Very yummy. It was my first time trying bingsoo, so i don't have a standard for it, but I thought it was amazing! We ordered the earl grey bingsoo, which came with a custard-like topping and a side of condensed milk. LOVED the flavour and texture of the bingsoo. We also got the pomegranate tea, which was very sweet but enjoyable (it almost tasted like jam.)Our order was made fast and service was exceptional.

One of my favorite places to eat Bingsoo in the Bay Area. They have a ton of different flavors that can easily be shared with 2-3 people and their options are all put on display behind the glass counter. The green tea and taro are my favorite flavors as sometimes, the fruit-based ones may not be in season, but overall, the taste is great. The dining room is really nice with lots of tables. They do have a unisex restroom, but there's only one, so one may need to wait.

omg worker was so sweet, just like the food! would come here every day if my car could drive properly! our bingsu looked like a cute little hamster, so well designed ! 😍

Located in Main Street Cupertino Shopping Mall next to SomiSomi. Parking can be a hit or miss depending on time of day. We went on a busy Saturday evening and had trouble finding parking although there's plenty of it. We walked the shopping plaza looking for an appetizing dessert after dinner, Sul & Beans caught our attention. So many delicious Korean goodies to choose from but we decided for their "Strawberry Cheese Bingsoo" which is a milk-based Korean shaved ice dessert with fresh strawberries and pieces of cheesecake squares, it was sooooo delicious and perfect to satisfy our craving...it was not too sweet and the strawberries were very fresh. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had an awesome experience here and can't wait to come back and try more of their menu items.

A solid bingsu spot. Actually better than Sulbing, at least in the Bay Area. I just wish customers wouldn’t move the tables and chairs so much. The scraping noise is pretty intense, probably because of the flooring

This place is great. The bingsoo is creamy and refreshing, and they have tons of flavors to try out, with some new flavors every once in a while. I got the new corn flavor, and while I didn't expect the flavor combination to work, it was surprisingly tasty. The desserts may be pricey, but that's to be expected for Main Street.

This place seems pretty novel, a good place to try once. The mango bingsoo was good, the mango was fresh and a nice mixture of sweet and tart. However, I felt once I got past the mango, the dish kind of ended. It didn't really permeate into the ice at all, and my friends dishes ended up turning into muddy ice. Wait time was 20-25, which was not an issue because we went as a big group, but overall, a bit much for what you get.

What is better than bingsu in this hot and semi humid weather! This place offers a great selection of bingsus and sweet toasts. Tried 3 of their varieties - choco, black sesame and ijeolmi bingsus, they tasted okay but lacking that sweet condensed milk taste in the ice which makes the dishes taste a little bland. May come back to try the other selections and give this place a second chance but not anytime soon.

Shaved ice is not all the same! This Korean take on shaved ice is distinctly different then the more usual Taiwanese take. The Korean take is creamier, closer to ice cream. My personal tastes lean toward the Taiwanese take more, where the ice is more refreshing with less cream infused. To eat his own, however.

Overall pretty good -- we got the strawberry cheese (the cheese is cheesecake, not sure why they put only cheese) which was very milky. There wasn't as much cheesecake as the display one unfortunately. It gets pretty loud inside even with only a few people. It would be nice if there were sound absorbers around the building to reduce the echo.

After a nice little dinner, my partner and I wanted a sweet treat, so we decided to go to Sul&Beans. They had a new banana milk flavor so of course we had to try it, but it was a little weird for me. The wait was super long as there was only person working and he had like 7 bowls to make. Anyways, strangely enough they use a sort of banana pudding powder on top of the ice which is weird when they could’ve used banana milk to just pour over top. I think that would’ve made the dish a whole lot better, but my partner actually really liked the powder, so I guess its up to personal preferences.

This place is such a treat if you’re craving bingsoo or something sweet. The mango bingsoo was refreshing and loaded with fresh, juicy mango chunks on top of fluffy shaved ice, it paired perfectly with the condensed milk on the side. We also tried the honey toast, which was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with whipped cream and granola for a nice crunch. Both desserts were delicious and perfect for sharing.

The strawberry cheesecake bingsu is PHENOMENAL! The staff are also kind and efficient while still making high-quality stuff! I can't say I'm a huge fan of the other toppings and options, and the inside sometimes feels lacking when theres no flavor or toppings inside. Still a great place!

The bingsu here is absolutely phenomenal!! It tastes super refreshing and amazing! Great quality fruit. I had the green grape and street corn, and thoroughly enjoyed both! The main downsides are that the service is slow (20+ minutes to get your order) but it is a very busy place. It's also super loud and hard to talk, which is another downside. Just because the food is soo good though I will be back!

It makes me smile big when my husband offers an outing to get bingsu. One is enough for 2 or more people. We each bought one to go. Ate our fill at the shop and took the rest to go for another time. It’s a bit expensive for an everyday treat, but a few times a year, why not splurge? And SomiSomi is right next door.

Tried the Choux cream toast which was perfectly toasted. The choux cream was lightly sweet. I wish I had asked to drizzle some sweet cream to make the roast a bit sweeter. Tried the strawberry bigsoo which was ok; could use more strawberry sauce. The Matcha Latte has full on matcha flavor with some bitter aftertaste. They cannot adjust the sweetness but it's on the lesser side of sweet so it's ok. You can make it sweeter by adding more sugar which is available to customers in little packets. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice staff and quick service.

Taro bingsoo and the injeolmi toast! Shared these 2 dishes with 3 other friends and it was the perfect amount. If you're looking for something refreshing and not too sweet, this is for you. The toast is a bit sweet and savory. The bingsoo is perfect for a warm sprint day, or any day in CA Overall, this place is good and solid, but I wouldn't say it's anything incredible. If you're looking for a location to eat not-too-sweet desserts, hang out with friends, or just find something to do, this is one of the places to be. Would I come back again? Sure, but I wouldn't seek it out.

early grey was decent but I personally did not like the chocolate + early grey combo ://. Banana milk tasted so artificial. Mango flavor was sour when I went and so i would go for the strawberry

Just to be clear, shaved ice dessert was good. But I feel like I've been cheated by false advertising. The latest style of shaved ice in Korea is made with shaved milk ice. So essentially you freeze milk and then shave it. But the ad clearly says they done this now with banana flavored milk - this classic milk from Binggrae (yellow pack). When I saw the ad, I thought it was brilliant. You'd get the unique banana milk flavor (although unnatural but addictive) as shaved ice. Well the actual product was far from it. You essentially drizzle a banana flavored condensed syrup on regular milk shaved ice. Plus there really wasn't anything inside the bowl other than the sliced banana on top. The creation definitely has potential. But they absolutely cut corners.

Went for the injeolmi toasts. Waited ten minutes at the till to order (they were slammed). Got the standard injeolmi and cinnamon injeolmi. Both extremely dry with half the filling compared to what's on display. Both toasts had cinnamon which made them taste the same - literally the one thing they had to NOT do was put cinnamon on both. They were clearly overwhelmed and rushing through orders with zero quality control. Disappointing experience. 👎
