The service and food were up to par as expected. I came in on a rainy day and the ceiling had been leaking from what looked like was at least a few hours. The store seems understaffed but they eventually were able to mop and put a bucket down. Dunkin should take a look at this leak problem as it can lead to mold very easily especially in this area with all the moisture from the ocean. Please do so before further reporting occurs.

Wanted to see the hype. Average coffee nothing special. Got their signature drink. Employees have good customer service skills tho. Parking spots outside, easy to visit!!

They have this environmental designation on their wall, but they won’t refill my own coffee cup when I come in. I’d like to frequent it here much more often but I don’t want to create all the waste.

Short staffed Only one or two person doing everything Things were slow but also isn’t fair to server to have to do everything like making the drinks and answering questions and taking orders. App didn’t show when mobile order was done and it wasn’t called out either

Not sure if it was because it was 30 minutes before closing but for my first time ever trying donuts here I expected more than what I had. The donuts were just not that great imo. Now, I'm willing to go back during the day when the donuts are maybe fresher and hopefully it changes my review.

Worst customer service ever I tap to pay and they refuse to give me my money back on top of which they asked me to wait 10 minutes for a drip coffee, unbelievable. They didn’t give me my money back. I felt robbed I still do. I walked out with a receipt and called the 800 number nothing has happened. Stay away from Dunkin’ Donuts. The return policy sucks, including their coffee. Worst their customer service is Third World.

The employees do not clean this location. I've gone for 3 weeks straight and the toilet still has diarrhea all over it. Poor management!

I came in around 4pm on a Sunday. Hardly anything left in the bakery area; it looked old. No one was around to help in the front. Waited for a couple minutes. The self-help screen was glitching. I saw flies and dirty tables and decided it was best to leave. Dunkin has gone down hill. Update: stopped in again. Out of croissants. Went in last week and they were out then. I should know better, haha

Just don't. Waited 40 minutes to get a sandwich. They just don't care. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Worth driving to another one. Definitely the worst I have been to, and that's saying a lot because I love donuts. If you have a spare hour, sure, but if you want quick, NOPE!!

staff is always rude especially the larger woman who I assume is the manager. you can never ask a question or they get upset. donuts are dry and coffee is just okay. i sometimes hear them talk about customers who have just left the store. only been here twice but will not go back
