They have good prices on beer and good promotions too; I think two large Miller bottles cost me $124. They have a good amount of space and several tables, the only downside is the music they play—just reggaeton or that song from "Tusa," stuff like that, they don't vary much. The parking lot is medium-sized but it's free.

It's a very popular spot, mostly with young adults. They have an indoor area and a terrace. They're located on the second floor and have an app for ordering. The service is slow, but they have a variety of sauces to choose from and daily specials. Their prices are reasonable. Personally, the intensity and number of neon lights irritated my eyes, so I had to find another place. If you want to have a conversation, keep in mind that the ambient noise is loud, so you'll have to speak more loudly. The food is generally acceptable. They could greatly improve their customer service, particularly regarding delivery times and table visits.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because every time I go, they give us a table where there's never any light, perhaps because the hostess thinks anyone can settle for that. This last time I went, we waited for a table inside to free up. The food, service, and drinks were excellent. We ordered the 2-for-1 boneless burger and a Bingo burger, and it was truly a trip to another world. I'll be back to order another burger from the Food Porn section. The boneless burgers are soft and the sauces are delicious. If you want to get your money's worth and find a good place, Full House is the place.

The food is good and they always have promotions, but the service is always bad. It's slow and they take a long time to take your order. If you want another beer, the waiters will stop talking to you and then get it to you. They can always improve.

A place with average facilities, it doesn't have its own bathroom; it's shared with other places in the plaza. The staff isn't very attentive. The weather was hot, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The food is bland; the sauces don't specify their sweetness or spiciness. I was told the chamoy sauce wasn't spicy, but I couldn't eat it. The place is wheelchair-accessible and has an elevator. The overall atmosphere seems relaxed and informal. It's not recommended if you want to chat, as the atmosphere is extremely noisy with several TV shows and music playing simultaneously, making it impossible to see either one because they interfere with each other.

Where's the guacamole? They put old lettuce, bread that tastes old, and the salads are full of old fries, and it seems they even count the carrots and red cabbage. Unfortunately, the service was very poor; they were good.
