to be just as interesting kind of a rustic decor and get there early because they do close around 7 they are not open late. Mostly traditional food I had a beef dish that was served with some refried beans guacamole that was delicious although a little spicy and some refried beans and a small very small salad. It came with choice of soup or spaghetti. Yeah it seems strange to me to to get spaghetti in Mexico. I read a couple of negative reviews and I cannot agree with them they did a good job the service was good and pleasant atmosphere thumbs up

Extensive menu of traditional mexican dishes for a bargain. It includes Hibiscus water, soup, rice or pasta and the main dish, that you could choose from 50 to 90 pesos approximately. I tried the liver sauteed with onions which reminds me to my grandmothers cuisine. Beers are well priced also. Truly a gem for the bargain eater or the tight budget.

This is a great little restaurant near the center that serves authentic Mexican dishes. The servers are friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. Their house made salsas are rich and tasty. Menu prices are inexpensive.

Es un buen lugar, la comida es muy rica, el ambiente es agradable, el servicio es malo, ya que tengo mas de una semana esperando mi factura.

Buenos menús. Pero siempre está lleno, la atención es lenta y el servicio se percibe muy apresurado. En mi opinión le hace falta una restauración profunda, sin que implique perder su identidad.

Un lugar típico y tradicional para quienes buscan comer económicamente en Cuernavaca. El lugar está lleno, no hay mucho orden o buena higiene. La atención es despreocupada. Tardan mucho en salir los alimentos, la cecina está durísima que no se puede ni masticar…¿qué más puedo agregar? …olvidan hacer el jugo y llevarlo a la mesa y aún así lo cobran. Suciedad por donde voltees.

Pésimo servicio parece que te están regalando la comida no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto vengo desde CDMX y paro a comer aquí y es una basura de lugar los meseros pésimos no lo recomiendo tratan peor que aún perro 🐕🐕...😤😤😡🤬🤬🤬

The guacamole tasted very OLD!! Potato is plain with no flavor at all. I asked for bean, cheese, lettuce and salsa so they gave me tinga geez! I asked for cecine alone but they gave me a whole plate with side. Too much misunderstand. Food is not GREAT! Will never go back again!
