I've been coming here for years and there used to be the nicest girl that worked there. It's really the only closest flame broiler to Culver City so at least the food is good. My only complaint is they don't stain the veggies very well before putting it in your bowl. I always have a puddle of liquid from excess water at the bottom. I used to think that was normal until I went two different locations. Still, the food is good and affordable so it works for me!

I am so thankful that there is a Flame Broiler in Culver City. I’ve been going here for years, and the staff is always friendly, the prices are so affordable, and the quality of food is great. I have a severe dairy allergy and this is one of the only fast casual places that I can safely eat at. Please support this business! Also, love the app and rewards program. Get a free bowl every few hundred points. Well worth it!

Simple but tasty. I ordered the beef bowl with brown rice. The meat does have that charbroiled taste. The brown rice is not mushy. Although the menu is not big, the food is good and the price is fair.

It seems they have received many customers taking food that isn't theirs and now the employees have to see your ID as well as have you fill out a form. Ain't got no time for that especially as a regular. They offered to let me take a photo of the form and my ID for faster service but I'd rather just go elsewhere. Won't be coming back. If you are picking up HAVE your ID, the confirmation order, and be prepared to fill out a form.

They need to hire more people!! Two people need to be in the cooking area. And One or Two people as the Cashier. We has to wait waaay to long

Last time I went here for terriyaki chicken/beef plate food was gross.

This is probably the worst Flame Boiler I have been to. I arrived and placed my order at 6:31pm. There was only one guy ordered before me. I didn't get my food until 15 minutes later. The store only had 2 employees during dinner hours. The store was empty and had zero decor. Food was okay.

I've been going to this spot regularly since it first opened. Now I hate this place since customer service doesn't care. And here we are with a 1 star review for your BS service. You're welcome.
